So, lots of cute clothes for teens to 20s. Seems they added more sizing for girls with shape as opposed to their prior ‘only tiny-figures’ sizing. Love the all-cotton options.

Went in early august, the store is kinda small but really nice, bought 4 items and im very pleased with them!!

Allegra was the sweetest ever! On the other hand, her coworker who has blonde hair and it is a pixie cut, was extremely rude. Never said excuse me and kept running into me. Her attitude was disgusting. So unwelcoming.

My daughter was so excited when we discovered a Brandy Melville in Miami. We had visited the one in Montreal last fall and have been meaning to visit another store since. Great selection and the cashier was very polite and helpful, she helped my daughter with her outfit for her school event as well. My daughter cant stop begging me to visit again. Very different experience from seeing the clothing online than being in person. Very happy, thank you Brandy Melville!

Employees were very nice and helpful. Was hesitant asking questions based on reviews I’ve read, but they were all so sweet and willing to help. Store was very well organized and made a great impression.

Went w/ a couple friends today and the store was well stocked and had basically everything i wanted and it wasn’t super packed w/ people as well. the girls working were nice and it was a chill vibe

Had a great experience, the store itself was put together with everything neat and orderly. I didnt have much trouble finding what I needed but ended up asking the manager for help. She seemed busy but still took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for which was impressive seen as she seemed to be the only one working at the time.

When I went to this establishment I was in udder shock as to see how small the sizes were, and how they had only white models. I bought myself this beautiful crop-top and it was such good material. The cashier was a bit rude but my transaction went through perfectly. I would recommend this to those who are going to buy a few items but not those who would want to shop a lot. Overall this was a good purchase.

We went on Sunday, September 26, at 7:20 pm at the Lincoln Road location. On google maps its states that the store is open until 8:00 pm, but when we got there at 7:20 and the store was closed. I was there outside the employees inside me, and they didnt even open the door to explain why it was closed early; they ignored us. Disrespectful employees, I Will not go back there.

My daughter bought a shirt and was told by the associate that she can exchange it within 14 days. Well the bext day she went to return and they said no exchanges. They are lyers and i would never have snyone shop there. I give it 6 months and they will be gone. They are rude and lyrrs

The worst customer service. I stood in line for 20 minutes with my arms full of clothes. 7 people were just hanging clothes and walking around. Right as I got to the register the person hanging clothes watching me struggle said she would help. Then they asked me to get another shirt because the one I had didnt have a tag. You couldnt ask the other 6 staff people standing around?? Spent $300. Will NOT go back because of customer service.

Beautiful clothes at a reasonable price, however, beware of the stores no-refund policy. It was my first time shopping in one of their stores and I was not aware of this fact. I saw no signs posted anywhere about this policy and I was not notified by a sales rep. at check-out. When I went to return a few things the rep. at the counter only apologized for the fact I was not made aware and said there was nothing they could do. Such a BS policy for a clothing store to have.

Its an organized store, and clean but when you ask the snobby white girls who work there if theres another size, they look at you with the ugliest face and say no, its one size only.

I mean it’s awful service. There was this one blonde and white employee Katie who made direct eye contact with me, and looked me up and down. I smiled and she rolled her eyes and walked away as if she was the one who could be rude to a paying customer. It didn’t end there. There was another blonde girl who looked at me, smirked at Katie, and continued to play on their phones. I was not greeted in the store, and on top of that I had to ASK to be checked out, and she snatched my card from me and shoved my items into a bag. Unbelievable because this is exactly the aura and temperament tiktok portrays the employees of this store to have. I look nothing like a Brandy spokesperson, so it mightve been that, in which played a role in being treated poorly.

Very bad service. Workers put a sign on the door which read “be back soon”, and ended up closing for the whole day. Very disappointing and next day, when we came back, they shook their heads at us to say “closed.” Do not communicate well at all.

