Dropped my car off for a courtesy check to see if they could diagnose an issue I was having. After waiting for 3 hours I check in to see what the status is and they still hadnt even started looking at it. I could understand if they were full with cars and customers but I was the only one there with all of the bays empty and available to do the inspection. When I asked how much longer until they could finally start looking at it and I was shrugged off being told maybe another hour or so. Terrible customer service and a lack of care for anyones time. I do not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here. Took my car around the corner to brakes plus and was given a quote and timeline to fix the issue within the hour.

Really bad service .. took my truck to fix the ac and so call they replace the whole system and had to go back like 3 time and it never got fix … they where just giving me the runaround… I end up going to another firestone store to get fix…. I recommend the higley store

My a/c wasnt working properly. I called on Monday and made the appointment for today (Wed). No leaks in the system, they charged the system...works perfect. It was also discovered that the battery on my 2012 Chrysler was on its last legs. Replaced it. Everything was fully explained to me what was needed and what was done. I highly recommend these folks for your car care needs.

Stay away from this location! Every time my car is “fixed” here. It just gets worst! They don’t listen to customers about their cars! They changed my battery when my starter is going out! I told it was my starter 15 times at drop off and when I scheduled the appointment! What a joke!

BUYER and CONSUMER BEWARE!!I took a Hyundai Sonata here for a check-out prior to buying it. There was a significant squeaking in the front suspension that I was concerned with particularly.I was reluctant to bring it here because I dont know them. I wanted to take the car to my mechanic, but the seller (auction buyer-dealer) affiliated with Alpha Motors in Mesa. The seller would only allow me to take it to this store because my mechanic was too far away...incidentally, the car dealer was greeted at the door by name by the mechanic at the desk.They called and said the car was perfect...couldnt find the source of the squeak so it must be insignificant...,found no leaks, good brakes, tires were new and good shape..., overall they couldnt find a thing wrong with the car.I bought the car with this affirmation since I didnt have an opportunity to see the underbelly of the car for myself or have my mechanic look it over.I did a Google search when I got home and found that the upper control arms assembly was like the cause of the squeaking. I took the car to my mechanic (since it was now my car). My mechanic confirmed the upper control arms were the cause. He replaced the upper control arms and reported that the bushing were so should they were about to fall out.Yesterday I decided to change the engine oil and transmission fluid in my shop. I pulled the car onto my ramps to see the cars underside for the first time. There were multiple leak sources...steering rack, steering pump, oil pan gasket, and possibly main seal(s). The front tires were only a few years old, but the rear tires were over 5 years old and show signs of dry rot.Either these guys are the worst, blind mechanics in the world or they gave me a false report as a favor to a friend, the seller.I feel like I did due diligence as a buyer and still got cheated thanks to these guys.NEVER AGAIN!

I took my wife’s car and my brothers car to them. Absolutely a wonderful location to work with. They are honest and upfront! They even took another look after we noticed another issue. These guys rock!! Pleasant to talk to and very helpful!! I recommend them to anyone who needs work done

This place is terrible DO NOT GO! Told me repeatedly they they wouldn’t fix my alignment without charging me for new sway bars (800$). Took it to a different place and they had no problems. Had it checked by two different mechanics no problems. I figured it was just a bad mechanic. Went back two years later to get tire rotation. Without looking at the car they told me to get it done again. I asked them to actually look. All they said is that “they stand by they’re previous comments” just went to another place. Don’t trust these people! Only go if you know exactly what you need before had and go somewhere else for additional work.

Good experience as I went to a competitor first where they tried to sell me tires not all-terrain for my Jeep Trailhawk. And insisted I should buy right away because front tires were badly worn.At Firestone they have exact same tires and said I could wait until around next oil change (another 3-5k miles). Was impressed! 💯

My heroes.So I totally got a flat tire after hitting a curb. It was my fault but as all situations we deal with it.so the first thing I do as I pulled over and I addressed a flat tire and I say Im going to pull out my spare and well go from there.My spare tire was flat.I guess if Im going to ruin a tire and might as well ruin the spare and not the regular tire.so I hobbled about a mile up the street on a flat spare tire to Firestone.Ive written the review on this Firestone before they saved me last time I had a flat tire they put in a free plug for free and didnt charge me anything.So I came back to the same people and they hooked me up with the only new tire that they had in stock locally. Wow luck.thank goodness for Firestone theyve helped me out before and they help me out again. they got me a new tire on in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place. They were even able to save the spare.The work is done quickly and efficiently and in a very timely manner. The prices are reasonable and very competitive. I really enjoyed the compassion and care of that they gave to me and my situation.truly want to bless them today and tell them thank you for all the good work and I hope that this review brings much more work for you because you truly deserve it.DM East Mesa

