Shopping from Shicols for about seven years, and have found them to be most helpful, honest, and friendly. The staff extend themselves for customers, and their prices are very fair in comparison to other wholesalers. Recommend highly.

I went there and its not there anymore. I was told that they close last year 😒Did they move somewhere else. I did find what I was looking for at bisutería x & 0 inc.

I have been intimidated in many wholesale bead stores before. Never at Shicols, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The girls there speak with an accent but its no bother. Everything is wholesale 50-60% so got to love that.

Ugh hard to find most items not marked. Quality of beads..well you can get better items from china on ebay where this,stuff comes from. Poor quality and the store is,a mess. Sales folks to busy chatting with each other in a language other than english to even ask if they could help....shop ebay like they do

Poor quality. Terrible customer service. I have purchased a variety of materials on more than one occasion. The materials always discolor or break, regardless of type. The women who work there are indifferent and poorly mannered, and I have caught them lie about their products on more than one occasion. Some things are overpriced, especially for such low-grade quality. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
