They always have just about every color in polishes but rarely have them in gel. The reason why they always have stock is because they charge $5.99 for the regular OPI, and $15.99 for the gel counterpart. They dont give prices over the phone which is an inconvenience to the customer. I dont exactly know what theyre hoping to get through that. They have horrible customer service harassing you repeatedly asking if you need help.i get theyre trying to prevent theft but not everyone is a thief. If theres cameras in place and the owner still feels theyll get robbed then have someone at the door checking bags. I mean the place is tiny, impossible to miss if someone actually stole something. Good luck trying to return or exchange something most of their things are final sale to begin with. Worst of all theyre so technologically behind that they didnt even know their machine accepted Samsung Pay and made a big deal when I tried to pay with it. I pay with my Samsung phone everywhere. Avoid this place if you can. I try to come here as a last resort. The owner isnt very nice either to customers which is why I felt I had to leave this review so that everyone knows what to expect.

My go-to when I am in Miami for a variety of my haircare needs. The staff is extremely knowledgable, patient and quite accommodating. They dont give prices over the phone if you are trying to shop around (I know from experience) and its tiny but packed with product so take your time and ask questions if you are unsure of something. They are very friendly!

This is the worst place to buy any beauty supply. Please stay away from them. The boss is a terrible lady super rude. Never pay cash. I just had the worst experience of my life. I bought a product and I left through the door and had realized it was defective. I return immediately and the lady was nonchalant to customer service and had told me I had lost my cash. Horrible experience ! My mother and I have been buying dye and hair products for a few months now and I recently purchased two tubes of matrix copper hair dye and the shampoo for it. Well I wanted to dye my hair back o brown and went to exchange the tubes and shampoo which were all sealed and not used and they did not let me so I will be taking my business elsewhere. They had nothing to lose by doing the simple exchange for me, but oh well !

This place is tiny and it is jam-packed with stuff. They also sell Pravana, which is amazing dye. I go here to buy that exclusively. They would get 5 stars, but the parking lot is a crowded and if it rains, be prepared to swim there, as it floods.

As I’m paying I ask politely for the return policy, and they said, specially two ladies, that I had 7 days to return, and the products must be intact, which is quite understandable. So, I walk into the store and the old short men with white hair, said straight to me: “I knew you were going to come and return” and he said straight, I cannot return it.I thought I was going to have a heart attack.
