I called to move my COVID vaccine appointment up a couple of days. The woman said I could just walk in when I’m ready. I come for my vaccine and they tell me that if I don’t have an appointment then it is an hour wait. This is exactly why I called a week in advance to change my appointment.Then, Elisa at the check-in table was rude. No greeting, no welcome, no nothing. I hand her my ID and insurance card and she just starts talk to someone else for 15 minutes like I’m not standing there waiting for instruction. After her chat, then she hands me paperwork that I could have been filled out. She’s rude. And she’s nicer to Spanish speaking customers, which is completely unfair.

I loved Publix the moment I stepped my foot in. Coming from NYC its a heaven for grocery shopping.Customer service is outstanding, friendly and very helpful. Great selection of veggies, fruits, wine, seafood. Im here almost every day :)Fruit tarts are better than the Whole Foods ones! Price wise sushi is pretty good too.

They have nice bathrooms and they have an underground parking structure thats awesome in case youre caught in the rain on your motorcycle LOL the store also has everything you need to make a perfect meal or grab a quick bite I really like Publix

This place has a variety of choices. The products are arranged accordingly. Not too crowded, no hassle, and no long lines in the cashier counter.

Love how close I am to this store. The very nice cashier older lady since I am new to Florida gave me tips to sign up, save money on the Bogo deals. I also love the protected parking garage. Good prices overall and the deli sandwiches are delicious too.

Staff was really helpful, the subs we got were super delicious, but the workers need a better, more spacious station to do this job. They were cramped and all of their ingredients were piled on top of each other instead of spread out.

Once upon a time I was here and the cashier was very nice. They have good prices and a great section of seafood, great variety so that shoppers can find great deals here. Ill always return here again! I will always return!

What a great place to shop. When you ask a question, they will go out of their way to show you. They employ the less employable, which is very socially conscious.

This grocery store is one of my favourites because of its convenient venue, lunch, a wide range of moderately priced drinks, and the finest deli and meat counter in town!  Many of the staff were kind and helpful. Next week, Im sure Ill be back to pick up a few things.

This shop did not disappoint! They also have a large selection of foods and merchandise. Coworkers have been nothing but helpful. Many of the items on the market are brand new and in excellent condition. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. You have my top recommendation!

They have a good liquor store, a good bakery, and fresh veggies, among other things. The employee, too, was not obnoxious and worked quickly to appease the clients. I strongly advise this place!

They always have what I want or need at Publix, always great customer service.

Imagine going to your local supermarket and what you want to purchase is not available because they are closing in 2 hours. Imagine wanting to purchase bread or seafood in this Publix and there’s none because they close in two hours. Imagine wanting to speak to the manager about it, customer service person called manager to the front and he never comes. But, it goes a little further, the customer service person doesn’t refer to you as a customer, she refers to you as the guy. I guess this is not Miami Shores, Coconut Grove, or even Brickell. In this Publix the management team has showed me in few occasions that they do not care about their customers. The management team in this store do not deserve to work for this company. Their lack of appreciation for their customers shows at every level. If you can shop somewhere else do. This location does not deserve your business.

This Publix always has friendly, helpful and all around outstanding customer service throughout all departments!!! There is a very warm and welcoming cashier, Rebecca that always has such positive and encouraging words for her customers and is much appreciated in such hard times as these were all going through!!!

Cashier forgot to say good afternoon, she prefered to speak Spanish with the customer before me for a long time, about healthy stuff than moving to the next one and speaking first in English not every one suppose to speak Spanish, but I thought that it was something that the staff learn when they work with american customers.apparently not.

Very small. I am from the west coast and couldn’t find a lot of snacks I usually like. Terribly small Asian section for food. Customer service was good though.

