Terrible customer service!!! the lady who claims to be a manager is the worst and has bad attitude. Super rude. this used to be my go to place but I wont be visiting as long as she is there sorry!

I have been a customer of Samaria for last few years and the customer service provided at is beyond expectations. The availability of their products and reasonable pricing always makes it my first stop for beauty products. I have visited majority of their stores and I can say the the friendly approach and willingness to help the customer is always on point with all of their employees. Even during pandemic time, they have been available via telephone to answer and help with needs. Thank you Samaria Beauty Supply!

Extremely rude employees they asked me to wear a mask even though I showed them my vaccination then I was walking around trying to find what I was looking g for and they were in the front chatting away without helping me total disaster

This place is great. Lots a beauty supply at a really affordable price. Love their gel nail polish wall. Great selection.

If we could give 0 stars we would!We got there at 5.30pm. the business closes at 6pm as shown on the website and on the door. They even opened the door to tell us the store was closed because they were told by the owner to close. I asked if there was any particular reason, only answer I got was that in the last hour they got zero customers.Other customers were also complaining as they even called ahead and they were told the store was open.This is not the way to treat customers!!!This is the second time this happens (the website says open but the store is closed!)You probably dont need our money, so better everyone knows it!!!

Kendall by far is the worst location. There is always something up with this store. They either never answer the phone and or are closed during there hours of operation. Unfortunately in west Kendall this is the only beauty supply close to me.

Great staff and owner but there almost never have what you need. It’s a shame because it’s so close to my business.

The girls are so helpful and have good knowledge of the products.I just wish they had a little more nail art, or colored acrylic products.

Terrible service. They are always out of colors. The girls act like you’re inconveniencing by walking in. I’m a certified nail tech, I won’t be purchasing from them again or recommending anyone to visit this store.

I really loved this place they greeted me as soon as I walked in and also very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions on products and walked out with what I needed and what I like the most is they dont push products like every other supply stores will highly recommend this place it just became my fave although they should extend their store hrs.

What a really bad services in this kind of the store, They don’t have the time at what time they close this store, I just check in the internet, and I came here because somebody recommend me that, but for sure I did the wrong decision. I buy an Iron for my hair, which it was the expensive one, I didn’t like it after I used for the first and unique time it feel heavy for me, I didn’t request the money, I just wanted to change it and they couldn’t because they just have three days to returned and u can’t even used!!! That’s funny, with a really nice face they just play with ur money!!! I will never recommend u this store.

EXTREMELY rude employees. Was a loyal customer to their original Bird Road store but the employees at the Kendall location need to be trained in manners and not call their customers mijita with a bad face. Will never be going here again.

They had what I was looking for. They sell really professinal products. Also the two girls that work there are super nice. They both gave me an excellent service.

The worst place to go to buy any supply you need. The most expensive of all kendall and they dont even let you return many things that you sell defective. Those who work believe themselves to be the owners. I do not go anymore because not even the paintings work.

Horrible Attention Always, it will not be more. Never an Option for us, they are also bothered by a question and if you call them they do not give or prices by phone, all with the strategy of getting there and once you buy with them for lack of choice .The Prices Above all places are obviously not a Competition.

The cashier of this store is an insolent, very bad service, I did not like your attention!
