Cecelia a.k.a. CiCi was extremely helpful in my visit to T-Mobile. I lost my phone in Columbia she help me buy the new iPhone 13 she knows I travel the world a lot so she got me a Apple battery pack. She made sure I got money from my old phone to trade in. Just one of the best customer service reps that I’ve ever met in T-Mobile. And I’ve been a valued customer of T-Mobile for over 8 years. She just made my stay as a customer even more pleasant

Recently visited the Sprint Store on Lincoln and Alton that I have been going to for years to specifically see Hannah. She has been my go-to for more than six years. If it wasnt for her I would not continue to be with the company. After the merger a lot of changes have occurred and she has been able to assist me in all of my Sprint / T-Mobile needs. I am a local and so is she. Shes always available for me outside of work. She is a tremendous asset to South Beach and to T-Mobile.

Ask for Mandy! Literally the most fun and helpful person. He makes your experience personal and tries to make sure you leave the store with more answers than questions. For my personal experience, he made sure I was comfortable, the store had exactly what I’ve been looking for and needed. I am so happy with this T-Mobile.

Great store. Hannah is super helpful. She actually helped me last year at another location. I went in to the Lincoln Road store after spending two hours on the phone with support. She was able to solve my issue in under 5 minutes. Everyone in the Miami Beach neighborhood always goes there to have her help. She is awesome.

Data only plans for the hotspots are a joke, and yet the staff there were even trying to lead me to buy a higher plan. The data only plan seems to run on 2G, which is as bad as dial up. It worked literally for 15min. I only tested it to see if it worked. It worked once. Then the second time it would say its connected the hotspot recognized my device, it was on 2G and simply didnt work. They still sell this knowing full well it does not work and the salespeople at this TMobile didnt bother to warn me. Apparently they just want a sale.

Jenine was awesome! Long transfer from old to new phone, but she was so patient. Signature with the best service from Jenine.and all the staff. Fast, competent and so professional.

Ive been a Sprint customer for more than 15 years and every time I needed help or wanted to upgrade my phone, the store to go to was definitely the store in South Beach. The manager, Hannah was very professional and resourceful. Everything that I needed help with, she provided. I will definitely keep going to this now, T-Mobile store because I know Im in good hands with her.

Today I had a such a wonderful experience with an employee called cici, I went to couple stores and no one was able to help me with my sprint account. She was awesome and patience and gave me the best customer experience.

Last week I visited the store at the corner of Lincoln an Alton to upgrade services on my iPad. As usual Hannah step up to the plate and promptly help me out to set up cellphone capabilities on my device.The whole deal was a bliss, I didn’t have to worry about anything because of her. As long time customer I saw her growing into one the strongest customer service representatives of that store, I saw people coming and going for years in that place but she always remains in place, that it should tell you something don’t you think?The only reason that I keep coming back to that store is because of her, plain and simple.Her customer service skills are excellent and above all she knows her trade very well.She should be a manager of one of the Sprint/T-Mobile stores, no questions ask my friend.

Stopped By to activate 2 phones and get a few questions answered . Was assisted by a young lady Hannah. She was on point.She knew the answers where the other rep made me call sprint.During our interaction she was able to both answer and execute better than the 3 people that passed me around on the phone ( sprint direct ! The first rep had me call. I stayed on the phone just Incase . Ended up hanging up the phone ( the people on the phone were clueless .Hannah took care of all questions, concerns and got me on my way. Kinda refreshing to actually see someone who knows their job ( very rare nowadays ).Would I go see her ABSOLUTELY!!

Love TMobil. Had problem charging phone. They fixed it free and gave me new wire. Employees are knowledgeable and efficient. Service is great. No dropped calls. Only downfall is unlimited service has 50g limit then it slows down. All in all Im a happy customer. All the funny cat videos you could ever want to watch. I couldnt wish for more.

So I’ve been going to the sprint store on Alton road right across Lincoln road mall, for over 5 or 6 years, sad to hear about it closing, however even more saddening is the fact that HANNAH IS NOWHERE NEAR TO BE FOUND ANYMORE!!! she is the sole reason I have stayed with the company, especially after hearing sprint has now become Tmobile. I tried going to the Tmobile store on 738 Lincoln to see if she would be there, thinking she was transferred over, knowing everyone on the beach would go to her, however nowhere to be found. Now I’m thinking about going to at&t, better service anyways. 😔

I have been seeing Hannah at Tmobile for 2 years now and I LOVE HER! Before I met Hannah I felt like I was dealing with idiots with no customer service skills whatsoever! Hannah went above and beyond to help me with my phone, and she is the reason I stayed with Tmobile and continue to! She knows the phones so well, she has helped me by showing how to make storage on my phone, she got me my new phone, if I call with questions she answers and helps me all the time. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Hannah at this location for any of your phone needs! If it wasnt for her I would give this location 1 star!

