Only visited to treat side… and it was sweet… I had the bowl and ordered the witness minus the cinnamon toast… I was in heaven. I loved the crunchy and flavors. I substituted the cinnamon toast for marshmallows, loved it. It was definitely worth the experience….the rest of our group made their own and they loved it too..-

Kith is one of the best local spots in Miami to go shop for designer clothing. Everytime I need a last minute outfit, I got to Kith and can guarantee I want our satisfied. The store is amazingly curated and love the floor set and decor. They are also very fair when it comes to sneaker releases, and I’ve heard of very few backdoor situations. Always stop by when I’m on the beach, mostly just to pick up a Kith treat milkshake.

This store really needs a direct line to communicate with them. I literally drove an hour only to find out the bag I wanted was sold out the minute it dropped. Had someone been able to tell me this over the phone it would have saved me plenty of time

First time visiting a kith store and it was quite unique with the selection if things under one store. From Self Tanner to an Ice cream store. This was my first time seeing yeezy heels in person. I think my biggest disappointment in kith is their sizing seems limited inside. Its STILL cool to go there but they didnt have anything we were searching for.

The clothing is super cute, but the prices are 10x higher than they should be. KITH is a Miami Beach tourist trap and all the clothes you see at KITH you can find similar versions of for a reasonable cost at H&M, Zara, Forever 21, Macy’s and Nordstrom.The cashiers at the ice cream store in the front were very nice & friendly, but the fact that they couldn’t give us a “free sample” was ricidulous. What ice cream store doesn’t give free samples?My friend and I were ready to throw down 25$ for ice cream — we just wanted to make sure it tasted OK first. I’m sure the cashiers were just following protocol (as a person who consults for restaurants in NYC), but was still a little odd. Every similar place I visited on Collins would give free samples.I’d give the store 2.5 stars if possible but there’s no option for that.

Packed with people but still a treat thanks to their...well, treats. the Fiegster is my personal favorite of their cereal and ice cream combinations, although this last time i tried it as a ($10! wow) milkshake with almond milk and it was delicious! on the fashion side of the shop, Kiths collection of clothing is rather expensive, but honestly, i dont go here to buy, just to browse. always a fun experience if youre in the area!

When you walk into any KITH store, you wont regret it.

I am from the Boston area but whenever I visit the Miami area I try to stop by at Kith because not only is it a great store for a variety of products but I go especially for their ice cream. Their ice cream is very unique, they’re a mix of ice cream and cereal and on the surface when you first here that it may seem either unappealing or obscure but once you try it you fall in love which is what happened to me. It is very rare to find any sort of place that offers ice cream of this kind and I have tried cereal ice cream at a couple places in the past but it does not remotely compare to Kith’s. The quality of their products and ice cream are top quality. I strongly recommend it!

BEST ICE CREAM EVER!

Friendly staff, really cool layout and having Kith exclusive items we can’t easily get in the U.K. is a huge bonus.One thing I did like is the staff never felt too pushy. In a lot of designer stores in not a fan of being followed around the store I want to take my time.With Kith the staff gave me a nice amount of space and struck the balance between being there to help and letting me do my thing.

Horrible, SHADY STAFF. I asked one of the sales associates if they had a Yeezy shoe in my size and he just said no & walked away. Not trusting him, I asked another employee if they had the Yeezy in my size and he said yes, and literally got them and had the cashier girl ring them up. I explained what happened to the Asian cashier girl and she just looked at me like she didnt care at all. Find employees that deserve to work here. These employees are probably backdooring these shoes in the most obvious way possible.

Staff was very rude. Felt like I couldn’t ask questions cause they either weren’t knowledgeable about the products, or were just not interested in helping. Cashier was probably the most miserable person in the store. It was a completely awkward checkout. If you want customers to spend $300 on a t-shirt, you should probably treat them with a little more respect.

Poor customer service. Ask the guy about a mens size 6 and a half mens which is the same as a womens size 8 and he flipped out because they only carry mens size 8 and up. I definitely wont be back I DONT PAY FOR POOR SERVICE

A Manhattan original I was very pleased to find. They have all the high-end shoes that usually sell out in minutes on Nike’s website. Copped some badass leather VaporMax’s. Love KITH.

Ordered from kith on december 7th the kith treats i ordered two seperate orders toddler hoodie for 75 and a baby onsie for 65$ both got confirmed ... week later i never got my orders or even a tracking number which was weird cause i usually recieve my orders 3-4 days after i order so i emailed cause theres no number to get intouch with company which is crazy since prices are high..they emailed me back next day saying they dont have either item i ordered but will “ check wearhouse” but i got charged for both orders then i emailed back asking for full refund since they never mailed out my order even though they confirmed it & took my money and i still havent heard back or got my money back. Ive ordered from here for years and after how they poorly responded i will NEVER again

Nice store in Miami Beach. Im just learning about this brand now. Theyve been around for just a few years. Clothing is nice. Store is neat. Service is friendly and not overly aggressive. Selection of items is mostly different from the other brands. I liked their clothing selection better than the shoe section. I saw a pair of sneakers I was interested in online and wanted to see them in person. They did not look the same to me, seemed more rugged and looked big. Outside of that, all was good.

