The Apple store on Lincoln road is very efficient, and courteous. The issue that I came in for the iPhone 11 Pro Max, was a unserviceable. To Apple standards. When third parties tampered with the iPhone 11 Pro Max, Apple would not touch it. Please be aware from iPhone XS 2 the latest phone Apple has installed a virus that can only be removed by them. If your battery becomes defective and you try to have a third-party to remove it it would not allow your phone to charge the third party battery. It must be done by Apple. Please do not go to a third party to have your battery replaced. Go to the Apple store. To replace the iPhone 11 Pro Max battery cost estimated it at $70.00. Genius Wilson did his best to try to get the battery replaced. I spoke to his supervisor, Khristy and she explained that there were other issues as well with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. So I understood, and rectified the issue with the iPhone 11Pro Max.
Bad service or better yet no service. Once upon a time there would be a greater/ friendly person at the front. now its a stern security guard offering a cheap mask. mandatory to shop. once you accept the cheap mask you are left with no help, everyone seemed too busy even tho the store was not so busy. wont be back.
I had absolutely no problem walking into any store around Lincoln Road without wearing a mask; however, as soon as I walked into Apple, I was bombarded with requests to put my mask on, when I didn’t put on a mask ( I didn’t have one, because masks aren’t mandated in Florida ) they kicked me out and refused to offer me any customer service.
Bad service, also they ask for mask even if you’re fully vaccinated.
I had issues setting a new email in different devices and also needed to activate vm on a second line on my phone. It took a while to get it done, but thanks to Ana, Andrea and Angela I can access my email on the different devices and won’t miss important calls with the new vm. They were not only extremely helpful but patient and very nice to work with. Thank you!
Wanted to buy a Apple Watch, but in the end walked out without one. Sales support was not very helpful in finding out what was available and what i wanted

Apple is on a decline. The best part of my experience was being told to stand in a line to pick up my order while managers and others stood there doing nothing. I was a bit early to pick up my order and someone there told me there was nothing he could do until the order popped up so pretty much he did not find a way to yes at all. every Apple store is full of lazy people who don’t know anything anymore. A customer had a meltdown in the store the same day I was there because of the same reasons
The best customer service I’ve had in years. Being in luxury hospitality myself I can definitely say that I wanted to hire these 2 gentlemen that assisted me. The entire team was great but Wilson and Oliver simply true professionals and very authentic.Keep it up Apple!!

The security girl in the back door is the most rude person I’ve ever met. She screamed and sweared at me for waiting for my family outside the door . They were waiting for 45 minutes with an infant in arms with no help whatsoever to pick up a product that was paid for already and for which we had appointment . Interestingly she only screamed at me out of everyone for being in the car, out of 5 cars in the front . Probably she just hates pregnant women . Absolutely deplorable !!!
You must make sure you have need to go here. There is always limited parking available here. Most people are walking to the businesses they are using. Take public transit to this location.There is one of the biggest Apple Stores here.Have advanced reservations before attempting use of the store.

It’s all in the details. When you buy the VERY EXPENSIVE apple care they tell you. “If your screen breaks just come in and we’ll fix it on the spot”… your screen breaks, you come back, and they tell you “you must email this company, they mail you the screen and then you bring it in”.. are you guys kidding? I paid for this protection to make my life easier, not to add more emails and wait times. As usual, thank you apple for screwing yet another customer with fine print.

Nobody wants to attend you in Spanish. So much Latin tourism in this city who comes to buy and they dont have enough customer service in Spanish !!!! But then we were attended by an Argentine guy (seller) extremely impeccable, his customer service, fast, he knows a lot about his products and a very nice person.
Nathan the manager had a really nasty attitude from the get go without any need. I always do a lot business with Apple Miami Beach and this is the first time someone treated me this way. He must have personal problems but I’m sure this is NOT the type of service Apple is looking for their employees to be providing. SHAME ON YOU NATHAN.
Personal is very friendly especially Apple advisors are very attentive and quickly it was a little bit crowded that Saturday evening as it was pouring rain he was very cold inside and chili I also saw a lot of children running around and very busy place I also was able to participate in photography class using an iPhone 7 I wasnt very pleasant experience I will definitely recommend to go to these Apple Store

I been a loyal apple customers for years and just purchased a MacBook Air and a IPhone in the past 2 weeks but this will stop now!! I’m so disappointed and upset about the way they treated me at the apple store today. I friendly asked to return the phone I just bought (they gave it to me without a box!!) and they offered me only 50% of the original price. So they are trying to steal my money?? During a pandemic?? Mind you that the phone is still wrapped in plastic and I didn’t even turn it on once. I can’t believe this. I told them that I’m not happy with the service at all and will definitely leave a review here so people know what they sign up for buying apple products. But the manager who worked there just told me that he doesn’t care about that which clearly shows that he doesn’t care to keep customers happy. What a crazy world we live in! Worst experience, today I ordered and paid for an iPhone 12 pro from the website and I choose to pick up today from store. I even received the confirmation email that my iPhone is ready. When I arrived there they told me that they cant give my iPhone due to many reasons and to call support. I was on the phone for 20 minutes to find that my iPhone was not in stock besides that I even received the confirmation email. they did not even check the stock for me, they said call the support. I did not imagine that,unacceptable!

