Professional, knowledgeable, and very very patient. He welcomes questions because he loves to give you the answers. Explain the paperwork to detail let me know what I was able to enforce within a certain time frame if there was something going on with the car that I was not happy with. I would recommend James to anybody that is looking for a used car.

This was by far the best experience I have had with car buying. The process was super easy. Started online, made an appointment to go in, saw the cars, test drove it and did the paperwork. James Regis was amazing in explaining my options, with down payment, monthly payments the difference depending on the car, etc. At Drivetime they really want to help you get into the best possible option that works best for you whether that be in monthly payments, down payment or cost of the car in general. Did a great job finding a vehicle that was a good fit for me. We went over several different options to find a good one and everyone that I worked with (Victoria and Wilmer) was super polite and friendly. The only issue I had was the $100 Uber I had to take to get to the dealership that had the car I wanted because DriveTime doesn’t transport cars from one lot to another. The car is great (could definitely be detailed though) and I think overall the experience was great.
