The Customer Service is AWFUL... you will be kept on a 30-45minute hold only to be DISCONNECTED and hung up every time.Dont bother ordering any products from Best Buy if you can use another provider I highly encourage it. My washer/ dryer delivery never showed up, week 1 they said the truck was too big to unload... week 2 they attempted and it never arrived and now Week 3 - they installed it wrong and there is a huge flood. This is a total nightmare over a silly washer / dryer.
They have a well organized layout. Everything is easy to find. The staff is well trained. They will take the time to answer the advanced questions about the product without telling you to hold on and leave you standing there for 20 minutes while they ask someone else. The location is good too since there are other stores in the area.

They have a great variety to choose from to fit all our needs. Friendly service, no matter where we are, if we need assistance or have questions, there is always someone in every section to help out. Very clean facility and convenient location.
I had a wonderful experience at BB Miami Beach recently!!!! An outstanding associate, Christopher Real was SO helpful and took the time to really help me. I walked in with a broken phone, no way to get into find my iPhone and I walked away with a brand new iPhone that I love. I honestly truly wouldve kept my phone and fixed it, however because of Christophers honest and transparency in explaining the different plans to me and what would be best for me I left with a new phone! : ) thanks so much Christopher and I appreciate your customer service 100%
OMG my day started with a nightmare when I realized that I grabbed the wrong laptop charger and I was out of town and had no way to get mine from home. I came to the store lost but two superhero employees Damon and Ernesto showed up and saved the day. They both were determined to get exactly what I needed and even tried several adapters, chargers and Geeks squad help. The attention and urgency they gave to my situation had me literally dancing for joy right there in the store! Superior customer service with excellent customer satisfaction! Thank you superheroes....Best Buy is a greater place because of you two!
I came in here looking for some very specific earbuds that were showing as in stock. More or less the rest of the area showed zero inventory. Talked with a team member there (Nicolas I think) who said it wasnt typically something they carried, but he would look in the back and see if they were there. No luck. However as Im walking out - I feel a tap on my shoulder as they had found them - completely out of place by the go pro cameras. This outstanding service made a 5+ hour flight so much more tolerable. The store might be on the small side, but the team has big hearts.

Bought a year subscription for Microsoft 365 that didnt work. Two guys really tried to help me but couldnt. A lady stopped by and it wasnt their problem and that I wouldnt get a full refund. Very disappointed...
Not much in stock and the sales people don’t understand what they’re selling. I was trying to buy a desktop here. I asked which models come with Windows 10 Pro. The sales lady told me that the OS is on the monitor. She said if I wanted Windows 10 Pro I would need to buy a “Pro”monitor. I just left the store since the people working here are useless.
That was awesome, I came to buy a cable and go out from here with a 75 tv of 3800$ 😂
First time visiting Beat Buy in SoBe; parking is convenient in the garage complex and staff was friendly during a store pickup. Store is spacious just like the other ones in the city.
The Geek squad is polite and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that they were able to communicate a technical issues to someone who has very little tech/computer skills. The guy I saw went above and beyond to answer my questions, which I appreciated. The store itself seem well stocked. They respect social distancing. And the entire staff is friendly. I know they’re watching every customer like a hawk, but at least they don’t make you feel like it (I hate when store associates constantly follow/watch you). Parking was plentiful and they help you take big purchases to your car.
I have been looking for a new laptop, but I am no geek and I was uncertain. So I went to Best Buy and I found an amazing guy who talked me through all the options for my budget. I am very happy with my purchase.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service of Best Buy Miami Beach Store. I place a order on this store for them to deliver and install a washer and dryer to my condo in Brickell, the vendor put all this info in the order. Somehow Best Buy decide to deliver the order to my billing address in Pennsylvania. I called customer service and they did not apologize for the lazy service. I will think twice before ever but again on this store.

