I recently visited the AT&T store on Miami Beach. It’s located on Arthur Godfrey Rd(41st Street).The women working there were very pleasant and helpful. I visit some places that have limited knowledge of even their own products. This wasn’t the case here. They helped me with every question I had and offered me the best options for my situation. They were polite, but not to the point of being sarcastic. The sale wasn’t pushy, but flowed to fit my needs. I expect that this has become my new home store. Hopefully they will get recognized for their work and this won’t be just something that the company uses to boost sales.

Carlos was attentive, and was great help.Made a smooth transition into a new phone and immediately asked me what I needed help with when I walked into the store.

The staff team is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful but they are greatly understaffed, every time I come there is a 30 min wait cuz theres only one of them and some costumers need a lot of time to fix their issues. There should be at least 3 of them per shift! Is definitely not the guys fault, they need more support!

My friend got his phone stolen and this store went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of shoutout to the manager Carlos

Unprofessional, bad trained stuff. Has no ideas how to use tools they have. 40 min in a store upgrading phone. Before I left I ask him is all done, number transferred to new phone. After returning to office found that SIM not provisioned Never coming back to that authorized dealer.

Your store at 339 41 street Miami Beach has the most professional representatives. They are also very knowledgeable and patient with customers, And very well mannered and interested in what a customer has to say. This is a franchise, not an ATT corporate store. I had called and asked if they can help me with a phone that arrived by mail, they said they would help. Unfortunately, they wont help because phone was not bought there.Rude over the phone, rude in person. Stay away from this store.

The staff were nice and informative but I was very disappointed to have to pay for a new SIM card, especially during COVID just because it isnt a corporate location. That alone makes me rethink about going back, been an AT&T customer since 2006 and never had to pay for a SIM card for a few times I needed one but at this location, I wonder how many hidden not informed charges or fees are imposed.

This place is amazing and superb customer service! Arlet is the best! My wife and I had our phones stolen while on vacation and she helped us get everything squared away! Shes super knowledable and very professional! She is amazing! I wish she lived in ATL to help us with all of our att issues! We love her! She is a blessing from above! We at least are able to drive home with gps! We would of been lost without her! She is AMAZING!! Great store great employees! Highly recommend

Great ATT store! Clean.Organized. Well-stocked. Carlos was knowledgeable about iPhones and ATT deals and plans and also bundled services and gave us fast and efficient service. It also nice that this ATT store is usually quiet on Saturdays.

I have been a customer of this store for a while now and every time a go they welcome me with a big smile and great customer service. The reps at this location are amazing really helpful and above all they know what they are doing. Always saving me money and giving me amazing deals.

The worst mobile phone experience, I was told that my plan payments would be 40$, I ended up paying 122$ for a month. I was not explained the plan details correct I was paying 60$ a month with another company. I was being charged cell tower registration fee which is 20$ a month. I will switch back after first month of useage thank god I didn’t have a contract.

This store is awesome! The staff is very professional and they gave me a huge discount on my TV service, Im saving $100 a month with a much better service now. Thank you!

I just moved down to south florida and needed to upgrade my phone so I chose to give At&t a try. I have never had such good quality customer service! I went to the AT&T store because I was having issues with my phone, I spoke to Juan and he was able to fix the problem quickly. He also answered all my questions and was very patient with me. When this customer “Elinor “was in store not only was she screaming to the top her lungs she was cursing and yelling. I’ve been a customer for years at this location. There was a manager on duty but the store didn’t have the phone in stock. Since this very rude individual didn’t get what she wants she throw a complete fit. Customer claims to be an adult never acted like one. Please don’t let this one unstable individual ruin the reputation of this wonderful staff. The rep that’s was attending her was amazing! DO NOT GO HERE. There are no managers on duty for days at a time, so if you need help making a return or anything out of the ordinary dont count on any decent level of customer service. I am a 34 year old mom and these disrespectful customer service representatives called me a CHICK. Unbelievable. I will never go back. Corporate AT&T told me personally over the phone to leave this review. Dominique was nice, until I needed a return and then she was unhelpful, and RUDE. They are not Corporate, they are privately owned and can treat you like garbage. Good luck.

Manny is THE MAN! He is the sharpest, smartest, most helpful individual ever to set foot in a store. He was in Davie for years and he always helped me when I needed it, and I recently needed to reduce my overall bill, and thank heavens, Manny was at the Davie store because he knew exactly what I wanted, needed, and got it for me! He is close to a magician and I will follow him to MB if I need to. None better!

Amazing..I have to start by saying that I came into the store not happy at all do to the service and promotions I currently had, but that changed quickly after I was treated and helped by the staff in this location. I’m definitely coming back in the future and definitely recommend this location.

Representatives try their best to take advantage of their customers and using the AT&T name. Typical Miami service that requires the customer to do the workers job and make sure they arent getting scammed. Show up once and again and again to fix their problems. Their policy is not to make sure the customer gets what they want but how much the reps can benefit the most out of it with out their bosses finding out.

Came to the store to do an upgrade and the rep at the store was nice enough to explain to me the different smartphones that are available. Worst experience Ive ever had. Victor was zero help. Firstly he didnt activate a phone, then had the aim cards assigned to the wrong phone. He never scheduled our TV and internet orders and after calling the store 5 times he never once called us back. We spent 3 hours on the phone with AT&T to fix it on a Saturday. Our TV is still not installed after 3 weeks.

We are 4 canadians who went to this AT&T for a 4 months prepaid plan. The employe was very helpfull and we get the lowest rate that we could have by combinating our account. We all appreciated our experience. We went in other cell phone store (other compagny) and AT&T was the best!

Excellent store, and knowlegable staff, i got my phone there recently from manny, i told him my needs and wants and my budget and he matched me with a great phone, he did not try and pressure me onto something i did not need. they have defintley earned my buisness

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. They sold me a faulty sim card, then blamed it on my phone. Even though it didnt work in other phones. The mangers were rude and quickly heated knowing their wrong doing. I even went down to both mobile and verizon afterwards. They said it was for sure the sim card.I do not recommend anyone go to this particular store. The other at&t store on alton was much better service and sorted out my problem.

Store Assistant Manager Raul Gomez, does not let you return or exchange your device within the 14 day return policy . As im writing this im on the phone with customer service and they verified the store has to return or exchange the device no questions asked within 14days. I just filed a formal complaint with At&t corp. to correct these type of employees . First I was a regional manager for 12 yrs in the midwest for At&t. Please learn customer service Raul, and dont be quick to just sell a phone and not take care of the customer, period. You need to be retrained and start back as a sales associate till you complete your training courses.
