I had such an amazing experience at this location Alberto help me so much he was very professional,knowledgable, outstanding costumer service skill.I dont live by the brickell area but i will visit this location not only because of the mac products but also the staff

This location has gone bad.I recently stopped in for a quick birthday gift idea for my daughter. I was having trouble understanding the employees on the floor (age/mask/language barrier), so I asked to speak with the manager. When he was done playing on his phone in the back room, he slowly got up, walked over, barely looked at me, sighed loudly, and asked me what I wanted in the most rude and unprofessional tone. I was absolutely stunned.Blatant disrespect aside, I tried to talk to him, but his answers were short, snobby, and extremely unhelpful. He made it very clear he did not care about me or my business, so I left empty handed.Quite simply, if you are that burnt out in your profession, then you need to quit and move on. You have become a disservice to both the company and its customers.I have no idea what happened to this store. My wife and I have been shopping here for two years, and we both agree customer service has rapidly declined since reopening after COVID. The staff used to be so much nicer and way more knowledgeable. The reason we have always been loyal MAC customers is the professionalism, which this location is now completely devoid of.I think it is time for corporate to step in and figure out what is going on here. Until then, there are many other makeup stores (with much better customer service) in Brickell City Centre.

The help was ok, however the store inside was soooo hot! It made the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Not enough employees to help customers and at the register. However, the person that helped me was nice.

Was shopping with my gf. tall guy in his late 40s early 50s helped us when he finally came out the bathroom. super rude. kept lookin at his phone. made us feel like we dint exist. so i ask for the manager. said he was it.... YEAH RIGHT.

Unfortunately, first and last time I visit. I made an appointment to get my makeup done. They were on a mission as to who would do my makeup. I showed a picture of what I wanted. Said that I wanted bronze eyes and a classic nude lip, like the picture I showed. It was a simple look. The artist made my eyes silver with a dark lip. She did not prep or prime my face either so it did not last me the night. It did not look good, but I was in a rush and couldnt have her re-do. Also, most unprofessional way to apply false lashes. She was pressing down with her hands on my eye lids, smudging the eyeshadow in doing so, to the point my eyes got watery and I had to ask her to stop. NEVER has this happened to me anywhere, what type of method is that to put falsies especially when mac has a great applicator tool which even I own.Also, I asked for the price and was told it was $50 on the phone and then got charged $60 plus tip. Ridiculously expensive for the work that was done.She also kept leaving in the middle of the appointment to assist other clients. If Im paying to get my makeup done, I expect the attention to be on me as its a paid service. Not to mention I was pressed for time which I informed her of from the minute I got there. I had an hour and made sure to arrive early so she had plenty of time. And not only stepping away, she stepped away for 15 minutes to help one client. I looked like a ghost waiting to be finished. Ridiculous.Terrible experience and I would not recommend.

Floor was empty when I walked in, but Im pretty sure there were quite a few people in the back office (lots of giggling). I looked around and waited a bit, but no one ever came out to help me, so I just left. Very strange.Store seems kinda pointless now anyways, especially with all these new covid rules. Ill just shop online, I guess.

Today I attempted to shop at MAC Cosmetics in Brickell City Center.I was barely acknowledged when entering the store, and was given rude and unsatisfactory service when I was in need of assistance.Im well aware that Im an older woman who doesnt wear too much makeup, but Im still a customer, and would hope my patronage would be appreciated.Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

I brought my granddaughters here, and they had a field day! The staff was so nice and incredibly professional. They gave them a wonderful tutorial and even taught me a few things. It was a lovely experience. This is why you go to MAC!

Loved the technique class today Adelaida was great! She really went detailed but didnt bore me at all! She helped before during and after the class with all my questions. She was amazing! I cant wait to come in to take more classes!!

Came in with my dog, who is not tiny (42 lbs) and they were great! Everyone was super friendly, I just needed a quick eyeshadow and they helped me out. Excellent customer service and dog friendly : )

Terrible service! Feeling slighted. I will admit the store was busy. After being ignored by several of the sales associates I finally asked for assistance. I was told I need to wait because the sales associate was busy with 3 other customers and as soon as she was done she would assist me. I waited until she finished and she went over to assist a customer that came in after me. I asked if she could help the both of us and she ignored me. I am a huge fan of MAC but this service was horrible.

Makeup service was not good. Artist kept stopping in the middle of the service to tend to people and overall her skill set was subpar. It did not look like something a professional had done yet she said she had been there 7 years... 🤔
