First let me say, the fact that Capital One Bank has a Cafe is extremely impressive. Our cashier Max seemed a little shy at first but eventually he opened up and gave me a genuine smile. The cafe has a very relaxed environment, very cozy. The bar area has 3 outlets to charge your electronic device, 2 USB port and 3 double hooks to hang your bag or purse. A plus for most ladies that don’t like to place their purse on the floor or table.

A yummy place to take a quick break, take a coffee use the bathroom, and enjoy some catchy music !!!

Nice cafe to work from, they had 1/2 off coffee for noncapital 1 card holders. More outlets and ergonomic seating would be nice.

They advertise it as banking re-imagined, which I agree it is... It’s more a place where you can hang out, have a coffee or grab a bite, have a business meeting, participate in workshops, discussion, and even practice yoga! Their engagement into community is pretty strong. The interior is very spacious, with many tables, bar tables, and finally the outdoor seating area (which I personally have been waiting for;-) For business reasons they creates nooks in the back part of the cafe. Great place whether you want to bank, or just enjoy coffee!

VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME. LOCATION IS CLOSE AND IT ALLOWS ME TO REPLENISH MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WITH CASH AND USE THE CREDIT INSTANTLY. I LOVE IT ! PLACE IS LARGE, SAFE AND CLEAN.I AM NOT THERE FOR COFFEE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I COULDNT CARE LESS. JUST VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR BANKING SERVICE :)

I was utterly surprised to see that capital one has a cafe here on south beach. I was even more surprised at the cozy atmosphere that they have set up. They not only have plush couches with tables but also high top tables as well. The staff were very courteous and friendly. I was really impressed with the convenience of it all. Love it!!!

This is a terrific place for anyone who visits Miami Beach and works remotely! Ive spent 3 weeks in the area, and visited this place several times. Great coffee and snacks. Quiet. Convenient sitting areas. Good Wifi, which is important. Definitely one of my favorite daytime spots.

Coming in and being able to spend the whole day inside doing work is absolutely amazing. Being that you are a Capital one customer you will receive special perks as well. ATMs are fully functional and handle majority if not all of your needs. Place is spacious and definitely gives you space to be alone and personal if need be. Best part of you need a break there are different activities to do. Best cafe on Lincoln road!

This is a pointless endeavor. I cannot go and withdraw money. Get a new card. Print money orders. What is the purpose of this place? There is no Capital One bank here. That is what we need. A bank. Not a place that shows off the name and does nothing to help the members.

Great spot to get some work done. The drinks are delicious and you can stay as long as you want. Really productive place.

The first cafe at Miami Beach. Good coffee. Absolutely helpful employees. There are few tables for chilling and work space. In general its a pretty nice place to do your business outside your office. Plus as bonus are coffee and snacks. And if you have Capital One card you have 50% off.

Spoke to account manager of Capital One “Ann” (who didn’t want to provide her last name) ID # IMV667, she spoke over me and was at one point yelling over me on the phone worst customer service of all time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN COMING HERE. Go to an actual bank this is a scam. As a single mother this was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I hope no one has to go through what I went through. Customer service is about hearing the clients concerns and making it right did not care at all about me or my family.

This place gives the BEST customer service!!! Everyone is so nice and professional. The manager of the Cafe always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and makes my drink exactly like I like it with a smile. Shes efficient and friendly and one of the main reasons I recipient this establishment to my friends.

Because work with the comunity the ambassadors are the best people they go out of there way to make sure the coffee is good !!!

Great bank concept with a modern vibe. Not only is it a decent cafe, it also seems to have a Capital One ATM and bank staff on site. Its also a nice place to take a break or get some work done.

This place is not just an online bank, it is also a great coffee bar, study and meeting place. It has meetings rooms you can use for free. Power outlets everywhere. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the mirrored doors make it seem like the place closed and keep people from discovering the sleek and modern design within. Lots of people think it is only a bank and since they cant see inside dont bother to even open the doors!Someone needs to tell corporate about the mirrored door problem that keeps potential customers from investigating.

The service at this cafe is indescribable !! It’s ICONIC!! The employees (ALL) are just so awesome and always always give great customer service ! I have to go there everyday because it literally makes my day by feeling so welcomed every single time !

Havent been yet, Free coffee for a Capital One card holders between 2 and 4 p.m. Everyday. Is that just basic small coffee? and what can you get regular hours for 50% off, is it just basic coffee or specialty drinks and food? Anyone? Beuller, Beuller. I gave 5 stars because I want it to succeed

Great initiative between Peets coffee and capital one, first time visiting, stayed for 4 hours, coffee was great, so was the environment, fast internet, comfee seating. Not once anyone tried any sales pitch. Had great conversation with Kenny and Rob. Highly recommended

Bagels arrived at 10:30 AM, but thats ok. The homeless and vagrants who are allowed free-reign to roam about a BANK and scope out possible victims arent paying customers. So who cares if the baked goods are late? The criminals will just wait for a juicy MacBook or iPhone to steal, and go out and buy their meth and heroin somewhere. Shameless and pathetic management at this location.

Stopped in for a transaction and stumbled upon a new place to get my midday frappé. Caramel Javiva with whipped cream as recommended by Brianna hit the spot. Has WiFi and is open late will probably be back to do work on my laptop and munch on a pastelito.
