Shopping here was not a good experience. There is a general feeling of disregard for the customer and they refused to do an even exchange on an unused product because it had gone over a couple of days on their policy. Sometimes common sense is a better rule to follow. Much better prices and quality down the street at Maslov beads where they greet you with a smile and genuinely take interest to answer your questions. When more then half of the reviews are poor ones it may be time that the staff takes some classes on customer service.

Whenever I go to this store, I feel like I am in heaven. I have been shopping there for more than 10 years. Everyone is very helpful. The variety is crazy and they have prices for every budget. I usually go there on Saturday. Thank you guys for helping my business ! =)

They are about the last place to buy materials for jewelry making, and parking around there is ecoensive. The owners must not know that their staff has a bad attitude, when a customer asks a question they walk away and ignore you, I turned around to look at something and the lady helping me was making gestures and rolling her eyes, if they werent the last store around I would not go back

TERRIBLE, VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.They couldn’t care less about helping their clients. I got a rude response from one of the attendants, after a while a asked a second attendant and AGAIN a got a rude response… I even told the owner about the bad customer service they provide, but at the end it felt like he didn’t care at all. So, I guess there is where the problem begins. If he doesn’t care, why would his employees care?After wasting about an hour there, I decided to leave and not buy in this place. I went to another place close by, where I got everything I wanted, for a better price and nice atmosphere.I do NOT recommend doing business with Lanshang Corporation, it is not worth the frustration dealing with such unprofessional people, especially when there are much better options out there.

I went here after a couple of years. They moved their store because the building they were in closed down. When I went to their new location, I was told I cant roam the store with the stroller because of theft issue. I was given the option to leave or sit in the corner with my baby who I brought with me in a stroller. I didnt know when this policy came to affect but I was upset. Will not go back to this place.
