I would not recommend this business. I placed the order from the ExhibitDeal.com website, but then I had people contacting me from Monster Displays, so I felt like is this some sort of spoofing website, since this other company is contacting me. We placed two separate orders online - two separate transactions with 2 different business names. First we had a lot of trouble getting them to understand we needed 2 trade show booths. They kept trying to cancel one of the orders. Second, we uploaded the files using their system, recieved confirmation, and the project manager then told me the files were lost. When the project manager sent me a shipping notification, she sent a picture of the booth assembled. It was not the same booth we ordered online. The shape was entirely different. We ordered a booth online that was a curved top booth. The photo she went me was a rectangular booth. I told her, this is not the correct booth. She replied that she had checked, and would confirm that the correct frame was sent. When we received the booth, sure enough, it was the wrong frame. Now, the project manager wont reply to me. The booth is very flimsy and isnt sturdy enough to stand up without falling over.UPDATE: About 2 weeks after our initial order and receiving the wrong product, we received the correct product. The CORRECT product I ordered is very high quality and just what I wanted initially. A manager from this business called our office and asked to speak to me about this review. I can confirm that we eventually received the correct item and it is satisfactory.

Adriana and the entire team at Exhibit Deal are great They helped us design and print a custom table cover in just a few days. The final product exceeded my exceptions. It was also fun to check out their shop and get some idea for the future. We are already thinking about our next purchase.
