In a Time when businesses are shutting down because of covid you would think the ones that are open would be more focused on customer service this bed bath & beyond did not get the message they do not like to do their curbside pickup. They do not like to have customer service and help customer out when you walk into the store because they didnt do their curbside pickup. And when asked questions on why things are so difficult answers are not given. I would recommend any bed bath & beyond before this one just off customer service.

Been going to this location for several years now and my husband and I enjoy coming here. The cashiers and staff are very helpful. We even registered for our wedding 💒 in 2017 😊.

I received the UGG crocheted blanket for Mother’s Day. Super expensive and looks awful after one wash on delicate. This is the second UGG blanket purchased from BB&B and extremely disappointed with the quality. We will not be purchasing any more UGG blankets.

This was my first ever trip to Bed Bath and Beyond and I was amazed at the amount of inventory, but the entire staff was the real experience! Given that many of their wares are stacked to the ceiling, theyre always ready to assist and check the stock for any item thats not immediately visible; I really enjoyed shopping there!

Worst store ever! Worker harassed us in the store. I had a cart full of stuff and I left. My husband also ordered something online for store pick up and then received a notice that the item was not there. He called the store and told the clerk... “they are on display in the front “ the clerk apologized and said... “oh sorry we didn’t see them. Just put your order in again and we will fulfill it.” Of course we decided NOT TO! I will never return here again! It’s a shame because I spend so much money in this store!

Wanted to find a cleaning tool to use in baseboards. A simple question to the staff pointed me directly to what I needed to find.

No one welcomed us when we came into the store nor when we got to the counter to pay for our things. This store in Mesquite has alot of great things for anyones house regardless of the room. Just sad the employees didnt want to be there at the store it seems like

They get your money legally, they over price everything and when you need to return your items they only give store credit and they give you back what ever amount they want to give you and not what you paid for; at least during the pandemic they should be honest but no, they dont care to return your money back that you paid for. Shame!

I ordered online for pickup. It is frustrating that you have to drive all over Dallas to every BBB to get the items you are looking for. I still like BBB and will shop there in the future.

Wonderful store! I found a set of bathroom rugs that l have been searching for ever since the pandemic began!!! I was also helped by the fact that if l hadnt found what l wanted on that shopping outing, signs were posted for me to go online to look at other options.

The store is always jam packed with all kinds of neat things from kitchen to bedroom to bathroom. We visited for an iron and the prices ranged from $140 to $20. It was nice that they had a decent range of prices. They also have different candy by the register and I couldnt resist. The associate at the register was friendly and prompt.

I love this store, they have everything, my car key remote stopped working, I had no intention of finding the flat batteries I needed but there they were 6 of them for $2.68 best deal ever, I found them on a fluke because I was just walking around the store. Everything looks so nice and orderly. Next purchase will be a bed-in-a-bag.

Great place for bedding, especially if buying for dorms. Has both affordable and higher-end. Also a great place to find things advertised on TV ads or infomercials. Lots of fun little things you wont find anywhere else.

BB&B always has a huge variety of items with coupon savings availability continuously being sent via mail and e-mail. The store employees were courteous and helpful.

I enjoy so much walking around Bed Bath &Beyond. There are so many interesting products!! I already made my Christmas list of gifts! There are expensuve things as well as good buys.

No one really assist you at all

Picked up an item to organize with & another a replacement item for a very old, broken down item. Asked for assistance & received prompt help in locating the item I needed to pick up. Check out was a breeze. Always love going shopping & must window shop while there!

This store is well-organized, clean aisles, and helpful staff. Their prices are higher than other lower-priced retail stores but they have better quality goods and more selection. If it werent for the prices, Id shop there more often. But if Im looking for something of good quality in the home department, this store would be my best bet.

I normally wouldnt be caught dead in that kind of store. But I went in with my wife so she can return something. Besides the bed and bath items they have a lot of cool and unusual gadgets and stuff that guys would find interesting. Its not just a girly store! My wife had to end up waiting on me, telling me lets go! My man card is secure.

This place is small and crowded. There was a group of about 7 customers waiting in line and being ignored by the 2 cashiers that were just having a conversation. We were looking for an item and the older cashier just had a look of not knowing what we were asking so her coworker had to jump in and assist. The item we were looking for was at the Plano store. I looked up the store and showed her on my phone so she could verify if this was the store and she told me that she didnt know then ignored me.

Pleasant to shop here. Store is neat and orderly. I found what I was looking for and more.

I would not recommend them, I couldnt get help, when you did ask for help they acted bothered. I went in for wedding gift.

Must have been a special clearance type day, lots of people, difficult to navigate the store, only one short way to bedding, but we couldnt get thru, had to go all the way around the store. We did find what we came for, so I guess it was worth it.

Bed Bath & Beyond has all sorts bathroom bidding candles dishes stuff that you need for your household but I recommend you go to Park Lane they have a better variety than the one in Mesquite

Went to return gifts no reciept.Customer in front was given cash for return without reciept. I was told by Mgr Ramon it wasnt in his heart to give me store credit. Told me it would take 2 weeks after further investigation and he will mail me a card. And rudely told us if we had a problem we could just leave with gifts.Went to store on Park Lane more professional didnt get third degree and given gift card with no problem.Karma Ramon
