On Saturday we picked up our new 2022 G23. We could not be happier. The boat performs exceptionally well and the wave is enormous with a ton of push. Everyone at the dealership was awesome to deal with. Ahren in sells was exceptional to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I have purchased a few boats from this dealership over the years and their service department is also 1st rate and extremely responsive. I purchased my 1st used speedster boat and returned for my 2nd slightly bigger used scarab 215 boat. Mike was awesome and took the time to help me both times and showed me how to do everything. I was completely new to boats. He even met me to test drive the 2nd one. He was absolutely terrific being patient with me! I love my newer 2015 scarab upgrade! I don’t think there are allot of sales people -so they are very busy, but they do a great job accommodating the customer. The service manager also stepped in the first time when I needed help and said hello when I returned to buy the second boat. The front office secretary helped me out both times with her warm personality and smiles. Everyone was SUPER friendly. Truly wonderful service! I know that if I have any problems, that I am in good hands. Thankyou!

Our G21 had some censor issues that needed fixed. We got in and out in less than an hour and a half. We waited in their pro shop and they have everything that you need to get out on the water. Robby’s team is amazing at what they do.

I recently purchased a used Grady White freedom 192. The service so far has been very good with excellent communication from our sales rep Matthew Brown. The boat runs great after a week on Lake Powell. We are taking the boat in for the installation of a ski tow bar and a new upgraded stainless steel prop. So far Matts been great and so has the service and communication at the dealership.

Was advised to come here for a part that was eluding capture. Well! I called at 10 to 5, they were closing at 5. They stayed open for the 2 minutes for us to get there!!’ For us!!!! And sure enough, they laid their hands on the product before we started driving there. Part was waiting. That is priceless customer service!!!! Absolutely will be back for our needs!!! Horrible Experience!!! we were contacted by action from Mike Escorza after inquiring about a Scarab 255ID wake edition. Mike called us and said they are sold out but had a special deal for me. Turns out they were trying to sell me a boat that was at another dealership that Scarab was purchasing back. After chasing Mike through his company and having 2 trips canceled we went to Steve who is the manager. Steve and Mike assured me they are doing what they can and would follow up with me...did that ever happen?...NO! so after calling a few times today and dealing with Matt who was going to call me back today and of course never did... i am beyond disappointed. 3 weekends wasted on summer fun and 4th of July right around the corner without a boat. My girlfriends 9 yr old daughter was so excited to hit the lake in our special boat. I am posting this review three weeks later and we have NOTHING. I will attach the sales contract we had. The worst part about the situation is the constant lack of communication. Not only that but a boat purchase is a pretty big deal our family; not to mention the monetary commitment...Good business should the clients with at least the respect to return their calls and be communicative. How about just being honest people!? I hope this will at least bring to the attention of potential customers to really prepare for a long process of empty promises and just straight up disappointment.

My father, sisters, and I have been wanting a boat for a good 5 years now but we could never find that boat we were looking for. We spent the day in Phoenix hoping to find it but striking out everywhere we went. Until we drove into Action and saw two really nice preowned boats that fell in the budget. We ran into Matt and he helped us out. Getting into boating can be an intimidating experience. The process of buying all the way to putting it in the water. What I can tell you is Matt at Action made the entire process not only not scary, but, it became an epic experience from the beginning to even today, when I have probably dumb questions for him, but he helps and makes it all easy for me. And the other Matt there in service was a great help as well, keeping us updated on how the process before delivery was going and had us there right on time. All in all the experience was great. I contacted Action Water Sports online approx 4/17-18 for a quote on a Bennington 16 foot electric pontoon boat. I received an immediate response online regarding a potential veteran discount which resulted in a $1,000 discount. The next email on 4/20 stated a Veteran Outdoor Buying Program Concierge will contact you That was the last I ever heard from my Concierge. When I told a Bennington boat owner on my lake that I never heard from Action Water Sports his exact words were That doesnt surprise me.His buying experience from Action was less than desirable. He stated that shortly after buying the boat he had a problem with the Minnkota motor. The Action service tech was incompetent and unable to fix the problem. This customer called Martin Marine and the problem was fixed under warranty. Its hard to believe that when you contact Action Water Sports to buy a boat NOBODY contacts you! My experience and at least one other might cause you to rethink your boat purchase from Action. I am definitely not buying a boat from them.

