Today I had a great visit at Verizon. My previous visits locked the attention and friendliness that I desired. However I always did get an answer to my questions. Today on the other hand not only did I get questions answered the gentleman was professional at all times efficient and made me proud to give my money to Verizon! That man needs to be promoted
I was stuck between a rock and a hard place before I was lucky enough to run into Nathalie! She was so resourceful and understanding about my situation with my phone being stolen. If youre looking for someone whos interpersonal and quick with getting answers, look no further.
Enrique at this store was beyond helpful. He has been working with me to resolve the issue I had on my account since March. When I tell you this man went above and beyond, I mean it. He deserves a promotion. By the end of the ordeal he was upset it hadnt been resolved on Verizons end yet and worked with me to the end. All in all it was a SEVERAL month process but he got it done. Also, Jessica with customer service on the phone was amazing! She was the one that finally understood the issue and couldnt understand why Verizon hadnt been able to fix it yet. She worked her magic and made it happen. HUGE thank you to Enrique and Jessica. The were truly life savers from the biggest headache.
Enrique was absolutely the best! My phone was stolen and he was so nice and understanding, he went above an beyond setting me up with a new phone! He knew more about the iPhone and how to get things set up better than the people at the apple store!!!
Best time to come is a weekday or first thing in the morning when they open. No lines and no waiting. Staff is super friendly with great attitudes and super helpful.
Dont ever go to this store. First, you will walk out without a line even when you asked them to try it before you leave. And second, 2 days later you will find out that you were supposed to have a pin and an account they never guide you through. All they want is to sell you a phone at any cost. Go to at&t and if you want verizon, dont go to this store.

All three times I’ve been this location I’ve received exemplary service. I was looking into possible options for an upgrade as I’ve had my current iPhone for years. I went today to obtain the new iPhone 12. Carlos went above and beyond explaining all the details, trade in and plan options and VERY patiently and kindly answered my many questions. I am behind with current technology and left confident in my new purchase and very satisfied with their staff and clean store. Thank you guys!
This store has to be the most ignorant store in Miami they only open 3 days a week how are they going to be closed on the most days they have to be open. I live close to this store and they are closed the next one is 4 miles away. they just lost a new customer I’m leaving T-Mobile and I wanted the best. but I can now I have to get metro witch I hate
Sometimes you need to make a trip to the brick and mortar location to take care of business. Hard. To believe this is a corporate store for Verizon .... Made me want to switch carriers.. reminds me of Sprint .. makes me want to drive to Coral gables to visit real Verizon store .

FRAUD in store - beware = My number was ported to a burner phone by Register 51, camcalp-E25MN on September 23, 2020 at 1:10pm. Employees are stealing/porting numbers to commit larger bank fraud. Be very careful. Store should be closed and its employees investigated.

I brought in my Google Acer Chromebook laptop to Wi-Fi mobile hotspot tethering... connect it with my additional $10 plan and the fellow was very helpful.
At this location you will experience very good customer service. The Manager is a very cool guy. I really wish I remember his name. Also for the new kid that just started working ther. He Did a awesome job. I made a big purchase with him that night. He was trained very good! This was back in the beginning of April I belive. Again I wish I can remember the names. But thank very much for all your services. This is my#1location. I definitely recommend it...

With Verizon in general this would be a 1 star. Thanks to Jonathan and his patience, the store redeemed the otherwise poor experience I got calling support and being transfered and put on hold for hours. If you must deal with Verizon, I couldnt imagine a better assistant than Jonathan from this location.
I paid $120 for home internet service. They said the internet device jetpack $50 and the internet 30G for $70. But the internet in my account only 15G. I called them They give me 8G more!!! They told me you can return the device in 14 days. They didnt after a one week use.Not recommended for home internet service not cover my 2 bedroom apartment in downtown . By the way the jetpack device on ebay for $10 - $15.I was planing to change my account from at&t to verizon 5 lines unlimited internet and 2 iPad unlimited internet.Very pad experience.

Im giving this one star bc while I called ahead and explained I was enroute and desperately needed a charger as I was leaving the country at 6 am (it was 5 to 9...closing in 5 min)- I arrived at 9:02. I begged to sell me a charger and I was a customer for 18 years. Nope. Wouldnt open the doors. I have been inside Verizon while purchase were made after 9. Manager eric said registers wouldnt work. Id like to pay 50 for a charger ....those know k off ones just dont charge well. Thank you for customer service and common courtesy eric. I hope your experiences are much better.