I love the idea of Kith! I’ve been to great Kith stores for example, in NYC. However, the customer service at this store does not deserve your money. There is a reason on-line retailers are doing so well in the US... don’t spend your money at this store! Everything you want to buy here is offered on-line. Stop rewarding stores that don’t appreciate your business!

Kith is by far my favorite Streetwear brand, and the fact that they sell sneakers as well is a huge plus. Furthermore, while I was skeptical of Kith Treats, the milkshake I had was the best milkshake Ive ever had. Im not trying to be dramatic when I say that, but I was extremely surprised. My girlfriend and I also ran into Lil Pump in the store, so that was pretty neat.

Great store in Miami. You can find all the latest shoes and cloth from the Kith Brand or all other hype brands. The are all categories of prices, from the 29$ t-shirt to the 700$ jacquet. The store is nice and no too busy. The staff is also super friendly and really help you do your shopping.

This shoe store is awesome. If you go to south beach this place is a must go. They have all different types of name brand shoes, Phone cases, with clothing and other stuff. Very friendly workers and nice greeters.

Greatest store in Miami. I went in and was automatically greeted and asked if I needed help. I got help trying on a few things and asked for some advice. The guy was very patient,answered all my questions, brought out things in different colors for me and everything. Ice cream and milkshakes are good with many cereal- based flavors. Prices are around $8.50 for most items, which is a bit high for ice cream. The rest of the store is hypebeast clothing.

It is almost impossible to leave that store without shopping bag St least with one bee garment or pair of shoes. So eclectic collection hard to find! Open till night, that us convenient! Visited during the Kith x Coke collaboration and had a great time.Lots of very nice clothing for men and women and also got a Coke float and got to keep the limited edition glass. Very cool place to visit.

Like the design of the store. what was in stock as far as apparel was a bit disappointing. Not much variety and limited styles from the actual kith brand. Service was bad. Me and a friend looked around for about 15-20 minutes before one lady finally asked us if we were looking for anything in particular. Two of the younger workers were just walking around and posing and choosing who they greet. The lady that did help was nice but at that point I didn’t want to buy anything and support this store. Looking to see if the NY store lives up to its rep as my cousin shopped there and got amazing service

I visited this store with some friends while in miami and we were treated very poorly by the staff. They were aggressive and rude to all of us. We were considering buying afew things in the store until the staff treated us this way at which point we left. They need to seriously reconsider who they let work in that store.

I went to Go see if they had restocked the moncler collab shirts in my size and they had I asked what the price was the man who helped me said 235 and I went to the register (keep in mind they don’t have prices on some of the clothes for some reason) then the person who was checking me out said that the price was 365 which made no sense from what the other guy told me I was confused and left I recommended buying online and not having to go through the hassle I went through they treat you like your dirt poor and can’t afford to be in there.

RUDE SERVICE!! This place claims to close at 10, but the ice cream closes at 9:30. We skipped Barton’s G’s for this!!! I could of had fabulous desserts. But when we get here it’s closed. One girl behind the counter wanted to let us in and they wouldn’t let me and my family in. They let people in that gave them a tip. Don’t worry bring an extra $5 so they can let you in after 9:30! If I can rate this zero starts I would!

I was also able to give them feedback on their Customer Service. Like usual, their porducts are awesome. I am sure their Customer Service will improve and be better.Products offered online is awesome, which is in extreme contrast with their Customer Service. I have to say, if their Customer Service ranks 2nd in Worst CS in the world, then no one be the first.

The store does not care about its customers. My son spent 2 days in line to buy a Air Jordan sneaker. The store personal said that the first 40 people in line would be able to purchase the shoes. My son was the 39th in line. For two days he stay there. However, people in front of him sold their place in line for groups of other people. He complained with the Kith personal about people cutting in line and selling their spot to others. The Kith personal said was not their problem. Really??? How a line to buy a product in a store is not the store problems? I called the manager and explained to him that my son had just returned from his store crying after spent two days in line to buy a sneaker but he could not buy the product because people cuted in front of him. I told him my son allerted the store personal about the situation, but they did nothing The manager response to the situation was : that is how the shoes game go. I did not know this was a game that Kith plays the customer. How a line in front of a store, is not the store problem???? How disrespected as a customer my son was by watching people cutting the line in front of him and when he told the store personal they said was not their problem? As a customer, I think is insane waiting in line to buy any product. To buy a shoes is even ridiculous, but that was my son teenager choice. This extremely bad Customer Experience at Kith to buy a sneaker certainly taught my son a lesson as a consumer. Why waiting in line to buy a shoes? Why allow yourself be disrespected by a store that can not even handle its own line? Why value a brand such Air Jordan? What makes that shoe so special? The bad experience trying to buy a Nike, Air Jordan at Kith taught my son that a brand or store have to earn his business and not the other way around.