I love this store. The staff always goes out of their way to help me, and they didnt fall short of that on my recent visit either. Checkout was no-waiting. Best of all, parking in the garage is so convenient and always free since Im usually in and out within thirty minutes.

I am not a computer expert and I was in trouble with my Mac. A friend recommended Best Buy because they have on site experts.The Geek squad solved my problem.
Nice layout and good displays. Trying out different headphones was no problem. Maybe add a small alcohol spray so customers can sanitize them themselves.

Just know, Max is the man! Was able to return a tv mount that didn’t fit my wall and he hooked it up with the right one. Tons of experience and great attitude.I wish they’d pick up their phones when calling the store directly, but the Max experience made up for it.
I came to see the TV but most of the 32 to 40 inch Tv’s were not working. Then I waited for someone to help me and nobody came. Then I spoke to the manager and told her the problem and she said “just look to the big screens it’s the same quality.” Obviously she doesn’t know a thing about TVs because small TVs don’t have the same resolution as the big TVs. Frustrating experience.
Edwin knows everything there is to know about all the electronics. If you go to this Best Buy you should definitely ask for him.

I just sat on the phone for a solid 30 minutes and when I went to talk to someone they hung up on me! Do your jobs people. Just trying to see if something is in stock before I come way over there for nothing.

This has been honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had visiting a store. They left me waiting 40 minutes for a representative and then when he arrived to assist me, the item I had asked for was not available even tho on the system it said there were 6 available and on the website too. They didn’t even make an effort to assist me or solve my problem, I was about to spend over $3,000 in purchases and that’s how they lose money. So sad.
There is a lot of variety and what you do not find displayed, you can request it and in 3 days you can pick it up in the store

Purchased a new samsung 7 series and made arrangements to pick it up the following day Monday afternoon so a friend can help me pick it up. I spent 3 call attempts in 30 mins for curbside and no 1 picked up. I go to pick up the TV and they couldnt find it any where. So i suggested to the BB rep to ask the the guy that sold it to me. He of course didnt recall and watching there conversation i approached and said hey you sold me a tv yesterday at that point he remembered and said to me that last night while closing the pick up area that they noticed a puncture in the side of the box they open the box to pull the TV out to see if there was any damage and of course it was a hole in the screen which crackled allegedly the entire screen. So this is where I have a big big problem with this locations Best Buy if you found this out yesterday when you close at 8:00 p.m. Sunday knew that that box was on hold to be picked up the following day and it was purchased why did no one and I do mean no one from this store father to contact me call me direct which he asked for my phone number and make sure that I they had the correct phone number and now I asked for what purpose because they had the opportunity in which to call me all day today until I went to pick it up and again not one person bother to call me why does that bother me even more because of the fact that that was the last of that TV in store and were ordering not that they had they were ordering the same model and would have it delivered to my house by Monday completely unacceptable no one bothered to call me which didnt allow me for time to decide what to do and how to make a quick decision do I want to wait till Monday or do I need to look into another set ended up spending an additional $95 to upgrade from a 7 series to an 8 series. While going for my wallet again i tell him how i felt of there lack of contacting me. I ended up not just going for a quick pick up in my friends personal time but I was agitated and annoyed at the lack of professionalism having to wait or spend more time at a moments notice on a friends time and the salespeople would no help at all whatsoever it was my own decision for not wanting to wait till next Monday for a new set and have you spent all that time there to go home and hand it so Best Buy lucked out I ended up upgrading on my own choice that wasnt even offered nothing was offered other than to wait till next Monday so I ended up spending more money additional money extra money to upgrade to an 8 series. Im sure i got a great model and look forward to it But thats no excuse for having no knowledge of this problem. There were 2 ways i would avoided wasting all that time A) I called 3 times in 30 mins waiting 10 mins between calls had they picked up they would of been able to tell me before driving 6 miles to walk in only having to wait an additional 18 mins before learning about the damage B) Not 1 call to let me know before my arrival to pick up. Not one apology either before leaving i tell the sales kid to please tell your manager of my complaint. He then says did you not get an email from us. Ahhh No, I did not get an email and why exactly would you guys even send an email about this matter and not do your do diligence by picking up the phone and dialing my phone number that you had me check and varify that the number you have in the system for me was correct (Which it was) if your not going to do what should of been done and call me directly. Why would you send an email. I dont check email all day everyday i use email for my purpose when needed. That absurd that Best buys sells me ATV that they find out is broken the day before and yet come in the following morning and not have it be a priority a concern or care to contact me directly with a call and not send an email which i still havent gotten. Meaning they didnt send it because I would of gotten it by now not happy at all with the customer service or lack there if

