I don’t even know where to begin. I chose this dealership because of the positive reviews they received and they were part of the top 10 dealerships to get a great used car from. I purchased a beautiful 2015 Hyundai Tucson with great mileage in late July, it’s October and I already had to replace the headlights, change the tires, got a car alignment, get an oil change, changed the air and engine filter, and now I’m currently sitting waiting for roadside assistance because my battery died and that’s another thing I have to change tomorrow. You can tell they received the car, realized that it drove well and put it on the lot without doing any maintenance on the car. Thank goodness I have an extended warranty, which the salesperson (who was either fired or quit a week later) informed me I had when I specifically asked him if there was one. When I went to get a check up, the Hyundai dealership told me I didn’t. I really wanted to leave a good review but I’m doing too many things that should have been taken care of before I drove off the lot.

This is a great place to purchase a better car then other places. Here youre paying for what you get. No more or less but just right.

I Came to Ferco motors and Orlando took care of me. I was able to walk out of the lot with a better car than I anticipated with a great rate. If you come there they will take care of you thank you so much again!

I just really want to thank Ferco Motors for working so hard to try to get me into a vehicle. Alex and his counterpart were very professional. They were very kind and sweet to my request. Sometimes we don’t always get all of what we want but we get what we need. And they were more than willing to make the financing happen for me so that I can get that cute BMW. (I made a decision to take another option only because it was offered to me by family, but I will always refer Ferco Motors as a great auto dealer to work with.) Good job fellas

The worst experience Alex has very bad customer service skills. He shouldnt be handling customer. They lure non English speakers customers into signing contracts without explaining the terms and conditions or clarifying doubts. My family member had the worst experience, the car was broken the day after we took it the dealer. Alex told me he was going to help me finance the car with Bank of America. 👀 behind my back he NEVER TOLD ME THE BANK DID MOT APPROVED ME, SO THEY DID NOT INFORMED ME that the bank was going to be a ghost one. This bank sir. Alex said is the best one, but what a shame it has one 1/5 🌟. Buyer be aware this people are scammers. If you have never purchased a car this is not the place. I heard from one of their employees they only need the car to work while is being purchased. After that they do not care.

This is just another sleezeball used car joint that uses the bait-and-switch. I saw a car they had posted online for $6799 and called first thing in the morning. I spoke to David to inquire. He assured me no less than 3 times that the car was there at the dealer. I told him I was sold and to please hold the car for a few hours. He took my name and number and assured me it would be there. I drove down and met Orlando. I told him what car I was coming to buy, and before I even said the whole model of the car, he says “yeah, we sold that car.” It could not have been more obvious that the car I saw was bait they use to entice buyers, and that they probably never had it in the first place. So already, I’m not happy, but I let him show me a few other cars anyway. I made it perfectly clear to Orlando that I was not going to spend more than $8000. After picking 2 that I would be happy with, we go back inside and he leaves me in his office for 20 minutes to go “run some numbers.” When he gets back, he hits me with ~$17,000 and -$14,000. I got up, let him know what I think about their little scam of a business and walked out. I’ll never get back the time they wasted of mine. Don’t let them waste yours.

They are disgusting, dishonest, laying, cheating dealerships, do not let them trick you. They quoted me 15000 so I tested the car and was ready to buy it and Julio bold face liar tells ok the car is 21000. So, I said you told 15000 how is it now 21000, and he pretends I’m confused and then the guy in the front office offers me a discount to 18800 so I said no, they tried to go behind my back to get my 19 years old kid to buy the car.

This place has a high rate pricing with a long large of mileage on the cars. And one of the salesperson which I will not name didnt care

I went to see about 5 cars that they had available according to their website and they had none. Super shady, they ask for my license to just show me around a few cars, never had Ive been ask for my license info just to look around.

Called twice about a specific car on their website ans was told both times they had it. Called 10 mins before I drove an hour and a half down and they confirmed they had it. Once I arrived the car was in a seperate lot had a broken gear shift and was on its way to be auctioned off. This place is run by absolute scumbags. You can call to confirm if the car is there and they’ll say it is despite them knowing full-well it’s not.

