We ordered bathroom vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. After 6 months the mirror started to deteriorate from the corners. Eddy put in warranty to replace. The problem was I needed to hire someone to remove it to send back and then they would send a new one and I would pay someone else to install. Poor customer service or lack there of, I will never buy anything from them again and would recommend to buy elsewhere. I never said it was glued, your employee Eddy told the manufacture it was. I only know I paid someone to install and should not have to incur costs to remove and replace due to warranty. I also was told originally by Eddy the would bring my mirror on the Monday after I came in to file claim. And at that point could swap. Once again feel free to change your story to hide the poor service and lack of warranty.

Jorge and his wife was of great service to my mom and I. There wasnt any pressure to buy, but very supportive and knowledgeable. My mom normally isnt confident in her buying decisions, but this time thanks to Jorge and his wife she exuded confidence in her buy. Jorge also provided references to suppliers to complete her buy. I highly recommend YKB for your kitchen and bath supplies.

UPDATE TO MY LAST REVIEW.I just got off the phone with the owner and asked him again for either my faucets or a refund. He had a VERY nasty and disrespectful actitud and even called me a B_ _ C H which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable when handling a business. Apparently it’s my fault now that he is not capable of providing a good customer service or making a quick phone call in all 5 months to inform the client about the status of the order.Again, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Worst customer service EVER. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else. After 5 months I’m STILL waiting for part of my order. Have called the store and visited them a couple of times and there is always and excuse.Follow up is horrible and the owner doesn’t return the calls even after repeated messages. The most annoying experience ever. Never again!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The problems with this company have been ongoing since our order 2 years ago. To begin, half our kitchen cabinets arrived incorrectly. They were supposed to put a rush on the replacement cabinets since the error was theirs yet it took just as long as the original order. Then it came to light that our appliance orders were never placed by them either. By the time they realized, some were on back order. We had to wait months again. To top it off, when the appliances arrived, they were the wrong ones. We ultimately were delivered 2 different fridges, 2 different hoods, and 2 ovens. The delivery service was horrible. The cheap dolly broke as soon as the first appliance was placed. YKB admitted they didnt send a professional team which we had to request be sent the next time. Then problems with the assembly. It took 3 months with multiple trips for them to finish the assembly. The kitchen cabinetry didnt work with the handles. You would think if they are professional and experienced, they would have known this before suggesting the handles. The vanity cabinetry has been a nightmare which doesnt end. Not only was the assembly problematic but we still are dealing with a factory stained countertop which was improperly cut and positioned at a diagonal over the vanity. In dealing with Jorge Senior, the owner about this, the agreement was he would not charge me the $1500 for the countertop until this issue was resolved. Yet when my husband called him for another matter, he charged the balance to my husband who was unaware of my last conversation with Jorge. That same day I left multiple messages to Jorge to call me back and no response. He knew exactly the deceit he pulled and of course, didnt want to call me back. I called almost weekly for months after that and no response until 2 weeks ago. Jorge stated he would reach the countertop guy to have this resolved but still no response. I have left 5 messages this week and still no response. I have been patient for 2 years but this is robbery at this point. I dont know how they sleep at night taking money from people and not providing the professional service they make themselves out to offer. Dont trust anything they say. They have no clue what they are doing other than showing you designs and getting you to buy....I have read your reply and it cant be farther from the truth on all your points. Payments were all made timely except the final $1500 for the countertop in question because of its unresolved state. To address just some of your points which is all on record to the contrary: 1.It wasnt just a few doors made incorrectly, it was the entire lower half of the cabinets. 2.The oven came damaged and a new one had to be ordered. 3.We were never told there would be a problem with the drawer handles which by the way were the same ones in your own office unit. It was not until the assembly took place that your builder saw the problem. He told us we would have been better off ordering from a different store which he knows make the european style with a niche carved out for the handle to drop into it, thereby not rubbing against the above drawer. To accommodate, we had no other choice but to do away with the handles and by your recommendation, change to a handle free with a push mechanism. 4. I spoke to Jorge Sr directly when the dolly broke. If it wasnt that my husband helped the delivery crew, the whole fridge would have fallen. It was Jorge Sr who told me he would send a better team with the new delivery. 5. You suggest I was disappointed appliances didnt arrive before countertop. I was disappointed the wrong appliances were arriving. 6.I dont know what you mean I insisted you install vanity before you were ready. Your countertop guy advised the back tiles be placed before he place the countertop to avoid damage to the top. The top was placed diagonally and has a stain on it. My GC had nothing to do with the cabinetry and tops since this service was YKBs to do. If you care to resolve this, Ill remove my review

These guys are the worst! The very worst customer service Ive ever experienced in Miami. They are rude, unhelpful, uncaring and unprofessional.They must have written the positive reviews themselves! They are the worst. My friend chose them and had the same TERRIBLE experience. Do yourself a favor and choose another company. Anybody would be better than these 2 guys.If you like being treated badly choose them. If you want your job to drag on for 3 months without any help, customer service..they are your guys. TERRIBLE! Ive given 1 star because thats the lowest. They really deserve NEGATIVE stars. The worst!

Terrible customer service. After 6 months caulk around kitchen cracking, slow motion doors no longer work. Avoid by all means. 15k for a below average ktichen.
