Love this store! They have so much variety and the quality is AMAZING. I have bought several gold filled chains and charms and they have not tarnished. Mind you sometimes I forget to take them off to workout and shower! Definitely one of my favorite local bead stores.

Gorgeous selection but I didnt feel very welcomed... I felt really judged by the women working there. I left the store just honestly feeling sad. I dont know, maybe they were having an off day or something but the vibes were off

I just found this store while bead shopping with my sister. The owners seem so sweet and welcoming and answered the many questions we had. They have high quality beads and really unique charms. Everything is well organized and check out was a breeze. I love that I can reorder everything online and my receipt has all the part numbers. Makes it so much easier to reorder! Will definitely be back!

Huge Selection, competitive pricing, and great service. Earrings, beads, string, a one stop shop. Anytime im in downtown, I stopped by, they constantly get new items and he quality is better than other places around that area.

So in order to get a discount you must place a review, fyi... The ladies were helpful when asked other than that they were busy with what ever they were doing. It clearly wasnt as much merchandise as I was expecting but there were a few things of interest. It was an ok experience however when I came to Miami again it wasnt on my list to patronize.

The cutest bead store I’ve been to in a while. The girls are young and vibrant and really know what’s trending and helped guide us along. We came for some mask chain supplies and left with some amazing gold filled chains and charms.

My clients have been raving about the material and how it is so durable since I switched vendors. They are my go-to for all charms and chains! The girls are also awesome. I absolutely love this shop! They have the best selection of charms and gold filled necklaces. They are by appointment only due to Covid, but they squeezed me in since I didnt know.

My Wife and I found this store on google and made an appointment to visit since they are only allowing customers in 1 at a time due to the pandemic. Very friendly staff, all very helpful. Great selection of beads! In short this is a definite go to bead shop, well be back, and we suggest you do the same!!!

Horrible customer service would not recommend. I entered the store and the representatives did not greet me, didn’t ask if I have any questions they just sat at their computer and ignored me. Piss poor customer service. If they only wanted to deal with online sales they shouldn’t have a store front.I went to Maslow Beads down the street their customer service is amazing. I would recommend their location if you are looking for Awesome customer service

Brought 4 Sets of Gold Filled Bangles for my Great Nieces in St.Pete Florida. It was easy and hey sent them to them. They got within 4 days. They said they loved them and were Anixous to wear them.

This store is EFFICIENT- straight to the point, they know their stock, don’t harass or crowd you when shopping and are yet still attentive when asked. They’ve moved to a bigger spot which is amazing! I didn’t see the wolf-dog last time- such a sweet instore treat :-)

Over priced there was a big selection but there are a lot of other stores around them with better prices word of advice don’t stop there first and check around before hand

This store is a hidden gem in Miami. Small but had everything I needed. They have an amazing selection of charms. Pricing was better than some other local shops I visited. The girl that helped me out was also very informative.

I do not recommend it at all. Incidentally, it is super super expensive, they have a rather strange policy. I made a purchase and in less than an hour I wanted to return it as it had been delivered to me since I had seen that it was cheaper in another place and there was also more variety in another place, the girl told me no, that they do not accept returns That said it in the invoice of step they never gave me invoice neither physical nor in mail.At least one is entitled to a refund in this country

It is the best place I have found in all of Miami with everything you need to put together everything that comes to mind!
