He replaced my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen but screwed up so bad I had to buy a new phone. I asked him for some type of refund and he ignored me. Nice guy but bad service.

Amazing service my iPhone XR was shattered both front and back with no lcd screen working. And now it’s like new, the phone was done within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend bringing your phone here for any service needed!

My phone crack and the screen went black. I came to this place, they checked out my phone and gave me a quote, about an hour later my phone was fixed. Not only does my phone look brand new but the price was so reasonable. I will definitely come back if something was to happen to it again. Called and asked how much to fix an iPhone 7 plus, they said $49.99 . When I arrived, the price was $70.00 instead to change my broken screen, plus the Uber costs to arrive . He didn’t have the black color screen for the phone so instead he put a white one. I paid $10 extra for a screen protector, then when I arrived home the screen was scrolling up and down and typing by itself. I thought maybe it was the screen protector making it act crazy so I took it off and it still didn’t work . This caused me emotional stress and pain since I work with my phone, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

My iphone 11 had really bad water damage and I was definitely fearing the worst. I dropped it off and in an hour it was like a brand new phone. The service was reasonably priced so I couldnt be happier!

Just finished getting my 6 plus repaired from touch disease. Service was fast and good and for a good price. Had my phone back in 2 days

Was told repair would be done by 2:30 (charging port) because Tech arrived at 2 p.m. When I arrived at 2:30 phone wasnt ready and Tech hadnt even arrived. was told that you can only pay with cash or check then they didnt have exact change. Repair seems to be good and it was done on a Sunday within 3 hours so two stars for that but the fact I was told at a certain time and was severely inconvenienced because they were inaccurate has to reflect on the character of the owner and the type of business they conduct.

I took my iphone 7 in as i cracked the screen. Who needs to put up with the overpriced service at apple stores and wait forever to get a screen fixed.The owner fixed the screen in a few minutes while i ran some errands in the area. It worked well.However, there was a problem with the proximity sensor (the sensor that turns off the phone when you put it to your ear when you get calls so you dont press buttons randomly with your ear!). I took it back in and he fixed the issue in a minute or two at no charge. And explained what was going on to me as well.Knows what he is doing and took full responsibility for his work.Fast, ethical and fair. Great service. I can highly recommend him.

We went to get my iPad screen repair and the service was awful, had to call several times because no one was never there at the time they told us to go. And on top of that the new screen never work properly, always ripping off and getting dust in the middle. Definitely not a place to get your apple products fix.

If I could give 0 stars I would, after a week of fixing my screen in this place the screen was coming off, went back there and they tried to fix it again and were unable after an hour they gave me the excuse that it was because of the battery is inflated and were not gonna b able to fix it and of course no refund. went to the Apple Store they fixed it with no problem phone is perfectly fine now. I dont know why I didnt go to Apple in the first place

My screen cracked on my iPhone (everything else was workig) and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Great job and very convenient as it’s near a bunch of shopping. The guy was very polite. Can’t beat the price, $74. The credit card machine wasn’t working properly so I paid in cash. I don’t know if they make appointments but I just walked in around 1 in the afternoon.It’s a pain to go to the Apple store for me (two toddlers) and sometimes can’t get an appointment quickly so this was a great option for me.

I broke my iPhone 5c early one morning, Im not sure how cause their hard to break but I did. I was looking for a cheap place to get it done but of course in miami nothing is cheap?! Every other place was charging 100-150 dollars just for the screen. Finally I found iTown repair and it only cost $70 and it took about 30 minutes. Came in to have my iPhone 6s screen repaired after I dropped and shattered it.After my first visit my screen was replaced and 2 days later the screen stopped working and gave me nothing but a blank screen with lines.I came back and they replaced the screen again, 5 days later the screen has started to become unresponsive to touch and my force-touch is no longer working.This shop uses very low quality Chinese replacement screens that can be bought online for 10$ and they charge 100$ for the repairMy phone warranty is now void and my phone is still not fixed

I am re-writing my review because I was wrong about this place. The gentlemen who answered the phone offered to fix my iPhone screen after it cracked at no charge because of a service I paid for in July that wasnt done properly.The problem was that I replaced my cracked screen in July and the next day was on a plane for an extended 3 month stay in Europe. The screen had not been properly mounted which caused apps to open and close and for my screen to type gibberish very randomly as if someone was tapping my phone over and over.I called them while abroad but their only solution was to bring it in which I obviously could not, so I had to repair the screen in Spain which costs me more.Now its February and my screen cracked again and I called reminding them of the situation and they told me to bring it in, that they would do it at no charge.Thank you.

I broke my phone on New Years day and the owner of this wonderful, affordable shop answered the phone personally and helped me out. He did it right there, on the spot and I was out of there in 15 minutes. A month later, I cracked the screen on my phone again when I dropped. Horrible customer service. The woman at the kiosk outside of target got annoyed the minute I approached her to ask her questions. She’s obviously not that qualified to answer certain questions and got aggravated that she even rolled her eyes. She doesn’t do the repairs c they have a shop nearby but she said I shouldn’t go there bc she’ll loose commission. The thing is that she has no idea of prices so going through her is a waste of time.

The worst experience ever!! Since I left this place, my phone has been shutting off and on. I had a broken screen and my phone worked just fine. If you have an I phone 6 plus,please stay away from this place. My screen is not even on tight. He then tried to sell me another battery for 50.00 dollars,but I really believe he switched my battery. Stay away from this place go to AT& T if your phone needs repairing. I should have kept my $140.00 dollars.
