Terrible service. They sold me a defective product and refused to refund. I didn’t even leave the store with the product. Don’t EVER come here

Do not spend money they sold me the wrong case and screen after I specifically told them which phone the next day would not exchange for correct. They admitted being wrong but still would not exchanged. Thieves

I just called to ask for a Samsung S6. The guy said he didnt have it, but that he could get it from the warehouse. He kept saying that the phone is over $1000. I said that on t-mobile website the price is $860 and he just said that its wrong, that the phone is over $1.000. When I called to a t-mobile store at Doral, they said that t-mobile does not have formal stores at Miami Beach and that I should be careful. Reading all other reviews just made me want to share my experience. If you go, be careful. Compare with other t-mobile stores.

Do not get your phone repaired here. Ordered the wrong size screen and was falling off when I left. Worse than when I came in. Owner lied that hed do me a favor by ordering the right one. But never did.
