Got my self a pair of keen hiking boots but the price in store was 195 dlls, but in the keen website are for 156, they match the price without any problem. Im satisfied with my purchase.

Horrible Tracker UTV purchasing experience. First, we were told that the unit would be pulled from the floor until pick up date.That did not happen as when we picked up the unit there was damage done to the unit that was not present when we looked at it and even a missing part! We were then told that the part was ordered that morning. With this I am left to assume that the unit was on the floor until that very morning.Second, upon getting home we discovered low/no fluids.Third, staff is very unknowable when it comes to Tracker off road. We have had great luck getting information from Cabelas- theyve helped us in getting necessary manuals and given us much needed advice.Fourth, Tracker did nothing to assist in the registration of said unit which has caused a huge headache.The unit is a well built machine. I will never, however, never purchase from Bass Pro Boat Center again due to the lack of service. I would however travel the extra mileage to go Cabelas in a heartbeat when it comes to Off Road machine purchases.

If you are looking for terrible customer service, grumpy employees, and not being able to get any clear answers or the same answer twice, then look no further. For a terrible experience and poor service after purchase, try the tracker marine shop in Bass pro shops. Im confident if it was not for cheaper prices, they would not be there.

Went to get some hikers shoes, told service rep my size a couple of times and she gave me the wrong size. They didn’t have a 12- W on Hikers I wanted? .i was disappointed when I left the store.

Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a firearm. It took 3 attempts to pick up a shotgun. I will never purchase anything from these people again.

I absolutely love this place! It has everything you need for outdoor fun. Great selection of guns and rifles. I love the big fish tank. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly! If you havent been here, youre missing out on a lot of fun! 😎

Took my Nitro boat in for service on my live wells. Had a timely and great experience even though we ended up with a small leak. Took it back and the team was very helpful and willing to ensure their work was on point.Would rather take it to a shop that specializes in these boats due to the complexity and space management challenges in these boats.Great job, would take my boat there again.

The worst customer service Ive seen in my life! No one answers the phone they will not call you back and when they do your an inconvenience to them. The sales department is awesome! Bass pro is amazing! I recommend buying a tracker or nitro boat here 100% great boats....BUT do not get it serviced here if its anything more than a live well. Who ever runs the place doesnt give 2 sh*ts about you or your boat to them your just another a hole. Tracker please fix your Management ! I found a shop 95 miles away that I will be taking my boat to from now on.

Bad customer service experience at a Bass Pro Shop. Let me start by saying that we can get every single thing they sale on Amazon or Ebay but we choose to go to the store. Katy Texas has a great store out there and never has an issue.Cashier was taking the time of her life with customers ahead of us, I know and understand that they are to be friendly with customers but when there is a line of people waiting to pay you are to use your COMMON SENCE if you have one and try to speed up your movements with the scanner. Most customers dont care where are you from or how many hours it took you driving to go to a family event in Virginia last summer. She was not rude just super slow... when I asked a female that was by registers for a supervisor ( It ended up being a store manager or so she said ) she showed no empathy toward us. She defended her cashier and said that she had an accident on her hand, that was the reason she was slow. If she is slow put her to do something else in the store where it does not impact the wait time for consumers ( COMMON SENCE )Cashier talked to much and was scanning a t-shirt and a bottle of water. I told her that I could see that but she was not carrying anything she just talked so much.Long story short... manager did not care for our experience nor she apologized for it.All I wanted to listen from her was I apologize for your experience and I will make sure we cover this in our next meeting so simple but so hard for her say.The rest of employees throughout the store were friendly and nice.