Rep Gil and Manager Stephanie are pretty bad at their job.. apple needs to step up the quality of hiring .. they have no idea how to provide accurate support... why, after spending hours on the phone with Apple Support and going over everything with them and having been told that I qualify for a free replacement, promising a smooth transaction, I walk into the Apple Lincoln road and these unpleasant individuals think they can make this process all over again and make my experience as unpleasant as possible.. Very disappointed with Apple’s lack of communication between Apple support and these douchebags at the apple store..
After getting my phone repaired, I fat fingered my passcode and locked myself out :( So I went to this store to see if I could borrow a USBC to lightning cable to put the phone into recovery mode and reset it. There is literally a technician standing right next to me doing nothing, with the exact cable I need attached to his belt, but I am waiting here now 20 minutes and have been told there isnt a cable available. I guess Ill have to buy one. Lame.

Set an appointment for 1:15 PM, but when I arrived at the store I wasn’t in the system. I checked my phone only to see that I was sent a text at 1:04 PM saying my appointment was canceled with no explanation given. I drove 30 minutes just to get to this store, and now I am told I have to make a new appointment for 1 hour from now. No effort was made on their part to make things right. This is what horrible customer service looks like.

I wish i could give 0 star. During my visit to Miami my phone got stolen, i was close to Apple store and I asked for help: to turn on lost mode since i have no other devices. Just keep in my Apple doesnt care about there customers, very simple NO ONE will help you if simply need to login to find my phone. I saw in the reviews that lines were long, so I was at the store an hour early before it opened. As the employees were setting up the lines and tents for outside, I asked if I could use their apple watch band measurement paper or device or whatever because I wanted to purchase the elastic band, but I couldnt buy in the Apple store without knowing my size. The woman said they could help me when they opened.When they opened the security guards serve as gate keepers and I told them my issue that I couldnt make the purchase online... the other security guard said I had to wait in another line, which was several people deep at that point. So after no one would just take a few seconds to listen and actually think through my issue of needing to go into the store, I just left.
Amazing amazing amazing!I dropped off my fathers computer, which had stopped working for me after I tried to run an update. My father just passed away in November & I was scared I would lose all his saved photos. We shared this information with Apple who went above and beyond to try to fix the situation without deleting his stuffTo our surprise, they did just that! They saved my computer and all the stuff inside.When I went to pick up, every employee there was kind and considerate.Apple blew my mind with their customer service. This is a huge reason why I choose Apple for all my electronic purposes.

Apple always has great service and great products. But they literally tell you in the email not to come in early to arrive at a specific time or you would get delays. Only to arrive to have to wait. Kinda defeats the purpose of having an appointment.
I won’t be back at this store the team members act like they don’t want to be at work today I felt so small coming to this store the way I was treated today with all that’s going on in this world today .there was one girl with blue mascara and another lady claims to be one of the managers Andrea I’m filing a formal complaint with apple your products cost too much for this type of discriminatory behavior
Oliver at the Genius Bar gave me some misleading information.He told me that I could get an AppleCare membership throught Apple Support. I called them four times just for them to tell me that it was impossible, that the information was innacurate and that he should’ve never said that.The moral of the story, if you go to the Genius Bar and Oliver is supporting you ask for somebody else, unless you want to waste your time and be given wrong information.

Worst customer service ever. Genius Bar was very unprofessional I went in to get the small glass on my camera replaced and they wiped my iPhone to factory settings without informing or warning me. I lost all data . I brought up this problem to the general manager and they were just brushed it off.
Lucia was a very helpful genius bar specialist, always smiling, happy helping customers. Even with the best dancing attitude. Thats why I love coming to this store in the entire Miami area because everyone here it is so helpful. She type extremely fast on her ipad, and she was able to detect all issues on the iphone. I could say that apple should keep this great employees that really love what they do. I wanna thanks again to the manager of this store for hiring people that has the proper training and with the best strategies of solving customers issues. Lucia until next time 🤗

On Sundays I like to stroll on Lincoln Road, I prefer to go around noon so it is not so crowded and I enjoy it more. Every Sunday there is the farmers market where you find fruits, vegetables, cheese, honey, ceviche, spices, live music, and more.
On the internet. On their website and at the shop they advertise opening at 10 am and when you get there they tell you they open at 11 !

There is awful service here! Why does Apple separate people who wants just buy and who made order before? Because of COVID-19 we’ve had to wait for enter to the store and plus people who made the order before have major priority for the entrance… I think it’s a discrimination and Apple should review it’s position…

Awful customer service. had a genius bar appointment, all i needed was the new MacOS, Big Sur, reinstalled because the original installation was causing extreme battery drainage. I waited 2 hours and they didn’t even look at my Mac. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Friendly staff from the security guys to the reps, I went because of an internal problem that left me without phone for 5 days, Rocio was so nice she gave me a phone number where I could resolve the problem, waited for me the whole time and actually solved the problem, thank you to the manager Cairo too! You guys are amazing keep on the good work, totally recommed this store for future purchases!
