Fast, friendly service and fair prices but the quality of the phone screen replacement unfortunately is subpar. Got my iPhone screen replaced here with them. But then I decided to buy a brand name screen protector directly from the Apple store instead of through them since the last off-brand screen protector that I let a local cell phone store apply is the reason my phone screen needed to be replaced in the first place. Anyway I get to Apple and they apply the screen protector and apply a little bit of pressure to press the screen protector into place along the edges and the screen got a large black “hole” on the display and little white spots as well where the pressure was applied.Lucky for me Apple has exceptional customer service and will be replacing my entire phone screen for free since they assume responsibility for the damage that occurred during the application of the screen protector. But, I know this would not have occurred had I simply went to Apple to get their brand’s screen replacement even if I had to pay more.Quality over quantity. I paid for a cheap off-brand screen protector and my entire phone screen broke less than a day later. Then I go to Cell phone hop to get the screen replaced and less than an hour later, the led display is damaged.Lesson learned, stick to the high quality brands folks, you certainly get what you pay for.

My paragraph reviewomg! theyre the best. firstly, they called my phone company, & handled it very smoothly. we literally had no problems at all! i told them what i needed & they got it done! they have some amazingly pretty, & extremely high quality cases for 15$ the one i wanted? had a little scratch on it.. in which he pointed out & got me another case! i also received a free charger! they really took care of me!! & ontop of all that? we had an amazing conversation! really friendly & professional. i have no complaints. go get all your phone necessities taken care of here, no matter the drive! its worth it! 10/10 recommend.

I accidently dropped my LG K51 and cracked my screen to the point that it needed to be replaced. They did a great job with quick turnaround time. They charged $70 to replace the screen which was a reasonable price. Once the part was received, they finished the job later on that same day. They are conveniently located only a 1/2 block off of the 95 on 8th Street where Brickell meets Little Havana. Definitely recommend.

Stopped by today to get my iPhone 8 Plus repaired. Both sides had glass cracked pretty bad. After looking around on offerup I came across their ad. They were very responsive. Within minutes . It is Important to mention that they were significantly cheaper which is the reason why I drove from Davie Florida(35 min drive ) It took him an hour and a half but they did a really good job. They use laser to remove adhesive which is the best way I understand. Thanks guys . I would highly recommend them.Update - I returned for the same repair . Drove from Davie . Not their fault I dropped my phone . Thanks again for staying true to the price you gave me last time ! Saving helps.
