Great place with fair prices and good selections of human lace wigs! I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wig. The density is excellent and the quality of the lace too. The length is good 26 inches. The saleswoman treated me well and I even had small gift for my birthday. The wig smells good, thank you to the saleswoman for her professionalism :)

Google put one star but my TRUE RATING IS ZERO STAR...NO BROWNIE POINTS FOR THISONE GOOGLE!!!! So I decided to grace this shop with my presence after seeing all the great reviews--well you cant judge a business by their reviews because this has been by far one of the most horrid shopping experiences of my life. I walk into the store and eagerly started walking to go look at the selection of wigs...until I was accosted by the worker there who told me to go stand in line...I look back and there was no line, perplexed, I walked back towards the door where I then noticed the sign to wait to be helped. BRUUUHHHH I walked into a BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE NOT A FREAKIN RESTAURANT! But I digress. Then the lady pointed out a box maze for me to walk through then to look at the wigs from 50ft away, point to the one I like, then walk back through the man-made box maze to the front of the store, where I can finally feel the wig (and uncomfortably feeling the stare of death piercing through my soul). Listen I dropped the cash on the wig and got out of there as quickly as I could. Only to come home and see how poorly constructed the wig was. Too late because all sales are FINAL. I dont understand why some people are in the retail business. If people are walking into your shop they are expecting an experience so then can spend their heard earned cash...not a NIGHTMARE. Never would I ever step foot into that place again, even if it was the last wig store on earth (and I LOOOOVEMY WIGS) But NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! THESE DAYS, SOME COMPANIES are using the RONA virus to be so damn disrespectful to their customers. I am sick and tired of this ish. Dont go into any industry where you have to deal with people if you cant even CRACK A SMILE. Gosh darnit!

I came here and asked for an hd lace wig and the wig I recieved was not hd it was a double notted lace hard to bleach. Actually the nots don’t even bleach ! Elsa hair supply does not provide quality lace the hair will last you 3 months at most shedding is terrible. I came here twice don’t waste your money go to Subí trading inc for better quality and better prices ! I paid 395 for a blond HD LACE and had to throw it away !

I was checking the threading on a wig which was snatched from me and I was told that I could see it without touching it. She also said the wig was 310 as if I couldnt afford it. Don’t call me a thief. It took y’all over 6 months to reply to my statement and you have the nerve to act like you remember who I am, when I’m not from Miami and only been to the store once. You judged me bc I didn’t have on “day clothes” but little do you know I had just returned from a cruise that day and decided to go to the store because I saw online you had what I was looking for. Don’t come for me and my pockets because had you been polite, you would have made over $600 that day for 2 human hair wigs and supplies to maintain the wigs.Their response today 3/16/2020Update 5/20/2020These people are still insinuating that I tried to steal their wig. I dont need nor believe in stealing. You profiled me for whatever reason. I dont care what your reasoning was. I would never recommend your store to anyone. I was looking at several wigs including the red one and as soon as I lifted it off the head platform to inspect the wefts, the color job done on the hair, look for strings, ect, you started acting like customers cannot touch the merchandise. I wish I could give less than 1 star. The owner was extremely rude and impatient. She was upset with a man at the register and took it out on every customer in the store. I spent over $500 in merchandise and she was being so nasty. She told us that we were “WASTING HER TIME AND SHE HAS OTHER THINGS TO DO”. I will never come back. I drove all the way from west palm beach and I regret going through with my purchases.

During the process, devout people came to take photos. Others also came to bring us water, energy drinks, ice and even food, it was very moving, said EDO through a press release.

I dont know it yet, but I think its wonderful to travel inside the store with 360 images, this is perfect. Congratulations.
