They went above and beyond for the customer and they deserve your business 110%. We will definitely be back. Can’t thank them enough.

DO NOT EVER use Williams Paint and body in mesquite. They are CROOKS. Ive used them before with no issues. My wife got hit from behind and cracked and dented the bumper. The insurance company cut us a check. We took our car there, got a detailed written estimate for the repairs. They called the wife and said they needed the insurance companys name and the claim number ..... why? Then all of a sudden there was hidden damage to the car and the final bill was exactly the amount of the insurance check, to the penny. Stay away from this business, they are not honest people.

Very nice guys at Williams Auto Body shop in Mesquite. Ive had several personal projects done to our 2015 & 2016 Dodge Challengers here. I always work with David. He always treats me & my vehicles with respect... And charges me a fair price for a quality job. I will continue to trust & work with him and his team.

I suggest to avoid this facility unless you want outrageous storage fees and threatens of repossession after only 8 days of being on the lot, and we had been in direct communication with the shop the entire time. Terrible business.

Williams Body Repair was the most rewarding in my Seeking Toyota fiberglass Fender Repair, was treated with mush Respect being a Nam Veteran, and my non-damaged popped fender was reinstalled FREE..Almost became worried as reading other positive and negative past customer reports, thought I may have to leave it overnight, but relaxed when I was called back in half a day... Fixed like new..!!

I was in an accident two+ weeks ago and a friend referred me to Williams Paint & Body in Mesquite. My initial contact was with the owner Brent who said he could get started on my car on Monday (took it in Friday before). With as much damage as I thought I had I still received my car back pretty quickly, roughly 1 1/2 weeks. The process was painless and all the people that I spoke with were great! They pulled my car around and it looked brand new. They detailed the exterior, they detailed under the hood, and they detailed the interior. I was very pleased and will use them in the future if needed and will refer my friends to them.

I have had several repair jobs done by this Company. The vehicles look better after the complete the job than when the vehicles were brand new.Great staff to work with. Highly recommend

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TRAVIS THE NIGHT WRECKERMy sisters vehicle was towed by this service (contract work through Mesquite Police Dept.) yesterday afternoon. We called around 9pm and spoke with Travis who initially did not give us info, gave us an attitude and hung up on me SEVERAL times.Sister called and asked if they were open/see when we can pick up vehicle around 9pm. He answered with were closed, I will call you later to let you know when you can pick it up and did not give her any more info, the call ended. This did not answer our question. I called back to confirm if they housed MPD vehicles, to see if he can tell me when the vehicle can be picked up and he said I already told you that I would call you back. NO. I wanted to know if he could give me an idea of when we can pick up vehicle - tonight? Tomorrow morning? Kept telling me he would call back and hung up. He ended up saying that he was the only one to tow vehicles and release them at night, yelled at me. Why didnt he say that from the beginning? Then asked if I was the owner of the vehicle and I said no, so he responded with then why am I even talking to you and disconnected the call again. I called back 3-4 times and he finally didnt answer anymore. He texted back a few moments later and said he would be there between 10-10:30pm.HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I spoke with Brent Williams this morning to report Travis, he apologized, said he would talk to him and would call me back.If Travis gives you attitude, give him a taste of his own medicine. I am paying them for their service, Travis should be dealt with and I appreciate the Brent is doing so (hopefully).

Really helped with the estimate. Pretty good price too! Only reason I give it a 4 star is because they took a while to help me but it was all good other than that. They look like they do a good job too.

I had my mustang there, the guy forces my car in neutral, and charged me for a jump start fee. (Who has a jump start fee) I have a push start button in my vehicle that they did not use, when I questioned them about it they kicked me out the store. My sister had to retrieve the car. When I got my vehicle it was riding very differently. I now know that I will need 4 new struts and shocks. Due to bad tow driver. Also when I called Williams the very first time I got hung up on. He says because I hung up on him but I dont recall?! Do NOT spend your hard earned money here unless you have to. Its just a bunch of meth heads running a business The service is horrible and by far the worst experience yet.

RUN!!! —DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE... racists through & through... Arrogant And Rude! There are many other places in Mesquite to repair cars... DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I have always had the best experience with them friendly, respectful, sooo helpful, and they do a great job on your car making sure the paint matches perfectly like its a brand new car(never wrecked). I love this place. I will never go anywhere else.

I was overcharged, lie to, and had very poor workmanship. And when asked about a part that. should have been replaced but wasnt I was told to leave and dont come back. If you want your vehicle fixed right take it somewhere else youll be glad you did. Their main focus is ripping off insurance companies.

