I just cant get enough of this store. And if anybody out there is feeling generous I would really love this pair of boots

Went to a couple of other western wear stores to pickup a pair of boots. This store by far blew them out of the water with their customer service and attention to detail. I was helped by Jared and he was very knowledgeable, displayed excellent customer service, and spent the time to really find what I was looking for. I got the perfect pair of boots and I’m very satisfied with the selection and customer service from this store. I would recommend anyone who is looking for boots to go to this location because of the selection (biggest store in AZ) and the customer service.

Had to walk by a lot of workers before somebody finally asked if we needed some help And then she gave us the wrong information which was not very cool. They do sell suspenders if an employee is unsure of products they need to double check.

For being the first time in the store, I am very impressed with this store. I needed to have my hat cleaned and wasnt sure where to go. The woman there Nia was very helpful and knowledgeable and gentle with my hat. Yes I will definitely be going back and doing business with this store. Thank you Boot Barn I am glad I found you.

This store was well organzied and more open than others. Jordan was helpful and everyone was friendly. We were able to find the boot size needed. Be sure to advise of any discounts you may be entitled to before they begin ringing your purchases up.

Great service! I was looking for a pair of Twisted X boots and they were very knowledgeable about them. Multiple staff members helped me find the perfect boot.

Jason was so helpful and made the experience so quick and easy! The store was well stocked, clean, and everyone was friendly!

Came wanting to buy my first pair of boots and also knowing nothing about boot fit, style, or care. Chris was patient with me and I learned a ton from him in the process. Left with a great pair of boots and he even showed me how to condition them. He exemplified excellent and friendly customer service.

If it has to do with western wear they have it or can get it. Great selection of clothes, boots, hats, belts and everything else country. Super helpful employees. (I like that they will shape and stretch a that for me.)

The Availability of select boots that had been currently on sale was a joke. aparently its ok to offer a sale for only a limited time where you could get $20 off on select items within the store but little does the customer know that they dont have any inventory on those items in the state of Arizona.

Sooo many awesome kicks! This place has a terrific selection regardless of what kind of boots you’re into. The staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Some great deals to be had. You will almost guarantee-ably find what your looking for here.

Good selection of work clothes of all types and in a convenient location right off the 202.

Was standing in line walked up to the register. The teller sees me standing there. Asked the people behind me to go up to the register for her to assist instead of me who was next and waiting. I walked away because of the service, she did not try to apologize to keep the sale.

Place is a RIPOFF!My son and I went in to boot barn to find a western belt for my Mother’s Day picture portrait with my kids. I found one that I really liked, tag said $65.00. I went up to the register to pay and the lady Nicole said it was $76.00 (Rude). The hanging tag price was wrong and the belt was $76.00. I told her well the tag said $65.00. She stated they sometimes we accidentally put the wrong hang tags on by mistake very Rude person!I was charged $76.00. Beware what your actually paying for!

I don’t post a lot of reviews, but this one I had to comment on. Walked in, spent probably 20 minutes comparing lace up boots with no help... Finally Ron approached me (after he was done with a customer) and asked a few questions and helped me out a lot, meanwhile mark made eye contact with me 3-4 times before Ron approached me. Once I was being helped by Ron and decided on my boots, Mark then decided to approach me and asked if I wanted him to take the boots up front, I said no I’m waiting on my brother to decide on a pair. He then just grabbed the boots, asked my name and took them to the counter with a label on them stating he was the sales guy helping me, which in fact I felt that he avoided me the first 10 minutes and was quite annoyed. I obviously told the clerk that Mark didn’t help me and Ron is the one who should get credit... I was then told it’s just a number guys, it doesn’t matter. Then why ask? Well if I ran a business, I sure would like to know who is actually working and who’s just staring at the wall waiting for an opportunity to steal a sale. All in all, it was a great place and I definitely will return but wow that was different.

Find the difference (and what is wrong) between these 3 pictures?Answer: Store price is $210 while online price and MSRP is $190! When I questioned why the tag did not match. I was told that is the store price and they could not triple discount the product (I had a work discount)? My work boot voucher offers a discount, but not sure what the other discounts would be?The voucher? Work reimburses that amount.Correcting the price to MSRP? It is a now discount to get MSRP?Normally, I would just not buy them, but for this specific brand, only one other company carried them as a special order on the other side of town.Maybe Boot Barn is normally better and I had a bad manger. But a manager not even willing to double check (since the label does not even match the boot description)and becoming argumentative right away (he did not even check, just told me I was incorrect). But as of now, I would never go back and if someone does be cautious of buying anything from the store without checking pricing first.

This guys dont care about costumer service i just bought a pair of boots last September and already got ripped by inside. I tried to get them into the warranty and dont apply for them after 4 months .I think is kind of unsatisfactory answer for part of the manager. $300.00 for a pair of boots

Nice place little pricey but they seem to have everything

Been a few weeks now, needed a pair of steel toes for work and Ron was the absolute best. He knew everything down to fit, form, function and the little quirks each boot had. He had an incredible amount of knowledge on men’s and women’s boots and helped me and my girlfriend both pick out pairs for ourselves. By far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I love the selection at this Boot Barn. Been coming here for years every time I’m in Mesa. It’s one of the bigger stores, and the selection of Wrangler jeans is excellent. There are also a good selection of shirts and boots. The reason why I’m giving it four stars and not five is that they used to be open later until 10 pm especially on the weekends. There are lots of customers there at 9 pm checking out. I think it would be smart for this store to stay open an extra hour until 10 pm. Other than that, this is one of my favorite Boot Barns.

