Purchased a controller for my birthday and had to go back twice and to varying gamestops, the last one being this one. End result was a SWEET NEWER MODEL OF THE CONTROLLER! Warranty is good. First time was a year and the second time was 7 days. I feel like its worth it. Other than that, I like this Gamestop! Its next to Home Depot and a pawn shop! I bought BOTW here and it lasted me like two months. Its also worth noting that for any Gamestop at least in FL, the tax is usually the same as the state tax. So you can Google 6% of what the base price is... Thank me later lol

Just had an experience that left me with bad feelings. I called earlier today to ask them to place on hold a game for me that was supposed to come with special magnets on purchase. Person on the phone said no problem, theyll hold the game and magnets. I go in later, a different person rings me up and says the magnets are preorder only even though the email I received said Purchase this game not preorder. So I left after purchasing and realize he slapped on a game warranty without deliberately asking me. Yes, it probably was on the pad and I should have looked closer, but he definitely did not ask me if I wanted a game warranty. So basically inconsistent messaging plus sneaking charges. I dont frequent GameStop that much and this whole experience basically reminded me to not bother in the future. 2 stars because the employees were polite and the person on the phone was very nice.

First when I went up to the counter to buy two used games they tried to over charge me on both games by about $20 each over the sticker price. After I correct their mistake and purchased the two games. They failed to actually place the game disk in the plastic game case! Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I arrived at the house 35 minutes later! I couldn’t even reach them on the store phone because they don’t answer it!, I can now see why GameStop is going out of business, they just don’t care about the customer! Very bad service, will call my credit card company and dispute the charge and will never return to this store again!!!

I been going to this GameStop every since I was 17 in high school. Myself being 25 all o got to say that they have excellent service and full knowledge of the games they are selling.

Always look forward to come and shop here, getting games for the kids having them have fun picking out an old classic or a new game. The employees here are always helpful, the owner herself helped me out with a coupon which was having problems applying.

Great experience..had so much fun. The staff made sure we were taken care properly. I would recommend this place..its quite fun.

Ive been here several times. The staff will greet you as soon as you enter the door no matter what, which I think is very courteous. They are very helpful overall. Arturo and Chris both helped me find good deals and answered all of my questions respectively. My only wish is that they had tile floors instead of carpet, but other than that, its a pleasant experience and the staff is great! Good place to shop for some games

The worst services the you can ever have. I visit this store on 10/15/2016 around 7:45pm the manager I dont his name at this moment, was treating the people like he doesnt want to be there, this store is two blocks away from my house and I dont plan go there any more I prefer drive 3 miles to the next GameStop or buy my games online. the staff there normally is really nice.

Staff is always knowledable and courteous. Good selection of video games. They also have some accessories for all types of consoles. They also carry some collectable items. I go there for the used video games, its a lot cheaper buying them preowned. Plenty of parking and it is in a good location.

So i bought my switch here with all the accessories and + insurance. Never had an issue returning and using my insurance, my switch eventually broke cuz it feel and didnt ask any questions got a new one same day!

Prices on the computer are set, but listed prices on game disc do not match computer price. Very confusing. You think the game has been discounted, but it really hasnt. They fail to change the ticket price on disc. For anyone who walks in to just buy a game, and doesnt really know the true value, it would seem like a false price, as your price just went up 5 or 7 dollars. Skyrim prices are 10 dollars online, but they have their own prices listed at 4.99.

Went here to buy a new ps4 game and game was opened with a missing box, was only offered a 10% discount for the disc. Not to mention its an mmo online game so the box is supposed to come with the registration code which the disc did not bring. I would have payed $60 for a game that wont even be playable because that code is required. Why buy games at a store like this when you can get it brand new somewhere else.

They sold my preorder, gave me misinformation on regarding a merchandise at another location, and very unorganized and made me waste me time to drive to another location for certain preorder when the guy gave the wrong number for thr merchandise and when I get there it was wrong thing 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 I hope this store closes down and everyone in that store gets fired!!!!!!!!

I had pre-ordered Star Wars since July. And I came in on 11/29/15 and said I had a pre-order and asked to purchase deluxe and it wasnt until 12/01/15 that I realized that on the receipt it said pre-order cancel. But overall, their store is organized and well-kept, the staff also very helpful.
