What a rockstar. Jon is a phenomenal screen printer and has been a wonderful asset for me for years. I believe in the last three years I have had 15 print jobs done through Screened Gear. Everyone that Ive needed has been on time and fantastically produced. Jon consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my shirts are done when I need them for my events.The last order I had for John was over 200 shirts for a nonprofit I work for. Not only did he get them done on time, but because I was so slammed with work, he even delivered them to me on his way home. Currently Screen Gear is printing 100 shirts for an event I have coming up this weekend. I have no doubt they will be done on time as all of the orders have been before that.In the past I have used other vendors for shirts and been disappointed. Usually the biggest reason is the quality of the ink on the shirts. I dont like shirts that are thick and heavy on Ink. In Arizona thick ink creates a sweat patch that doesnt breathe. Jon has consistently shown that his screening ability and ink quality does not produce those negative results. The quality far exceeds most that Ive seen. Also, in the 15 or more shirts that Jon is printed for me I still have many of them in my closet and wear a lot of them quite often. I have yet to have any of them crack, fade or peel.If youre looking for a good quality screen printer that does what he says he does and wont kill your wallet, then Screened Gear is the place for you.

Not only are the shirts better quality than we had hoped for, the price was excellent and the service superior as well! We got our shirts in a hurry so we could begin selling them at our events and everyone loves them. This was one of the easiest transactions to get done that I have ever had. Jon always does a good job. One thing i love about Jons work is his attention to detail and wanting the garment to feel more like you bought it off the shelf than at a printer. He continues to look for ways to make the print job look good, feel soft, and last for time.

Great Experience! Screened Gear was referred to me by a friend at work. I was having so many problems with screen printers in Phoenix with all their hidden fees and crapy work that I searched outside Arizona. That got expensive fast. Now I use Screened Gear and couldnt be happier. Great price, quality and turnaround with no hidden fees. They say what they do and their location in Mesa is easy to get in and out and back on the interstate. HIGHLY SATISFIED.

Lack of communication on this shops end put us in an unnecessary jam.We needed 80 shirts done by a deadline. Since it was sooner than their advertised turnaround, we specifically asked if they could make them in time. Screened Gear said they could meet that deadline. We sent the shirt order and design graphics, and paid 50% of the cost up front. Days later, with the deadline looming, we were emailed with a request for the graphics in pdf format. We sent them, and asked if theyd be able to make the deadline. No response. We called during business hours and left a voicemail (most phone calls were not answered), asking could they please confirm the shirts would be done by deadline. This call was not returned. We got an email the next day saying the order would be done next week; not only after our deadline, but still no specific date.At no point did we receive a mockup to confirm that the shirt would look according to plan.With the deadline practically on top of us, an established pattern of ignoring or belatedly answering calls and emails, and no way to know exactly when the shirts would come or how they would look, we had to cancel this order, then make a rush order to a big online vendor.We wanted to support (and positively review!) this local business, but this was just a stressful mess. If you cant do a job on time, please let the customer know more than 48 hours before their project deadline. If Im willing to throw down half the cost of my order up front, prompt, clear communication about whats happening on your end is not an unreasonable expectation.

We came across screened gear after having a terrible experience with another screen printing company, Jon was very helpful in getting our shirts done quickly for us due to the other company being unable to get them done. We will definitely be using Screened Gear for any future t-shirt purchases, they have great customer service and great affordable prices.

I have knowned screened gear for two years now and I have to admit the quality of thier shirts are excellent I havnt had the print or the shirts fade which amazes me. Called twice and left messages, after the third day and third call finally had someone answer, all i was told was to fill out the quote info on the page and send an email of the pic i wanted on the shirt..... 4 days after that i sent an email asking about it and got nothing back and 6 days later still havent gotten anything back email wise and im writting this review.... Horrible.

Great quality and price but hard to get ahold of.

After using 2 other shirt printers, Jon does the best screen printing Ive found in Mesa.