Just had to drive all the way to miami shores T-Mobile to be assisted by Hannah. I thought she would be at this location. This was a huge inconvenience to me as I live in sobe.My daughter lost her phone and after being on the phone for over an hour, Hannah was able to help us from A to Z as usual. Although waiting about 30 min to see her, it was well worth it. Go see Hannah!!! Bring her back to Sobe. You need her!

This was easily the worst experience I have had inside a cell phone store ever. The employees were extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist. There is no communication between the corporate headquarters and individual stores. If you request something that they simply do not want to do, they will say it is not within their power to process your request. The woman who helped us was very condescending and arrogant. She states that Florida does things differently than other states, which doesnt make sense for a company that represents universal nationwide coverage.

I had a very nice girl help me. It ook her 1 hour but she kept trying her best to set my phone up. It Sucks during pandemic cause you can not walk around store looking at phones anymore. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Ive always had a fine experience with T-Mobile, but Carlos Espinal was exceptional. So kind and knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile at every turn. He made upgrading my phone easier and more fun than it has ever been. Its usually something I dread, honestly, just b/c its always felt like such a pain in the butt. But he made the experience feel so much easier than usual.They also had a lot of protocols in place to keep me safe as far as Covid-19 goes, and I appreciated that very much.Thanks T-Mobile, and thanks Carlos! I received my new iPhone 12 pro in the mail and went to the T-Mobie store to help me with the activation and all the different credit programs they had for loyal customers upgrading to the new phone. The employee assisting me was Katerina Lopez. She was so patient & professional working with me and my friend whos expecting his 12 pro to ship. Katerina assisted us into her break time. Today me and my boyfriend went to the Lincoln Road Store. We had over the top customer service from Eric. We set up 3 new phone lines, got 2 galaxy notes and a galaxy active watch (along with some other accessories) he was able to have the color phone we wanted brought from another store location because they didnt have it in stock. He really took his time explaing everything multile times in order for us to choose what would be the right plan for us. I was switching from an iPhone so had a ton of questions. All of the people in this store were extremely helpful with getting everything we needed all set up. We left with smiles on our faces from such a friendly experience. If it wasnt for Eric I dont think we would have been so comfortable with our decisions. Thanks Eric!

I think that writing a review is the minimum I can do after such an amazing experience. My phone got stolen while on vacation and these people here helped me setting up my new phone I was not able to set up at apple due to COVID restrictions. T mobile is my service provider to I went to this location to ask for assistance. Carlos and Camilo were great, they cared about my situation, they helped me on reporting my phone to block it, they assisted me on restoring all my information, provided me a charger to finish my set up and wifi. As I was in the store they were constantly cleaning to keep everyone safe, they follow every possible COVID protocol. I spent few hours in the store and they were always checking on me to make sure I was ok or see if I needed anything. I really appreciate Carlos and Camilo helping me. God bless you guys. Thank you.

Amazing staff at this store! I went in last week after my phone fell into the water and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do but thankfully I ran into Andrea and Hector. They both reassured me that everything was okay and set out to get me back on my feet. The insurance website wasn’t working properly so Andrea called the company from the store phone and sorted things out for me to get my phone as soon as possible. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a store especially when I had no money on me to purchase anything!!Thank you thank you thank you! And I will be coming back soon to get my Apple Watch!! :)

It was like a jungle. I went to see if I can upgrade today, so many people working there and just a few customers. They try to make it feel like Apple store atmosphere but its far far away from that. I felt like most sales people are just there for fun, not very professional and I wouldnt visit again.

I jad to return a brand new phone that was faulty or just a bad phone, (2 days old) samsung A71 . The phone was getting too hot or just freeze like was no other task to do.. they charged me 50$ restocking fee and when I mentioned that is a bad phone that needs to be fixed and shall not go back on the shelves the Manager assured me that will be sold as open box.. so i dropped the company. Dear Tmobile I know you want the 50$ but really?selling faulthy phones that will be brought back over and over? And the manager to assured me will be sold as open box.... shame on you to admit that . Maybe I bought a open box brand new phone ?