Everyone there were very kind. Overall great place. (Don’t show them attitude if you don’t want them to show you attitude back. Be nice to them there all mostly teen girls)

All clothes fit wonderfully and the employees were very nice not like The bad review said. They were all extremely helpful in the clothes were so cute affordable❤️👍🏻

Purchased three things for my daughter then tried to return one of the things 10 minutes later after realizing it was the wrong item but would only get store credit. I understand it’s their policy but it’s a bad policy. Now she can only buy something online and have to pay shipping since we don’t live anywhere near one of these stores.

I went in the workers didn’t say hi they looked at me up and down it was so rude. i was clearly looking for something in specific and the workers were nowhere to be found. if you’re going to pay nearly $40 for half a shirt you might as well get treated like a princess and not go home crying feeling like you’re a fat pig.

Great clothing but some workers are rude I came 2 weeks ago and returned two items and came back with store credit the cashier told me I had and used our store credit for herself.

Employee Skye is extremely rude and harassed me inside and outside the store. Two other girls kept wanting to check my bag too (im guessing because of the way i looked) even though i had the bag outside the fitting room and purchased more than $80 worth of clothes. When i went to complain to the manager she raised her voice at me and never attended me. This store has to have the rudest brandy employees ever. Really stuck up and mean girls who make you feel insecure with their glances and passive aggressive comments. The ambience in the store is super bad too; feels like an attack when i walk in.

The employees working there are very unprofessional, they don’t know their inventory and were very rude. I asked them if they had a certain shirt and they said no, well I found it two minutes later. I asked again for a certain white shirt instead of the gray shirt and they said they didn’t have it and two minutes later I found it. At check out the cashier became annoyed when I made three separate transactions as I was buying gifts for friends. The staff need training on customer service and the cashier must go very very disappointed in the staff on my first visit with my daughters when it was supposed to be memorable. The store is overrated as they have very little options and one size fits all.

I visited Miami for vacation, and was so excited that there was a brandy store, but upon arriving to the store on Lincoln Rd. on a Friday at 6p, just when foot traffic is picking up and it’s getting busy, I was super upset to find them closed. I, and many other brandy fans, would greatly appreciate it if store hours were posted. It would’ve saved me some time, and a lyft ride.

After months of asking, we took our daughter to Miami from Orlando & would visit Brandy Melville for the first time. It was the worst experience. Upon entering, we walked in behind a caucasian woman & the greeter smiled at her. Yet when she saw us, she immediately put her mask on & didnt greet us (we had on masks btw). As we made our way through the store, we notice no one was helping us. When we asked for help from another asst, she was rude to us, yet kindly helped another (caucasian) client with no issue when asked. None of the assts in the store, including the cashier ever made contact with us, nor were they friendly. I would like to add that all the assts were indeed caucasian & we are hispanic.I hate the fact that my 15 y/o had to experience that type of pain. We could not believe that we actually went through that. We left without purchasing anything, and still were not even acknowleged upon leaving. She is no longer even wanting BM clothing & expressed her experience to all her friends who vowed to never purchase BM clothing either.

Been here a few times out of the social hype with teenage daughters. Never a pleasant experience, store is not friendly, not helpful. Return policies are ridiculous, not consumer friendly especially as only store in Miami and especially during Covid. Quality of clothes are poor.

Everything was really cute and the prices were good

I went there today around 12:30pm to exchange something and the door was locked but the store was obviously open with all the lights on and a girl that works there inside. She comes to the door and tells me and two other clients waiting to see whats up that they will be opening at 1:30pm because of an electrical problem, fine. I go back 1:40pm, door is still locked and there’s a different girl inside, short black hair with bangs, she’s talking on her cellphone, she looks at me, I wave at her, she looks back down and keeps talking on her phone. I call the store and she purposely doesn’t answer. So disrespectful. If you say you’re going to open at 1:30 pm then do it and if the electrical problem hasn’t been solved yet at least put a sign on the door. Simple as that. Very disrespectful staff.

I took my daughters to brandy melville which is 30 miles away from us and they did not let us use the fitting room. When we got home, the clothes did not fit and now we have to go back to Miami to exchange it. Its not even refundable.
