Price advertised was $27,300. Internet price I clicked for was $25,100. I copied and brought to the dealer. They refused to honor the price and said the internet manager who gave it to me was unavailable. In over 50 years of car buying, never saw a dealer do such a dishonest switch as Braman Mini.

I gave a five stars review a few days after purchasing my first mini with them because the purchasing experience was nice but I have to change the review because the customer service experience has been awful so far. I couldnt register an account on Mini Owners Lounge (it has been more than a month). I called Financing Services, they told me I should contact the financing manager so I did and left two voice messages but still hasnt heard back from them yet. I dont want to miss my payments but how can I make my payments that Financing Services dont have my information on records and the financing manager is not returning my calls! This is very frustrating.Btw, make sure you check the floor rubber mats. I realized that there is one missing and contacted my sales and no replies...

Great Experience.I had a 2016 BMW that I have been taking to Braman Miami for a few years.Ive always had my car serviced and repaired there, always satisfied. The dealership is immaculate, the service agent that I established a relationship is great (Maico W.), professional, friendly and always happy to help, regardless of the issue. Due to the current circumstances I found myself needing to get rid of my beautiful 428 GC which was a Select Lease with roughly 25-30% more miles than the avg. Knowing this was a difficult spot for me and I would take a beating on any trade-in options, I shopped around, and to my pleasant surprise, Braman really came through as the best option overall. They went above and beyond to get me the best value on my trade-in and the best price on my new Mini Cooper S. I could have gotten a similar car for a little less elsewhere, but the peace of mind that Braman offers and a CPO vehicle outweighs the savings. Im loving the new car and the experience was great, from the GM (W.P.), to my sales guy Cristian V. and Carlos who helped me out with finances. All stand up gentlemen, and I look forward to not only having my Mini serviced at Braman but getting another BMW once things get back on track. Highly recommend.

If you want your car to be returned to you in subpar condition this is the service department for you! I have had several issues with this location but my car going in for a simple oil change and being returned with the check engine light on and unable to run takes the cake. The service advisor lied and said it was on when it was brought in and thats why we provided you an estimate. I of course thought my car is running great no light on problems when starting I of course only need the oil change. WRONG it was returned with all the problems listed above. Save your self the time money and stress of this place. No idea why this happens at this location. Never had these issues in Connecticut or New York.
