What a horrible service, paying for something and being charge more than twice and you ask for help and they just tell you is done! Businesses should be thinking about how to help the community and not taking advantage of the situation!

This company does not have an easy service. Rather I think it is a form of nuisance. They give you two payment options: one is giving access to all your contacts (I havent tried that because I dont think its correct to give them that information). The other is to do it manually, but when you put in all the credit card information it tells you that it cannot be authenticated. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me. When I talk to Customer Service they tell me that I have to go to my bank and do a series of unheard of steps for an application. I could also do it with the person who attended me. How long has it taken to get to that person? Is that an application or a way to access my privacy? It does not work.

I do not recommend this company to send to Cuba. I bought a split, they told me it would come out the following Friday and it was a lie. At the office they tell me that it takes 5 to 9 weeks for me to get home. The air conditioning arrived in Cuba in 8 weeks and after that it is 8 to 14 more weeks for delivery. All is a lie. Never more!!!! I still doubt if the air conditioning will come.
I have been with my recharges to Cuba for a while and I have bought tickets to travel and the attention has been excellent. I have never had complaints about the service they provide.

I bought it 4 days before departure and 2 days before they called me to cancel the ticket because according to them there was no capacity for that flight. I have been a client of this company for at least 8 or 9 years, I have never had a problem with them. I attended the opening of the new Coral Way store and I really love it because it has a lot of parking. The girls are super friendly, they always treat everyone with great respect. The truth is that a 10 for them because they work for that.

Cuballama is the worst company you can choose to send things to Cuba. I sent a power plant to Cuba a while ago and they gave me a delivery date, because I paid to fool to deliver the power plant, and what happened. They washed their hands saying that delivery was not their responsibility. Those cheeks promote home delivery and then tell you that it is Cubapacks responsibility. It is a total scam. My family lives in Regla Ciudad de La Habana. Never send anything with them. Headache and a scam will be saved. A whole Lie ...... they live on the need of the Cuban and also they scam him.