When we got there we found the cars we were interested in were at the “auction lot” and would only be able to view if we were “interested “ in the car and serious. Sold me a BMW 328i with 70k miles on it told me it was in perfect condition. That same night I got pulled over for a taillight out. They sold me a car with a broken taillight and less than 5 months later I need the entire engine replaced. I’ve barely driven it and have gotten oil changes on time. My car has had several oil leaks, constantly shakes, and continues to misfire even after I’ve replaced the spark plugs. Very shady company buy at your own risk. When I confronted them about the issue they said they can’t help me and that they would charge me for every mile I drove in the car if I wanted to give it back. Very unfair. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I called 3 times to confirm a specific car was still available and on all 3 occasions I was told that the car had not been sold and to come in to test drive it. (The specific associate I spoke to was Jorge). After going out of my way to drive to Ferco, upon getting there I was informed the car was already sold and then they tried to sell me on something outside of my price range that I had no interest in looking at. I don’t care that the car was sold but I do care that my time was wasted without a second thought. I personally wouldn’t recommend this auto dealer to anyone.

So if your out of state dont even consider ferro motors they will leave you hanging . I started off by emailing and they replied maybe a day later I replied back to no response. I was like okay maybe they dont have a good email program let me call. I called and after it rand for about 3min they answered and told me yes that vehicle you are looking for is avaliable let me text you I have a customer im dealing woth right now. Okay cool I guess he will text me....2 days later hey are you still interested in buying a car here. I said yes and tried to see what it would be to either ship it and or fly down and buy it. Well they replied about a day after I asked and then havent hurd from them since. I tried reaching out again to no reply. I dont know what they are trying to do but it feels like ots not even trying to sell cars.

Worst auto dealer that I have ever experienced. Came with friend to check some cars and wanted to test drive few cars. They asked me if I had money and if I am buying today. When I said no I am not buying today they told me to come back when I have money (I am buying for my friend, I drive ML350 2015).I would not recommend this people to anyone, they are just awful!

I am incredibly happy with my car! This is now the third vehicle I purchase from Ferco Motors and it is safe to say that this is my go to dealer. All three of the cars have been great. The first one was over 7 years ago which I still have, the second was 6 years ago (I also still have), and my recent purchase makes 3. The staff is very professional and extremely patient. No pushy salesmen which is a big plus. I drove out of Ferco Motors with a big smile and a great deal!2 year later, I want to add that my last purchase was still an incredible deal for a great reliable car. I haven’t had any issues with this car.I was so happy that I went back. My husband and I now purchased another car from Ferco Motors (that makes 4 cars). I can honestly say that none of the 4 cars ever gave me any problems.Best deal anywhere!

He was honest and fourth coming with any and all information about the car we were buying. I felt really good when leaving the dealership. No shoppers remorse at all.

I worked with Jorge at Ferco Motors via a web purchase. Jorge was polite, respectful and answered many texts over the course of several weeks at all hours of the day. Its not unheard of for customers to say that once the money is transferred that the service stops but in this case he continued to assist with minor details to make sure the vehicle arrived at my door. Purchased a 2014 Harley Davidson Trike from Ferco Motors on 10-11-2019. Started the inquiry in September with Jorge but had to travel abroad. Placed a deposit before departing. Upon return the Trike was still mine to purchase because Ferco Motors and Jorge kept their word and honor. Drove from Virginia to Miami to complete purchase and p/u Trike. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Ive been trying to purchase a vehicle from them for over two weeks now. They never returned my call or email request for payment options. Never had the decency to say the car was currently under contract. Woke up this morning only to see the car was removed from the site. Very Unprofessional. Jorge stopped responding to my emails and I found it extremely rude. Im never the one to write bad reviews but Ive got time today.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are all about the sale and not honest about their transactions. I would never recommend them and wish I could give them a negative rating. They called me the next day after getting the vehicle asking if I want a vehicle and calling me John. My name is not John and didnt even realize who I was until I said my name. They dont track who they are dealing with and dont give full details on pricing. Then lied about the maintenance done on the vehicle just to close the sale. I told them to run the credit just once and they ran it about 4 times with other lenders after I already got approved with the first. I will NEVER purchase another car from them.

Anytime someone tells you they have what you want in you drive more then 40 miles to get the vehicle that bad customer service I’d rather you tell me the car is sold which would probably lead me to believe you have good business in I’ll still come check it out but hey screw the customers let’s waste there time by letting them drive from who knows to make a blank trip
