Our experience with Monster Displays was fantastic! With tradeshows starting back up for the first time in over a year and a half, our company needed new backdrops. The team at Monster Displays was amazing to work with in getting everything we needed. Lea followed up with me almost immediately after my online order, and had a proof ready to go the same day. Ultimately, we received all of our equipment well before we needed it, giving us ample time to test setup and prepare for our next event. We have used Monster Displays pre-pandemic and had a great experience when we purchased a 10x10 backdrop for a previous trade show. We unfortunately have had a horrible experience with our most recent purchase of a SOLO Pronto 32 Screen Mount. We were told that the hardware would be included with the tv mount and that all we needed was the TV - this was false as no hardware was included. After receiving the counter screen mount we assembled it at our trade show only to find out that the bottom base had completely failed. It was very clear that the item is cheaper materials and the bottom base was faulty and broken when it was shipped to us. We contacted Monster Displays and told them specifically what had happened. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls with their internal sales team, we finally came to an agreement that they would accept the return and issue us a full refund - if we pay the $106.38 to ship the item back. Overall Monster Displays has fallen off on customer service and it seems non-existent. Hopefully this changes in the future for them.

The customer service while helping me with my order took a few days because of continuing delays on our end. LEA was so great! She took the time to answer all of my questions, and even get my artwork into the hands of the art department so that we could get it worked out before I was able to place my time-crunch order! LEA - thank you for always having a smile!

Monster Display did a fantastic job on our recent backdrop banner. We also needed a back wall for our new podcast set, and yet again they exceeded all our expectations. Whenever I call John and Gayle do not disappoint. They continue to delivery 5-star work, with exceptional open communication and a flawless design team that can get the work done in a very timely manner and deliver what you want. Customer service is very personal and helpful! They will help you figure out what items you want and what will work best for you. I ordered the smaller pop up displays that break down into a carrying case and the fabric is very high quality and great image clarity.

Time and again, Monster Displays hits it out of the park for us! From short time frames, last minute changes, replacement parts and custom orders - theyve never let me down! Not only is their customer service exceptional, the quality of their products and on-time delivery makes me look like a hero every time. Dont waste your time looking around and comparing pricing. I have worked with Monster Displays for many years–their quality is excellent and they have outstanding customer service. They are very responsive and have never missed a deadline, even this year when I had a client make a last-minute change. They re-made what I needed and had it to my client within a few days. I highly recommend them!

Id rather give no stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered a folding trade show table *with wheels.* Other websites listed this product as out of stock, but Monster still had it as available on their website. A sales rep contacted me and said shipping would be more than originally estimated. Fine I said, as it seemed I cant get this anywhere else. She sent me an invoice that clearly said with wheels. They shipped me a table WITHOUT wheels. I could have bought that at my local big box store and saved $60 in shipping. I contacted them and said they shipped me the wrong product. Oh, that product has been discontinued, they said. I asked for a refund in the difference in price and on the shipping. A customer service supervisor tried to convince me this was my error, and did not want to see the invoice they sent me. Would not refund shipping, and would make me pay shipping AGAIN if I sent it back for a refund. Well, I guess Im stuck with this table. But it cost Monster Displays a major order because I was thinking of ordering a branded tent and other items. But no, I will take my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the amount of help the folks at Monster gave me. This was our first go at a conference and I have to admit I wasnt sure where to start. They found me a nice backdrop I could use and their designer helped us come up with a graphic that matched great with our logo. Ill be coming back to add onto our booth next year! Thank you

I could not be happier with the exceptional customer service that we received from Monster Displays. After an unexpected warehouse fire, we were left in need of a new fabric display to be printed and delivered in just 2 days. Maria went out of her way to make sure this happened for us. We are greatly appreciative of the kindness and accommodation and will certainly be considering Monster for our tradeshow needs in the future.
