I love this place. They have so many shoes to choose from. I got two pairs of high tops for less than 55 dollars. They have good quality shoes for the whole family. The store manager rang us up and let us know about the Black Friday deal on Fila shoes. Great experience shopping at WSS.

You gotta be here on a good day and you will be in Shoe Heaven otherwise their selection is so/so! I have literally had 2 wonderful trips to this shoe store and 2 disappointing trips here also! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Always buy shoes here, I like that theres a variety to choose from. You can get for all the family. Only wish they had the better brands or the airforces or Retros.

Store was clean and had a variety of shoes! Everything was great but the staff were unaware of their own sales and when we tried to show them the sales, they stated that all the shoes on display were wrong and started switching them out with totally different shoes and then switching the sale tags around as well. I understand that it could have possibly been a mistake and the wrong shoes were on display/sales on the wrong shoes but the staff were rude and we felt as if we were bothering them, even though we were just questioning the price we were being charged when that wasn’t what their prices stated. Again the store was very nice and well kept with a variety of shoes, but it was very unprofessional staff/display wise and made us feel uncomfortable.

They have a wide selection of shoes. Ive shopped around other shoe stores and the prices at WSS are by far the best. They also have a wide selection of jackets, hats and accessories all of the employees that were working were all very helpful and greeted every one with a smile and a hello as you entered the store and as I left the store several employees said thank you for coming in and have a nice day. Customer service like that now days is hard to find if you are looking for a new pair of shoes or some accessories I highly recommend checking WSS out!

This is the most awesome store ever. I spent over 4 hours in there trying on shoes. It has been 17 years since I have bought a new pair. I have told everyone I know about this store. I work at a major call center that employs over 3000 people. I couldnt have been more happy with the patience and understanding of the staff and management. The prices are very fair. The selection is awesomely awesome. The store is clean and well run. Kiki is an asset to WSS and I hope she will be there when I return this weekend.

Ordered online went to the store and the girl talked super fast and stated they didn’t have my order an that it would take 3 to 5 days which is not what the confirmation email stated then when I called to possibly find another location the online rep stated he would assist he found a location in Phoenix said they have the size i needed but then said we can’t make changes to order. The companies way of doing business feels like a fraud the people seem unsure and are unhelpful will never shop online or in the shop again.

The manager of this store is not nice. I approached her and asked to help find a certain size. She told me Youre gonna have to wait and then just stood there. Didnt offer any other assistance, didnt ask another employee to help, she just stood there. I said ok amd continued shopping. Nobody ever approached me after that. I left the store empty handed.I would not take the time to write this review if it werent the first time I have felt like this in this store. There is the district managers phone number on a sign inside the store and I suggest anyone that experiences horrible customer service from this manager to give him a a call. He was courteous and helpful and offered me a discount towards my next purchase.

This is a good shoe store with great prices! The only problem I have had is, that the clerk didnt check the shoes so I went home with two right shoes. Such a pain to have to go back to exchange ONE shoe!

Great customer service

I wanted to buy DCs but ended up getting Air Jordans. Sales guy was coo only after he saw I had money. Security watched me like a hawk. Then I go outside after buying socks shoe cleaner 200$ later to find someone stole a brand new USB charging bike light I had got the day before. Cameras everywhere security by door the entire time and instead of watching someone shopping how about protect ur customers. If it didnt start raining I would have went inside to return everything. I will never ever go back nor will my 5 kids who all wear their shoes. Lost a family.

Didnt have none of my size

Went there Saturday March 21st Ridiculous that they only allowing 10 people in the store at a time making customers stand in the hot sun with no shade. If you dont want to be open cor business and allow all customers to shop as they please, then close your doors to the public. Also they have closed their bathrooms to the public to protect their employees from germs. You guys only have 5 employees in the store who arent even trying to help customers anyways.

The Employees were very helpful in fulfilling what I wanted to purchase, opposed to pushing products on me. They actually made me feel like I was their number one priority at the time, I didnt feel rushed. Regardless of the amt they saw I was spending, they took genuine care of me like I was buying one of everything. And the Courtesy Office was very nice and welcoming, it fel nice and comfortable.

They stopped selling DCs. Other than that they are great.

If I could put zero stars I would. Heres why!I had bought a pair of Nike shoes for my sons bday I spent $60 on a pair of shoes for my 4yr old son. On his bday I guess he decided to hit a growth spurt and go up a size, I go to exchange them for the bigger size & get told NO... mind you it wasnt pasted the 30day mark. First I wait for almost 20min for the manager to come to the front, then she gets there and tells me the shoes are worn. UMMM WHAT? I told her they dont fit so he hasnt worn them. She proceeds to call another manager on the phone because she couldnt make the decision by herself apparently... the manager tells her to tell me NO... First off why are you a manager & cant make decisions on your own??? Second the shoes have nothing wrong with them, all I asked was for a size up, its not like I was asking for my money back...... Long story short I now have a pair of BRAND NEW Nike shoes and $60 waisted..... Horrible service, Horrible employees, NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN OR AT ANY OF THERE STORES... ILL KEEP MY MONEY......

Placed an order online and received an email the next day to contact them regarding the order. Ive tried to call and email for over a week with no response. Today I got an email that said the order was cancelled.

I just wanted to take a moment and say that lola or lolo really helped me with an issue dealing with my special insoles. I have diabetic pain and my husband wanted to take me to get new shoes for the longest and I wouldnt go. He went into the store first and came back home and told me about the store sale. I thought as usually I wasnt going to find anything. I told the sales lady about the problem and she took the time bringing several shoes for me to try. I then told my husband it probably wouldnt work with my insoles and they didnt with the womans shoes. Lola stated that their are wides as well and if that doesnt work we will switch over to the mens shoes,whos going to know. I was a bit reluctant about it because what woman wants to be in mens shoes. Well lola said I have on men shoes and several pair because they are wider and I dont like my feet squeezing,we laugh. I tried on a mans shoe regular and womans shoe wide to see the difference. It was a slight difference but really great relief. I only went to the store for one pair but I purchased two pair because of the special. When I got home and place my insoles in I was so happy that I was finally able to talk an actual walk with my husband. Again lola thank you for your input. You took your time to help me and my feet thank you. I will be back soon.
