I always have a great experience at this Superdry. Everyone is always helpful. Thalia is a superstar. She is always extra helpful. I’m indecisive, but she always helps me figure out what looks best on me. She is sweet and has tons of personality. I always leave smiling after interacting with her.

I just went to the store in Lincoln road it was 6:53 and the dependent inside tells me it’s closed. I barely beg them to open the door to buy a leather jacket and they didn’t open. Not a good experience. I will buy jacket somewhere else and next time Superdry won’t be my first option

Badest customer service ever! Try to sell dirty clothes and they are not ready to give any discount. When we complained the manager argued that they do not give discount on dirty or defective clothes. This is one place where the customer definitely is not right.

Deanna Taylor is the worst store manager of Superdry stores in the entire USA. Every other Superdry Store has given a military discount but not the store at 646 Lincoln Road, Miami, FL. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. THEIR LEADERSHIP IS HORRIBLE AND A BLACK EYE TO THE FRANCHISE.

The attention is wonderful especially from Sandra who is a sweetheart and has a funny soul but at the same time a lot of dynamism. I always want to come back for her because she takes care of me very well and I receive the best advice, she is honest and tells you if something suits you or not and looks for alternative combinations of clothes that surprises me, without her the store would not be the same.
