Excellent. Carlos was my clerk. I had 2 issues w/ my phone that I wanted to resolve. Carlos, after I explained the issues to him, went right into my phone and proceeded to fix them. And he did.I have been with Metro for over 20 years. Carlos performance and knowledgemade me very pleased. I will continue to visit and solve my MetroPcs issues at Washington Ave and 7 st. I was so happy to hear this Metro store has NEW OWNERS! I live in the area and heard horrible things about the people that used to work at this Metro location. I switched to Metro in March 2017 at this store. It was my 1st time there! Carlos took care of everything porting my number over from my old cell provider taking the data from the old cell phone to the new cell phone and being so patient to answer all my many questions! I have gone back to the store and Carlos is always able to fix any problems I have and provide outstanding customer service! In fact I have managed employees in past jobs and I think when its time to give Carlos a review for his job performance I think he is ready to be given a great pay raise! I will also say that I plan to stay with Metro as long as I can have Carlos offer his knowledgeable service to me as a customer! If you want expertise in getting new cell service or a new cell phone ask for Carlos since he is the best! Had a cracked screen on my phone which I had not purchased from MetroPCS. It made sense to replace the phone rather than repair the screen, so after researching similar models, I walked into this store to buy it. Unfortunately they were out of stock, but Kevin was very helpful and called two other MetroPCS stores to find the one I wanted in stock. He gave me good directions to get there. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the different models and recommended one over the other.

I got my iphone repaired quickly and the staff couldnt have been nicer. After an extensive search online for phone repairs these guys were competitively priced. Fair price & good service. RECOMMEND!

I avoid ever coming here because of the disgustingly rude staff (mean old lady and younger man), I suggest you avoid this place as well. Im truly astonished at these people. There is a much friendlier store up the street on Washington Ave and 16th st. Dont give this old shrew and her equally incompetent associate the time of day.

Horrible customer service. I waited and waited, then I got the front desk girl who was totally incompetent, then I go the owner that took my phone, lost all my data, stole my sd card and ask for $15 to recover my data which he wasnt able to recover fully and all this through arguing back and forth. This owner is the biggest jerk I have met on the beach. By the way, there is no parking and if you park illegally you will get a ticket. Great experience.

One thing I cant stand is a business that truly lacks customer service and this is one of those places. Took forever to acknowledge me and for nothing because they were trying to knock me upside the head with the prices. STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible Customer Service And Terrible Repair Work done on my Phone.I wanted to say this place was a great place to go to have my phone repaired. Unfortunetly I am very Disapointed in the Service that was provided.First of all. the last and final repair that was done was not done properly.when your paying $130 to have your phone repaired it should be done asgood as new as if it was fresh out of the box. The way they repaired myphone and why I say it was never properly repaired is because the screen was still half out and not properly sitting right in the phone. They told me this was the best they could do. Im disapointed because I trusted them to repair the phone and they did not deliver.2ndly when i took the phone back to get it repaired properly the way they handled everything was very pathetic. i left the store unsatified and also was followed out by the guy who repaired my phone. he told me if i write a review hes going to blow up my work where i work at with reviews when he has never even been into my job, how pathetic. All I have been asking for is to have my phone properly repaired. I think this guy bitt off more then he can chew. If you cant properly fix someones phone, then you should atleast give them their money back or never take their money in the first place.. The Screen at the bottom was never glued in right because he uses the cheap adhesive instead of the proper repair. If i can I will also try to post a Picture.I do not recommend this PlaceThey cant fix phones and they cant provide Customer Service Either.

This guy is a crook. Had my iphone repaired 2 days ago and the screen stopped working and I went back to see my options and he told me he couldnt do anything unless I wanted to pay the $90 fee again when I told him no he walked away from me and continued to ignore me.

I went there with the problem with my phone and they fixed it right away I have no complaint way to go guys
