I went there because I requested a quotation on their website, after 5 mins I got a message with the $ quotation. I wen the to the store, the gentleman asked me to show him the amount offered in the quotation and he honored it. Took them about 2 hrs to get my phone fixed bc they had a few phones in line for repair. Overall, it was a great experience, good service and very affordable price. My IPhone works perfect!

I don’t like to give bad reviews but the people in here are completely and will try to overcharge you!! Be extremely careful when paying I was overcharged for fixing my iPhone X as we agreed a set price. When paying with card you will not see the total price just to insert pin. I noticed the price it charged me on my phone and pointed this out to the cashier who tried to even negotiate giving me less of a refund!!I couldn’t believe it.And I never even received the refund either. My advice is to do your research and find somewhere else in Miami.

Horrible quality. I got my iphone xs screen fixed there and when they gave me my phone back the screen resolution had changed, colors on the screen do not match, theres a black border on the screen that it is not supposed to be there. If i could give them negative stars I would. True black colors on screen are faded into grey-ish colors.

This store is recently under new ownership, but theyre still a family owned business, and very good to their customers.They fixed my phone screen and threw in a screen protector and better-fitted phone case for free.
