Customer service was good when purchasing and great when picking up. We bought a 60in vanity the guy that was there he was alone and loaded the vanity by himself into the SUV, I really appreciated because I had throwing my back a few days ago.

My wife and I love this store. Have used them on two occasions to remodel the bathrooms in our home. They offer a great selection of merchandise, warm service, and fair prices. Theyre also a family run business that lives in the neighborhood.

American bath has been a most wonderful experience. Melva has been an angel. She is incredibly knowledgeable of your products and guided us in the right direction. We live in the Virgin Islands and we will surely recommend American Bath to anyone making a trip to Miami is we tend to come here for our construction and remodeling projects. In 2 words: Overpriced mess. The inventory doesnt match so you will buy and then most likely get a call saying your product is not available. Then you will get delivered the wrong stuff. For the price, try to go somewhere else.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! They will send you incomplete orders, and, on top of that, the WRONG ITEMS, and worst off, DAMAGED, used items!When we opened our items, they were not what we asked for (bought)! When we went back to try and exchange it for what we PAID for, they wanted to charge us an additional “restocking fee”!I’m so sorry, these people are NOT HONEST! They truly should be out of business!Whatever you do, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! You WILL REGRET IT!!

Our experience with American Bath was great. We met and dealt with the owner. They provided fantastic service, advices, and were very helpful and accommodating. We love the bathroom vanity, mirror and the toilet we got from them.

We went to get sinks four our farm and sustainable village project. The sinks were better quality than we expected and the unique design truly amazing. The showroom was spotless and customer service was awesome and professional. I even got a lovely bamboo faucet and is super pleased. Just had the contractor finish the bathroom yesterday! I usually dont write reviews but my experience has been a NIGHTMARE! Waited weeks to receive something I should have received in a week (which is why my contractor is just being able to finish now). My biggest ISSUE however, is the fact that my contractor pointed out to me my shower system was from AMAZON! My wife and I were told it would be Royal but it says KES COME TO FIND OUT I PAID DOUBLE WHAT ITS WORTH ONLY $155 ON AMAZON! Im livid as its already installed! I thought I negotiated a good price BUYER BEWARE I cant express the time and money Ive lost ridiculous! Not worth it spend your money elsewhere with a legit company! My wife will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

I purchased 3 sinks and faucets. I was welcomed when walking through the door and they went out of their way to help us find the perfect sink. I would definitely return, if customer service is important to you then this is the place.

It was truly a great shopping experience, all the staff was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our shopping needs. The store offers a great selections with very reasonable prices! The store is very easy to shop, the sightlines are great with excellent lighting. The best part was we were able to go home with our vanity the same day, which is not common for most smaller specialty stores. I highly recommend American Bath.

BEWARE the manager is a terrible person. there was a vanity that was on display and i wanted it but there was a scratch on it so the employee offered a discount. the manager didnt like that and basically humiliated the employee, arguing and screaming at them in front of me for just giving me a little discount. the manager also got upset at me or just wanting the look at the mirror. very unprofessional.

Terrible!!!!! Check your order when you receive your merchandise usually not complete and then you are in trouble, cause they will take forever or never get it.

Rip off... get custom done .... it doesn’t cost any more. Staff tried to rip me off by increasing price within mins after talking to me. When I told him about it he asked “what would you do if you were me?” After I confronted him he then agreed to lower the price per the website. Then he tried to increase shipping cost. Shady business.... even though it was only $50 more than what I had originally planned (per their own website) I rather spend my thousand of dollars else where. Stay away!!!

Showroom floor was incredible. Courteous and helpful yet not overbearing. Wonder around and ask questions to find solutions to every Bathroom need from the Clawfeet on a super clean floor holding up a tub Andre the Giant could have bathed in to showers that adjust to all sizes including those of height and might. Forget not the vanitys and sinks double or single everyone will be pleased. Professional prices ask for the boss. Tell Him Tom Cruz sent you.

First, we had to return a faucet because it was the wrong finish even though I explained to the sales man that my faucet was an antique brass. Then we decided to replace our counter, sink etc. I should have leaned from the first mistake! I called the business several times to inquire about when my counter would be ready for delivery after waiting two weeks to hear from someone to give me an update. The girl who answered the phone assured me someone would call me back; however, no one called me. I told her when we would be available to have it delivered. No one called. After several attempts, I finally spoke to a sales man. He told me we could pick it up but that they never install. I even asked about installation both times I visited the store to discuss price. My husband had the same impression I had. They said it must be a misunderstanding. When I complained about the customer service, he responded, “Well, why don’t you work here!” I paid a lot of money for my counter, sink, and faucet. I was shocked about how rude he was to me.The experience at the store, while purchasing the sink, reminded me of purchasing a car. The sales man had togo behind a secret wall to speak to someone like the Wizard of Oz, whom I assume is the owner to make the deal. I never saw him during the transaction—He remained behind the “magiccurtain.” Do not purchase anything fromthese unprofessional, rude people. Horrible customer service!Response to Owners message: I want to be clear, we NEVER changed our minds about any of the products; they were ordered incorrectly. We ordered a sink, faucet, and counter top. We showed a picture of the sink color we wanted; however, now the sink color is wrong... not the same color as the toilet, which is in the bathroom we are remodeling. Now we need a new toilet to match the sink. We will not order the toilet from American Bath. We are tired of the errors and the aggravation. And although the manager ask me to take my first review down in exchange for a free back splash, consumers need to know about our experience. Perhaps if the manager apologizes to me for the way he has treated me instead of the alternate facts hes sharing, I will consider taking the post down.

Very bad service they charge you 30% on restocking fee but online it says 25% and on the receipts it does not show!!! THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY.I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The baby girl ( )who answered the phone is unprofessional, i called twice to order items on the phone, i didnt know what was wrong with her she made me annoyed, even though they have very NICE bathrooms items and good price on the website. i wish i can call u back but please somebody else answer the phone.thank you .

This company is not to be trusted. Pretty sure they cut a deal with my contractor and hiked up the prices on their quote and split the profits. Each and every item was marked up 100%. I found all of them on-line for half of what I was quoted after I had to research the internet to find an item that wasn’t delivered. Please be very cautious and do your homework. At the very least look online and compare prices. I was taken advantage of, but I intend to report them, and the contractor to the BBB. I am sure they will respond that they don’t have me on their registry, but as soon as they do I will be more than happy to provide pictures of their quote along with a price comparison of what I found online. Thieves! Go elsewhere.

I Owned Stan;s Auto and Plate glass in Miami for 35 years plus, ( now retired ) the motto of our company was Courtesy is Free at Stan;s. Empty and pricey for what it is. Shop around before going here. I found the same Kohler farm sink for less at the Kohler store. So do yourself a favor and shop around.