Bought a pair of Timberland pro anti fatigue steel toed boots 2 years ago fantastic boot for working in the construction industry . planning on purchasing a new pair today, not to mention that it is the first boot that I’ve found to have lasted for more than a years time !

The first time I bought a pair of boots I had a great experience this was about a year and a half ago very helpful and understanding I had an accident 2 years ago and my left foot is quite bigger than my right the man who was helping me stretched it and helped a ton very help full but this time he just kept saying no cant do that cant dont think we have that and now I have to try and stretch this boot myself very disappointed in the customer service

Good quality stuff here, we were not helped by staff though, and the items are VERY pricey.

Hannah was very helpful for us on this trip! She was patient with our family and so nice to our kids. She helped with our kids and was so polite and friendly. We will be coming back soon!

Prices are a little high, but its good quality. Huge selection of boots. Nice hats and clothes too. The helpful staff is always available.

Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. Gave us our space but was available for any questions or help. Hannah at the Mesa Riverview was fantastic. My husband and I went in not know what we were looking for at all and she asked questions and pointed us in the right direction. We would have been lost without her!

Andrew was awesome and helped me out so much, hes very informative and very nice. He needs a promotion!!!September 2019. I can not express enough how awesome Andrew is. He is very helpful and knows so much. He is able to answer every question and makes shopping here so easy. I honestly feel bad for how hard he helped us. Everyone is always calling his name, and he is always running around the store while helping all 50 people in the store at one time. I went in two weeks ago and some lady helped me, I dont wanna be negative but I wouldnt have ever been back if I had my first experience with her. Andrew helped me with two very complicated people I needed to buy boots for on short notice. He also helped my husband and I fix our rewards account because there was a problem with it and after 5 transactions in 11 months at 3 different Boot Barns, nobody else but Andrew took the time to let us know we havent been getting our rewards, and he took the time to fix it even after we left the store.. I could tell he really cares about people and his job. I really hope Boot Barn does everything they can to keep him!!

Found what I was looking for. Was told they were having a pay one get one sale on shirts. Good I found 6 shirts.Got to the register and the same salesperson said her manager just told her the sale was over yesterday.I did not purchase the shirts.

I love Boot Barn, they have very good selection, very competent staff. This Boot Barn has been great before. But my last visit there was quite dissatisfactory. They still have the same great selection, but one of the staff members (Diana)was rude not only to me but to my wife. We also watched her verbally abuse one of the other staff members in front of customers.If you want to be cranky and or angry thats fine, but showing respect not only to those that you work with but for customers is essential in any business. I certainly hope management takes notice of her actions and deals with her accordingly.On a bright note if you have any questions staff member Mark at this Boot Barn knows his stuff is very very good.If it wasnt for one terrible staff member (Diana) ruining the business for customers and staff alike this would be a great store.

The place was clean even in these uncertain times the staff was pleasant to deal with and very friendly.

Had a little difficulty with a pair of harness boots I bought, and wore, and couldnt get back into. (I knew I had a high instep on my left foot) I talked to Andrew a couple of days later; he took them back to stretch them in the affected area for a few days and theyre perfect. He was over and above my expectations; the customer service in this store is fantastic, almost unheard of in these times. Got a life-customer now, Boot Barn!

I bought a pair of boots and took them to the back to get them stretch and the receipt was on the bag and was not given to me after they were stretched, when I was heading to the door they stoped me and in a very bad mode ask me for a receipt as if I was trying to steal them, great boot selection but horrible customer service

I come here a few times a year. They have a great selection of cowboy boots and wrangler cowboy cut jeans. They also have some great shirts and wallets and belts. The employees are pretty friendly as well. I enjoy buying clothes here. The prices are reasonable too.

Always awesomea

We visited this location yesterday to look find a cowboy hat for my 15yr old boy, Joshua. He had a western themed dance/party that he was going to go to. This was going to be his first high school dance. Louis was the sales associate who helped my son, fitting him with a hat.He was a very inspiring man who connected with my 6ft tall, introvert of a darling son. Next thing we knew, Louis was fitting Joshua for shirts, jeans, and some nice cowboy boots. We could see in Joshuas eyes and grin that a cowboy was born. He was into the cowboy style. I love watching my son smile.So, I planned to walk in with a $40 spend limit, but I happily walked out spending almost 10 times more for Joshua because Louis was such a great guy. Louis took his time with my son, teaching him core cowboy tradition for dress and class.Thank you Boot Barn for having Louis on your team. He truly knows his boots. He made my son smile and inducted him as a new cowboy. Ill be buying here, from Louis, again. This time with my Other two boys and my girlfriend.

I have bought work boots from this location and I had had pretty good experiences. But they stopped selling the type of boots I would normally wear. So I got another type. The glue separated from the leather and rubber sole. I had concerns about the boot coming apart after only 4 days. CHRIS refused to even listen to or make any accommodations to even attempt some kind of Customer service . It was more a tug a war between what HE thought and my concerns compromise to even attempt some kind of Customer service is obviously unheard of. NEVER AGAIN! HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.................

Decisions Decisions ... I could stay in here ALL DAY, sniffing the leather scents that remind me of my childhood & my horse SheerKan. The staff here is always helpful and courteous! Ive never had a bad shopping experience at this location, which is why Im a frequent rider flyer lol

This is a pretty good location. The selection was good, and the staff were friendly as well as helpful. They have a hat specialist named mark. He did a magnificent job shaping the felt hat I purchased.

The place to buy cowboy boots or western wear. Great selection and I had very good service. Also very good online selection and customer service as well I know from experience. The only thing that prevents a five star rating would be the way employees conducted themselves with guests in the store.

Services were great. Found wranglers for my 4yr old granddaughter and also belts in her size. Happy grandma here.
