We loved our floating vanity until it completely collapsed 6 months later on my daughters foot while brushing her teeth. Luckily, it was not broken. We FaceTimed with Sandra, the manager of the store, and she told us it was not drilled into the wall correctly. She was super condescending and the only thing she could do was a replacement front panel, but the whole thing was cracked. The right thing was to give us a replacement piece and be a little more “friendly” with a customer. Her goal was to prove that it wasn’t the stores fault. I will never buy there again because of the way she treated us.

I went in decided I would buy a vanity from them, there are a lot of selections. However, not the greatest vanity store in Miami, prices are really high for something that is not even real wood, ALL of the vanities presented to me were MDF material with plastic wood adhesive for about $1,000 each.The customer service was not great either, the lady did not have much patience with my indecisiveness, she could have been more friendly. Also, she insisted in speaking Spanish with me when I only spoke in English with her. I did not buy anything.

In my search the employee Taimi Serrano helped me find the vanity of my dreams for my bathroom, which also turned out to be perfect with the setup of the room.

I drove more than an hour to check out the Bath Trends Outlet. Hilda was incredibly helpful. When we made our purchase, which wound up being the display model, late in the day, Hilda rolled up her sleeves and helped us disassemble, pack and load the vanity before closing time. The best part is we purchased a steallar,high-end vanity for a fraction of the cost of the other stores all down the street. I highly recommend Bath Trends- and check out the outlet first. However, when I stepped inside Bath Trends, I knew I’d arrived. The choice was magnificent. I could have closed my eyes and picked anything and I would still be happy. The price was right!
