Another successful project completed by Signarama! This one was a doozy--it included navigating the City of Miami Beachs Historical Preservation Board, Zoning and Planning Dept, and Code Compliance, etc. The sign looks amazing and everyone is happy!

STAY AWAY!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Horrific experience. Very unprofessional work and customer service. Christine (I think thats her name) was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I requested mason jars to be engraved. I even provided the mason jars so all they had to do was engrave it. It came out super bad, hurried, blurry and not what was expected at all. What I got were cat scratches (at best). I was given a picture of what to expect and it looks NOTHING like it. I showed her all of the flaws in the product and she told me I cant see anything wrong. Its only you and your eyes even when I pointed to the products flaws directly. First of all, what kind of way to treat a customer is that?? All she did was put it against the sun, turn it around, and said If you look at it like this, you cant see anything wrong ??? Then she called over the man that did the work and she started insulting me in French thinking I wouldnt understand and she told the guy that I wasnt going to get a refund for it EVEN THOUGH she told me I had to pay up front (this horrific work cost me $70) and said Dont worry. There is a money back guarantee if you dont like how it came out. Obvious scammer and liar. She had MAJOR attitude. She told me I couldve charged you way more for this service, like $120. And we did it in 2 days, we usually do it in 4. Mind you, prior to accepting their service, I asked if they could have it done by Friday (I asked them on Wednesday) and she said yes, no problem. Secondly, there is NO WAY this work is even worth $10. It is EMBARRASING. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Our sign turned out great and everyone at the event loved it! Their team even delivered it to the convention center free of charge. They worked with me every step of the way to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Signarama! Thanks for making our event great!

Our decal was a complex one since it was a word cloud full of small cut out letters and required detailed peeling and installation. During the process, I got in touch with a sales rep, a designer, and an install guy. Everyone did an great job and let me with the feeling that I was dealing with professionals -although the decal ended up higher than when it was laid out on the wall, so watch out for that. I would definitely recommend their services.