There are not enough good things to say about Action and the guys who work there. When my wife and I decided to trade in our old boat and purchase a brand new one, we went to every dealer in the Phoenix Area. Not only were we sold on the brand boat, MB Sports, but we loved the guys we were buying it from. They have taken care of us from day one. Any problems we have had, they have been right there to help. Ahren is absolutely amazing and hands down one of the smartest boat guys I know, and I was in the Coast Guard for 10 years. Tim in service does a great job taking care of our boat and handles the service quickly and seamlessly. Then theres Mike in the pro-shop, cant say enough about this guy. Has helped me buy some amazing Wake Surf Boards that he gave us a great deal on, as well as personally helped me get a new board when one of my hand laid boards had a flaw in it. Of course none of this would be possible with out the great owners Steve and Robbie who gave us an amazing deal on our trade and our new boat. If I didnt own my own business, I would apply for a job at Action. Love those guys. Do yourself the favor and go there for ALL your boat needs.

Bought a used board with bindings that were too small. Went in and talked with the guys working and they were very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. They helped me find the best binding that was within my budget. Been riding on them for about a year now and they have held up great, very happy with the purchase. Hopefully I will be having them install a tower for me this season. Would recommend.

Service is super expensive, Received a REALLY high quota for some service to my Nautique. Was quoted 4.5 hours plus parts to replace the steering cable at over $100/hr. Boulder Boats down the street quoted me 2 hours. Ended up doing it my self (due to Boulder Boats being to backed up and couldn’t get it done in the time frame I needed) in 2 hours. (Keep in mind I have never down this before on any boat.). It’s hard to trust a shop that tries to take advantage of its customers. I will now, never do business there again. Just do your homework and check other service shops. I would highly recommend Boulder Boats. Honest and very helpful!!

I really cant say enough great things about Matt Brown and the team at Action WaterSports. I just purchased a boat from them and Matt provided exceptional customer service. The entire process was seamless, Matt was patient and resourceful in helping overcome obstacles, and the actual boat delivery was well beyond my expectations.As someone already familiar with offshore boats/boating, I initially waved off Matts offer to review my new wake boats capabilities. But when I did call and ask him to come meet me at the lake, he agreed and was there within a half-hour. He then spent virtually the entire day out on the water with me and my guests, showing me all the boats features and even giving my nephew pointers on wake surfing.I highly recommend Matt and Action WaterSports and know theyll have my business in the future.

This is the worst boat dealership in AZ. If I was any of the boat MFG I wouldnt want to be associated with them! No one calls you back, no one tells the truth and the owner Robbie is so unprofessional and is a joke!!! Arizonas best boat service hands down. I saw a few twits whining on here their quote was to high make sure you bring a tow rope out with you, your going to need it!! Skiers Choice Supra manufacturer has dropped them as a dealer, other manufactures indicated they wont do business with them ever again. Its only a matter of time before theyre out of business! This place sucks for service! The place is nice but the employees are clueless. They all seemed to be high and cared more to talk about wakeboarding then helping me out with my boat. The guy literally talked with another employee for 5 minutes before helping me. I could not believe it, I should have walked out at that point but I gave them a shot since there close to my house. When it came to the service work the guy calling me could not explain what was wrong all he could tell me was this ridiculous high price. I just wanted an explanation and I would of been fine with the repairs. I ended up just picking up my boat and going elsewhere because I didnt feel confident with these guys. I dont trust them and will not return.

Purchased a used Mastercraft over the phone from another state. Ahren texted me pictures of the boat and all the info that I wanted. Drove 450 miles to Action Waterports and my new to me boat was getting a full service for free.Cannot say enough great things about Ahren. The finance woman was on point. She got me dialed in with my out of state registration.Payoff finalized and the original service manual for it. Incredible.This happened in August 2016.I always check the preowned inventory and seen the reviews section just now.Anyways, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality boat.

Mike and Aaron really know the products and boats they sell and service. Professional staff that gets to know you and what you really need then just trying to sell you just anything to make a buck and get you out the door. They went as far as to invite me out on 2 of there new boats so I could demo the wakesurf systems in each as well as just give me a few pointers to help me with my wakeboarding. A packed cooler with juice and fresh oranges and boats and boards to demo made it a fun September day.

They have some great boats for sale, but the service is garbage. When you call to talk on the phone, unless you say youre about to buy a boat, they dont care at all what you have to say and seem clueless about anything.

I dont know what my brother is talking about, they have the best and most knowledgable service center in the valley. The employees may like to have a good time, but Ive never been ignored walking through the door, usually Im greeted with a high five and a cold Red Bull! This is the only place I would take my wakeboard boat for service, and compared to the previous Mastercraft and Nautique dealers they are more than reasonable with their pricing! The problem is that my brother, Max Westfall has a very old boat, that needs to find the junk yard and not a service center. They probably couldnt explain what needed to be done, because so much is wrong with it. He still hasnt had the repairs done, probably never will, and I believe he made the previous review on a friends behalf that works at a different marina. Sorry bro, had to comment, youd understand if you owned your own business...
