The folks at Pro Star are the absolute best! They have always been up front, honest and willing to work with me whenever I needed services. I highly recommend them. You wont feel like youve been taken for a ride the way a lot of other places make you feel.

I have used these folks several times and they are ALWAYS fantastic to work with! Very polite and helpful. They handle everything with the insurance company and make the process very easy. Never had that pit in my stomach feeling that I usually get when something involves my car because I fear Im getting ripped off. These guys are very fair and honest. I highly recommend them!

Coming to this place was sad for me in the beginning because my usual shop had really let me down. Said they could not find a bumper to my suburban in over 2 months.So I came here after I realized tbey were very close to my office and I met with Mary, who was really awesome and helpful. She quickly found my parts and had them ordered in less than one day. She even helped me on a few additional parts for other vehicles so I can look at what I need in order to fix them.They called me within 72 hrs with the parts on hand already, I dropped the truck off and in less than one-day had me fixed up. When I came in to pay, we met the owner, John, or Johnny? Either way, he handled my stressful questions without losing any cool(I get stressed easily on vehicle repairs) and he was very nice to deal with. I really dont see myself going anywhere else again after this great experience, and I will be referring them out to my friends and just in general to anyone needing body work.Really really appreciate this shop! I had damage done to my outer door handle and door during an attempted break in. My vehicle is ruby red and I was worried about the color not matching. Not only does the color match perfectly, you cant tell anything ever happened. The vehicle was repaired within time promised and they even cleaned it up for me. Super Service!!!

Beware of these guys! Horrible paint and body work. Could have done better with a can of spray paint in a dusty field. Also damaged my car on other trim pieces they needed to remove to do paint work and belt buckle dents where they leaned against it to work on it. 2 weeks wait for crappy work. Sent it back and gave them a second chance and it was still not right. Not my first rodeo with a bad body shop but easily the worst Ive seen. Much more reputable shops in this area for the same prices.

I took my car for a door should have been 7-9 days. Has now turned into 21days by the time my car is ready. Fyi 21days in eco. Rental 1233.87 (includes 250 deposit). The 10 day extras cost was a total of 468.50. Just saying not a happy camper.... Update 8/15/17 was just told that it would be two more days for the vehicle to be ready which is completely crazy. Owner called me to pick up my vehicle and when I showed up he had the cops there wanted me to take my vehicle unfinished he had been paid over $4,000 through the insurance yet I was forced to accept my car without the bumper headlights or any of the parts that were ordered from the insurance claim this guy is a joke Johnny Knapp is owner I dealt with him directly he told me that I could suck on his extremities if I didnt like it