I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a place of service. I had my car towed here after a wreck and didn’t have a problem until a distasteful man named Bill came to take me to the back to my wrecked car. I went to take pictures of my car and I saw the persons car I wrecked with and I said I need to take pictures of hers too. He said I wasn’t allowed so I didn’t care to take pictures of it wasn’t allowed but I stood there on my phone for a moment to tell my mom and he thought I was trying to take pictures of her car and says to me, “WHAT DID I JUST TELL YOU?! DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I SAID?!” After he said that I left and then realized I forgot another item in my car I needed. I go back to the paint and body shop and tell them lady at the front I need to go back there again. She then calls the same a**hole Bill over and tells him and he gets angry and says he won’t take me back there because I didn’t listen to him I then try to start arguing and tell him I didn’t take pictures and him and the lady ignore me and go to the back and speak for a few minutes. HE THEN COMES BACK AND GETS IN MY FACE! And says in a angry/rude voice,”I’ll take you but you better leave that phone, in that’s truck” then I say I want someone else to help me that he can’t talk to me like that and he said no, so I wanted to hurry and get it over with so I walk out to my boyfriends truck and tell him to come with me as I leave my phone there then I walk around the side of the building mouthing off telling my boyfriend what happened and BILL comes out there saying “What’s she b****ing about now?” I have never been treated like that from someone on the clock. Bill is a y’all reallly really wrinkly old white man who when I went at the time was wearing a dark colored hat.

Took my truck in less than 1hr when a sheriff told it should not be bothered

My car was in very bad shape, and I was anticipating the wait to be very long. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, my car was ready before I anticipated it being ready!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!!!! My truck was stollen and the person committed crimes in it so it was taken to the Dallas police impound. Mesquite got it because that’s where the crimes where out of. Finally, I found my truck, it was towed out of Dallas 5 days before and no one contacted me. When I went to pick up my vehicle these people were extremely rude. They told me it would be almost $400 to get my truck out even though the detective had just taken the hold off 30 minutes prior to my arrival. The detective told me that it would cost around $100 for the tow fee but that they wouldn’t charge me for anything else. I did nothing wrong. My truck was STOLLEN!!! The lady told me it was not reported stollen, then flipped the page and read “theft of vehicle” clearly it was stollen. Then she said “we can charge you for the day.” I said “so you don’t have to but you are going to?” She said “Yes, because we can.” Then, I asked to speak to the manager. She came out, looked over the papers, and told me the total again. Since the moment I walked into the door I was treated like a criminal. They had smug looks on their face and a “body guard guy” there. I did not curse, I was not inappropriate and when I told them they were being rude I got a door slammed in my face. I eventually just paid the total and left. The detective called me and told me the place was wrong and now they owe me money. IF I was ever this unprofessional I’d be fired on spot.

Just because they know how to paint a car doesnt take away from them being bigots, racist, liars, and hypocrites. Im here at Williams Paint & Body Inc in Mesquite on Military with my son because his truck was towed due to it having a flat tire on a ramp. When my son called me he was upset because a gentleman by the name of Bill who works there called him and his friends B!tch A$$ N!&&3rs because they went past the gate into the property to find his truck. By the time I get here I asked my son to point him out to me because my next move is to ask for a manager. My son tells me he works in the back and proceeds to take me to show me where he is. A short white lady comes out to stop us saying you cant go back there. I tell her I need to speak to a manger and she tells me shes the manager. I go on to tell her what happened and she without hesitation says Bill wouldnt say that. I tell her well he did and I would like for Bill to tell me that himself in front of my son and his friends. She says well Bill isnt here he is gone for the day. My son says well that guy right there heard him say it because he turned and looked at him and asked him why did he say it. She calls the guy over and ask him and the guy says Oh no Bill wouldnt say anything like that. And Im like but you sent him home for the day. My son is getting upset because the guy is lying and Im tell him in front of them calm down, did you expect them to take your side and admit that they are racist. I have words with the little short woman to let her know she didnt have to do anything about it because it is definitely going to come back on them. I mean seriously. Now the blessing is while I was paying for my son to get his truck the short lady asked well it needs to be towed off the lot how are you going to get it. I asked can he not put the tire on. She says no my insurance wont allow it. My son asked well how much for you to tow it across the street. She gets to mumbling and another guy would you believe also named Bill says, Ill take it over there for them. We waited in this parking lot forever for the truck to come out. I told my son to make sure they put his tire on the back of the truck he says mom the tire is already on there. We get across the street and tall Bill says Im so sorry for what you went through man I am. I went ahead and put the tire on for you. Not that he put the tire on because we could have done that ourselves but the fact that he acknowledged wrong doing and cared. This is probably the longest post Ive ever written. We are definitely living in times where ppl feel its ok to hate, discriminate, bigotry, and prejudice but know that Love and truth always prevail. I prayed as I flew down the highway asking God to guide my tongue and hold my hands. Im proud of me. The definition of what that man called my son is ignorance and thats exactly what they portrayed, go figure.

The costumer service was so bad! But they gave me back my vechicle so Ill give them 2 stars.