I love this bestbuy store they try to help you the best that they can providing you the best products. The only issue that they have so far is the return process for items they take too long to get this process done. With the pick up they are very fast. Hopefully they improve their process. But overall the store is very organized they have a lot of products to select. Thank you so much to the manager to help me with my return today. I will come to this store again. I love bestbuy.

A little compassion and empathy go a long way when it comes to customer service. Bought a shaver hoping to get it price matched like how it was offered this week on Walmart’s website. Of course y’all don’t offer price matching online, so to my dismay when I show up to buy it that week when I’m finally off from work, Walmart removed the rollback from their website. Google showed the price Walmart had earlier this week still. The customer service rep wouldn’t honor it, and after explaining to the manager they wouldn’t honor it either. When I left the store I did some research and guess what, Amazon had the price that Walmart had. So I had to go back to the store, waste my time AND the managers time because guess who had to show up to do the override? Him. $10 may not seem like a lot to your store, but it is to others. So this all could have been avoided the first time around had their been empathy. Maybe offer one time exceptions for not allowing online orders to be placed with price match? Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. It’s cool. Y’all lost a customer and won this review. I only bought it through you guys ‘cause I had a gift card. Also the manager knows who he is, didn’t care to catch his name since he barely had much to say about the situation.
Ive never been so unimpressive by the staff at any store. I mean they were worse than walmart employees. I tried talking with them asking for advice, he barely said a word. He knew nothing of the product, and lied about what they had in stock cause he wanted to sell me the more expensive one. Overall, I would rather go to ANY OTHER store rather than come back here again.
Absolute failure with appliance installation. Showed up with missing parts needed to stack a washer and dryer. Then took three more calls with an hour on hold so they understood what they were missing. Then said it will take 24-48 hours before they can call back to reschedule the delivery and installation. It’s another sad example of billion dollar companies who fail at customer service.
I call at 1 pm to see if they have an Apple product I wanted to buy. No one answered even though i waited on hold for 10 minutes. The one time I want to go to Best Buy... no one has ability to answer a phone lmao. No wonder this place is going out of business. I’ll take my business to APPLE directly :)

My experience buying a new laptop from this Best Buy was not the greatest. I suggest you start doing your research and take your time familiarizing yourself with what constitutes a good laptop configuration for what your use case scenario is. The salesperson that helped me was not very familiar with the products they sold so I ended up having to Google a lot while there. For example, two questions I asked that were erroneously answered while there: 1. Is there an empty 2.5 bay for an additional internal ssd hard drive 2. And is there a second ram bay open. The salesperson answered yes to both of these questions so I bought the laptop. Get home and first thing I do is order a new hard drive. Get the hard drive 2 days later and when I go to open the computer, I cant find where the screws are to open it. Go on Google again and find out that this particular laptop is NOT upgreadable. Long story short, I returned it to another best buy where I had a much better experience. In short, do your homework and dont rely on the information a salesperson tells you.

Best Buy is a great company but some people are destroyin the reputation. I was there 2 times today and im extremely upset. The first guy was sarcastic then when i came back the lady at the customer service was so rude that i was chocked, it took me few secondes to realise that shes really talkin to me like that. Do not go there if being respected is something you care about. I will never go back to this location.
