Two thumbs way up! Flew down for a vacation yesterday as I was leaving the airport, dropped my phone shattering the screen, an expense I wasn’t expecting. Today after calling several shops all telling they could possibly get a screen tomorrow and have it back by Tuesday or Wednesday which wasn’t plausible because I am heading to the keys tomorrow, I called cellular c2go while on my way to actually buying a new phone and not only did they have a screen, but got me in right away and had my phone back to me quickly (37 minutes start to finish), they had the best price by a substantial bit! Very grateful for such accommodating quality service in my time of need! Thanks

Super friendly personnel, professional service at a great price. Will come again and again. They have sold me all my screen protectors, I have purchase several phone cases, they have also fix 2 laptops and 1 cpu. Always return my repairs promptly and they all come with a warranty as well ; I have never had to return for a complaint. I will highly recommend this place. Great experience! Got this deal with a Groupon with an extra 25% off for a Mother’s Day deal. Man what a deal! Called the store first to get some info. The woman who answered was very kind. Went in an hour later and they started working on my phone immediately. He actually fixed it in front of us. We talked to him throughout asking questions which he answered with pleasure. He told us the panel was bent but advised us not to fix it because it could possibly damage the IC touch function of the phone. I’m used to shops like this trying to make you spend more money but this he did not do. He fixed the phone in less than 20 minutes. We were in and out! Was treated better here than if we went into one of these high priced shops. And the phone works great! I shop on Groupon regularly and this was definitely worth the deal. If my phone breaks again (🤞hopefully not) I’d definitely come back here.

There very few know what they do, I made an order in February 1,2021 for a port of entry for my cell phone since there was no in the store when it was my turn to take it on the 23 that supposedly arrived, it had not arrived I take it in the first week of March and I leave it, when I call them the first time, they tell me that it was not there yet, the second time they will spend it looking for Sunday, when Sunday arrived they tell me that it was not ready, I tell them that how is it possible that it is not I was ready if I had left it in March the first week and they leave me saying that there were many orders and they were in order, but I tell them it has been more than a month and they tell me they have to wait for us to call them, hoping that they will call me NOTHING .. NO ONE called me at all, when I go back in May they tell me that they couldnt find my cell to wait until they will find it ..... Hence everyone looking for the famous cell phone, that since I left I HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE, since they wanted that instead of fixing mine, will buy from them, I said no ... And when they finally found my cell phone it was with 1% charge and the very DESCAROUS told me to go to my house and charge it, call them anything ... ..That is a lack of professionalism of them towards the CLIENTS.

They are scammers. They charge you to check the cell phone and then they repair absolutely nothing, and you lose your money. No shame.

Adequate and fast care

My husband bought a phone in this store and after two months we traveled, the phone asked to do an update via wifi and it crashed. To unlock it we have to pay 200 to take it to their store in Miami so that they can unlock it with their equipment, which means that pirates are unlocked once you finish paying for your phone with any company that gives you an unlock code and never crashes again. I dont know where they get their phones from and how they unlock it again. It is a robbery what they are doing.
