Two and a half years ago I bought my first wakeboard/surf boat from Boulder and it was a great experience. This week I bought my second. The reason that I didnt even look anywhere else was that during the last 2.5 years Boulders service has been amazing. I constantly hear stories about other dealers in Phoenix taking forever to repair boats, and horror stories about buying experiences. I laugh and think that they should have bought from Boulder. I literally cannot say enough about how awesome Boulder has been.

I have been boating my whole life and have never had a shop give me the exceptional experience that I receive here at Boulder boats! Between Phillip and Steve whatever advice they have given me has always been spot on and works the first time. The worst experience ever! They had our boat for almost a year fixing it. Finally after getting the boat back the repairs were totally noticeable in the fiberglass, bad vibration completely unsatisfied. Spoke with the general manager he was very rude and condescending.

This was the best boat buying experience ever. We worked with Neil Wahlberg over several months as we researched different boats with different dealers. Neil was extremely professional and knew everything about the boats he was selling. We asked him many, many questions over the months. He answered them all and helped us understand all our options. We were so happy to get that type of service from someone with so much experience and knowledge. The day we bought our boat went very smoothly. All the folks involved in the process were very courteous. From Matt who took us to the lake to demo the boat, to Joelyn Dickson who handled the sale and financing, to Chloe who helped pick out the right wake surfboards and other equipment. Before we left, Neil made sure to introduce us to Bayley Martin (warranty manager) and Philip Moore (service manager), both of whom seemed to be as equally professional, competent and friendly as everyone else we had worked with. My wife and I spent almost 2 years researching boats. We were long time gas money donaters and finally decided we wanted one of our own. Such a great experience with all the staff at Boulder Boats, from responsiveness to calls, texts and emails to the in-person interactions, can’t express how wonderful our boat buying experience was. Neil was a great salesman, not at all pushy, Jolynn and Betsy’s help with the finance process and getting info to our insurance dealer before 5 pm on a Friday, Dusty was a great test drive captain and went above and beyond getting the boat ready to go, Dustin and Brandon were super helpful, and Chloe knew EVERYTHING about all the equipment and got us outfitted and ready for the lake. Purchased a used boat from Boulder Boats about half a year ago. I would definitely return to buy another if I am in the market for it in the future. Worked with Ryan who was very professional and able to answer all questions that I had during the buying process. Additionally, they take you out on the boat to test before you buy.Buying anything used comes with risk. Shortly after buying the boat some issues popped up that werent identified by them before selling. When I brought the issues up they to took complete ownership and worked with me to ensure all issues were resolved at no cost to me. Their level of integrity is very impressive and shows that they care about the people who buy boats from them.If you are looking for a boat I recommend stopping at Boulders Boats before buying anywhere else.

DO IT! - Let me say first; this was my first ever boat purchase, and it couldnt have gone any better!Finding The Boat: The whole team at Boulder Boats is amazing, we first met with Ben who showed us a few boats we had found on their website (man.. do they have a selection!) - we ended up going with a different one than the ones we found online, and Ben was super knowledgeable about the boat and made sure we understood what we were looking at! (Wasnt a pushy salesman at all, a HUGE plus).Financing: Ending up liking it so much, that that same day we called back to get the ball rolling, and that process was seamless and simple from deposit to financing! Brittanie who helped us secure the financing, was fast, polite and very easy to work with!The Lake Test: Dusty was AMAZING at showing us first time boat owners the ropes, (seriously, if not for him we pry wouldnt have done as well as we did on the lake, the next day!) Super patient and very knowledgeable - almost like he has owned the very same model! He was in no rush, and answered all my questions in detail. - A little mishap where a bunk broke on the trailer after we got onto the water, however, Dusty was able to rig it to get it back to the shop, in which THEY FIXED IT THAT SAME DAY! About 1 hour from store closing, a gentleman from the service team came in while we were signing documents and said ill get working on it and not much later said it was already hook up on our truck! -Joelyn helped us sign all the necessary paper work, quickly, & professionally! She was able to provide us with a great insurance option from Global Marine, which was wonderful due to Allstate causing a huge mess, and she had a quick fix, which wasnt too much off in price anyway!Ben had even thrown in some (used) life jackets so we could at least get on the water for a full day before having to bring the boat back to Boulder Boats for a few things we needed fixed (we knew about the split seams in the seats before buying) which he really went out of his way to do for us! After a full day on our first boat, I couldnt wipe the smile off my face, what a beauty, everything ran perfect, no issues! - Only one little thing with the left side speakers not working (seems like a wire may have came loose, no biggy) which we didnt notice on the Lake Test the day before - however, texted Ben and he told me hed definitely look into it for me!Over all my experience with Boulder Boats was out of this world, not once was I hesitant due to any staff or seemed like I was being tricked/forced into buying a boat!THANK YOU BOULDER BOATS FOR SELLING US HUGE SMILES!Will update when we get the boat back for the seams and speakers! :)

Couldnt be happier with Boulder Boats service in AZ. These guys know how to please a customer and do things right the first time. We took our boating in thinking that the steering cable needed to be replaced. They found that the cable was fine. It just needed to be adjusted. They could have charged us for a steering cable and we wouldve never known. On top of the already great service. When we pick the boat up it was freshly cleaned and ready to go to the lake.

Drove all the way from Dallas to buy a boat from Boulder Boats. Best buying experience I have ever had. The entire team was super nice and knew what they were doing.