I will never be buying at this store unless necessary. I walked in and was shouted in Spanish by officer Diaz badge 1460 in Spanish to wear my mask, as I moved out of the way to grab my mask from my purse, he came towards me and continued shouting in Spanish derogatory comments which were included towards my daughter ( who is sensory and has special needs) who was present . He continued to be disrespectful and when asked to stop and to apologize, he simply said, thank you, ignored any concerns and walked away . Bad manners, zero class and zero respect towards publix customers. What should have been an in and out visit to publix turned in to a an unpleasant experience.

Store is great customer service is 1rst class. Management is top notch. Ms. Jacqueline is the best, i shop at this location all the time and she is always pleasant and helpful. I pass other locations just to come here because of the customer service and how fast I get in and out the store.

They wouldnt take a money order from my debit card with Dave Banking. They only use widely known banks despite that Dave Banking is FDIC-Insured. REALLY?Update: I went in person two days later, spoke to the manager who then spoke to another manager and they all introduced themselves and apologized. They said they would talk to the representative and take care of the problem!

This place is always Publix Super Market at Miami River. Wait, I take that back. Its just always packed. Ive been here before and Ive been here after 2 and the line is just as Publix Super Market at Miami River. But I dont them. They really are that good.

I went to the grocery to buy the ingredients for my smoothie tub. I was so surprised that compared to the other supermarket, this place offers fresh ingredients, particularly fruit and vegetables! Im so glad that this store is located near my location!

As soon as i walked in i was addressed by the manager asked me if i needed anything to ask. So i did he help me in the bakery. I was a bit disappointed not to much cakes to choose from but just that manager and associate helping me pick a cake gives them 5 stars. I would shop there again

Staff is overall argumentative and unhelpful - not everyone, but most. Ive placed 5 pickup orders and only once did the order go through without issue. Once they claimed I wasnt picking up my phone and they called 3 times to tell me they were out of stock, but my phone log was empty - Id received and answered a call for the same reason a few days prior. The other two failed pickups, they didnt even bother to try calling. Once I came in just for a baking sheet, green onions, and avocados and left empty handed as none were available in reasonable condition. I once asked if I was doing something wrong timing-wise since the Deli is always out of stock, got incoherent mumbling as an answer, asked them to repeat and speak up several times and continued to get nothing but mumbling. Ive been to >50 different Publixes and every other one is excellent, this is the only bad Publix Im aware of. Worth the drive to one of the two other nearby Publixes. All that said, this still beats the average Wal-Mart and I have had a couple positive interactions here. The food is generally quality *if* its available and they dont decide to catfish/gaslight you.

Im live back to this publix but from 4 o 5 Years is stop bring a lot merchandise and said is been descontinue but when I call the company of this products they said is not true and sometimes you go to others publix they have the merchandise. I have 30 yrs. visit this store I dont know was go on.

This is the nearest Publix to my residence and I would rather go further into Brickell and pay for parking before I ever return and have to see their RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service manager, Jacquline Peterson. We all know that Publix pride themselves on customer service but this just simply wasn’t it. I wish that I could give 0 stars to truly capture my experience and Ms. Peterson’s level on professionalism but I can’t. Happy Holidays to all of the pleasant and hardworking employees at the 311 SW 7th street location minus JACQULINE PETERSON!

This place is a bit antiquated and not so customer friendly.

This place is generally a pleasure to shop. Clean supermarket, nice employees, ample parking, and most items I want are in stock. Unfortunately, I have had multiple problems with receiving my deli orders that I request online. I receive an email notification to pick up my food. On multiple occasions, my order is not there even though I show up at the correct location and in a timely manner. On St. Patricks Day 2019, I ordered online and had to wait an hour for food I wanted to take to a party. When I showed up to Publix, my order was not there. I was told there that Publix did not have the food I ordered and that the website does not provide a notification to cancel the order. I was also told by the Publix deli employee that this has happened to other customers as well but nothing has been done to prevent these inconveniences. Not cool, Publix. Dont bother to have an online ordering system if it is inconsistent and ineffective.