Drove from surprise to look at three brand new boats they are selling on their website. They didnt have either one or any from the company they are supposedly a dealer of.

I met their sales person in the show room and told him I was looking for a used, lower-end wake board boat in the $20-$30k range. He got a very strange look on his face and he said that Id be looking more in the Mid to upper $30s a least. I told him I saw a great boat at another dealer nearby and was looking to see what Boulder had. In a very In-your-face, a**hole tone, his response was Well why dont you buy that boat then .I told him that I just started looking. I was annoyed by his comment and demeanor.Well, Jerky, I took your advise. I just paid $33,000 for a Mastercraft X30 over at Wolf Marine.They have very knowledgeable and professional sales staff who helped me tremendously.I put down $18,000. If you are thinking of buying a boat, make Boulder Boats your first stop. Their sales team is knowledgeable and honest, they are straight forward and relaxed whether your buying a brand new or nicely used boat. Their service staff is top notch and again, honest. If your boat isnt broken they arent going to find something to fix. Ive had my Malibu serviced by them for the last 15 years without a single failure. No need to look for someone in particular, everyone in there is on their game.

I took my boat into Boulder Boats for some warranty work. Steve went above and beyond to get the expensive parts covered by the manufacturer. The work was completed at no cost to me, the communication was top notch, and my boat was returned to me freshly washed. I cannot put into words how pleased I am with Steve and Boulder Boats.

My experience at Boulder Boats in Mesa, AZ was great. I was recommended by a good friend of mine to call Neil Wahlberg at Boulder Boats. Since I live in California, I got ahold of Neil and told him what I was looking for in a wakeboarding boat and what I wanted to pay. Within a few days Neil had what I was looking for and within my budget. After I scheduled an appointment to test drive the boat I drove from California to Arizona and hit the lake with Ben from Boulder Boats. Ben explained and showed me how to use every option the boat came with. Ben gave me plenty of safety and maintnance tips. We spent about 3 hours on the lake going over the boat and test driving it to make sure everything was running and operating correctly. Ben gave me his number and told me to call him with any future questions. I bought my used boat 4-1-17 and till this day Ben continues to answer my questions without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Boulder Boats to friends and family. Keep up the good work guy.

I have been doing online research on boats for months. Emailed and called different dealerships about different boats. Neil at Boulder answered promptly, professionally and full of help and advice. Today we were ready to buy so we drove 2 hours and our first stop was at Boulder Boats. Told them what we were looking for and we bought the first boat they showed us. Neil was at an event so we worked with Ben. He was great. Low pressure but knew a lot about the boat. Ben is also a delivery captain. A delivery captain will go to the lake with you with your prospective boat before you buy, if you so desire. What??!! We just had a super experience with Boulder and didnt feel like we needed to do the lake test. Ben took about 20 mins or so to throw the boat in their onsite test tank so it could be ran and shifted into drive and reverse. The whole process only took a couple of hours before we towed our new to us boat home. I would also like to add that it doesnt matter if youre buying a $10,000 boat or a $90,000 boat with them. We were on the $10,000 side. :) Everyone was very nice, friendly and seemed genuine. No sleazy sales tactics, neither. They gave us one out the door price, we said do a little better, and they did. Done! Joelyn closes the deals but she had greeted us and took the time to talk with us before we committed to buying the boat. Easiest, best buying experience with a dealership anywhere. UPDATE - We still have our boat and still use them exclusively for all our service needs. They do an excellent job on all the mechanical repairs as well as helping us with the cosmetic details (like repairing the bimini we ripped). I would give more than 5 stars if it was an option!!From the moment we stepped in the door, Sean greeted us with a friendly grin. We were doe-eyed and only having owned a SeaRay 20 years ago, we didn’t really know anything about the new-style, wakeboard boats. No worries! Sean showed us around the new boat showroom and Dustin was there to back him up and guide us through some of the used inventory.Once we narrowed it down, we finally found a boat we thought would be right for us, Dustin was there every step of the way. He was prompt with his email responses, walked us through the boat and its features and even sat outside (in the heat) answering every, last one of our questions. He was always kind and patient and always very knowledgeable about the boats.The next step was picking out all of the accessories. Again, Sean was there expertly helping each of us find the perfect lifejacket (as well as extras for friends), toys, ropes and necessities like an anchor, dock tie-downs and fenders.Just as a coincidence, we purchased our boat over Memorial Day Weekend – the Super Bowl weekend of boating. Even though the dealership was buzzing with activity, no one made us feel rushed or burdensome. In fact, several people on the Boulder Boats staff stopped to congratulate us on buying the boat – they seemed generally excited for us and the fun we would have on our new boat. Trista actually started the paperwork process with us a few days earlier, and walked us through our final signing with ease and we were off to the lake.Our Delivery Captain, Ben, met us at the lake and took us on our test drive. He took plenty of time to help us feel comfortable with the boat, to talk about water sports activities, and to help us learn about the marina operations. He had plenty of great tips for the novice driver (Nicole 😊) and even a few for someone with more experience! He of course needed to make sure everything on the boat was working properly, and as one of the guys that gave it a final-walkthrough in the dealership he seemed to know about all of its unique details.Everyone at Boulder Boats, from start to finish, made our boat buying experience a great one. We are sure the boat owning experience will be great too, and we’ll always look to Boulder for service, support, and accessories. Thank you.