I purchased tires they put them on and scratched up my rims pretty badly. I went back and the manager told me what do you want us to do about it? He argued with me telling me my rims werent prepared correctly and that it was peel off paint and they werent going to prep them and redo them. After arguing for a few min he told me to bring it in and they will fix what they messed up and it would take an hour. 3 hours later it was done. I had to finish the missed spots they missed. After getting the tires put on and messing up the rims, they FORGOT to do the front end alignment and to bring it back the next day. After the alignment was done I was still all over the road. Checked my tire pressure and they all were WAY OFF! One was 43 one was 38, one was 31, the other was 32! I guess they dont check tire pressure when they mount the tires! I took it back AGAIN for the correct psi! The alignment is still off i mad an appointment and my car sits there for 2 1/2 hours nothing was done to it! I called, the manager tells me there was no appointment for me at 1pm and I come in the store throw the keys at him tells him theres something wrong with it and I walked out! All LIES! PISS POOR SERVICE and NEVER WILL I TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THESE IDIOTS! The manager is a liar and I feel because Im a woman Im stupid or something! I dont appreciate spending over $1,000.00 in CASH to be treated like this!

Visited this location earlier today, after setting up an online appointment I got a call back within ten minutes asking if I could be there sooner. After agreeing and showing up I let the technician at the counter know to take my brakes being changed off I could do that another day in my free time. We both agreed on a oil change fluid top off and getting my headlight fixed. 7 hours roll by and I get call letting me know it’s all done to which I asked the total. Got the price of an oil change I asked the technician what about the lights he said you didn’t say to work on them then proceeded to agree with me on I could’ve changed my own oil and still had my truck for the day. Customer service was poor and they obviously don’t pay attention to a thing anyone says

Had some issues with my car. David (I think, thats what my receipt says!) explained what was happening and why. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. Appreciate how sincere and considerate he, and in fact all of the employees, seemed to be.

They did not want to service my car despite that I was willing to pay whatever the costs were. They are a bit expensive with poor customer service. Then referred me to another shop to get my car serviced.

Need air in one tire and they immediately checked all four tires for me and I was able to get to my medical appointment in Scottsdale on time.

They werent able to patch it (nail in side wall) but they did have a tire in stock and got me in and out of there in 45 minutes. Friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Im not typically one to write a bad review but this is twice this company was being shady towards me.Approximately two months ago we purchased 4 new tires for my car at Firestone on crimson in Mesa, Arizona.I have less than 1000 miles on a 50,000 mile tire. I work 4 miles from my home. The other day my husband noticed one tire was flat and he found a very small leak on the side of the tire. I didnt hit anything so it might just be a defect. We called Firestone and they will do nothing except replace my tire for $50 MORE than I purchased it for!!!And we were talking about doing an oil change the day of getting my new tires but I never confirmed that I wanted them to do one. The gentleman rang us up and I questioned the total as I looked at it he had added an oil change!! I said no thank you, I dont want one as your companies oil changes are way too expensive! The response was well my guys have already started on your car so we cant stop it I hadnt even paid for the services yet! I was in the middle of telling them what I wanted on my car and they decide to go ahead and take out the oil without my permission and then charge me around $115 for the oil change.I am a very honest hardworking person and a manager of an 80 million dollar asset I would never do business like this.Very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ran over a nail and they didn’t have the tire in but got one in a timely manner for me. I also have an autistic child that was with me and Jason took care of us. He was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure my son had a good experience which is a big deal for our son being in places like this. Jason was quick to get our car done and he was compassionate and the service was outstanding!!! Thank you for the extra mile it so greatly appreciated!!

I experienced a very high level of customer service a very short time before they were scheduled to close. The prices were slightly higher then I would have expected but the fact that they didnt charge me for services I didnt need, even when I specifically requested them, meant my total bill was about half what it could have been and what I would have been charged most other places. I will not take my cars anywhere else now.

Went in for an oil change and asked them specifically not to mess with my window that is broken but stuck all the way up closed. Apparently that was far too much of a request because when I got my car back the window was stuck half way down now and unable to be pulled up. So not only did they go ahead and mess with my window against my wishes, they also broke it even worse and now i have to drive with an open window in Arizona summer.. Im so angry. I would rather have paid for them not to have done anything or to go back in time so my window was stuck down in this damn heat.

We have been coming to this Firestone for about a year. Every experience has been outstanding with great customer service! Jason and his team are always professional and willing to assist. Most of the time we have an appointment but, when something random comes up, Jason has been super helpful and always taking us in. We highly recommend this location and Jason.

The labor costs for this company are absolutely ABSURD! The labor costs to replace a $13 headlight was $71! I went to AutoZone and the guy replaced it in the parking lot for me no charge. Quoted for a spark plug replacement- $33 for the part and $142 for labor! They consistently triple the price with labor costs which is a huge trap for people like me who dont know much about cars. Get a quote then go to a friend who works in automotive and see what they say!

This my first visit to this location, the others Ive been to have provided excellent service. Not this one. Walked in on 8/25, Im informed they only take appointments, its Sunday so I understand. All locations have you vehicles information, so I make an appointment for 8/28 and I arrive over an hour and half early. My truck sits until 2:30pm, at 2:45pm someone Ive not met tells me my truck weighes 14K and the only lift that can handle it is in use, Im told its going to be awhile. I decided to leave after almost two hours. I want to make another appointment, and I ask the gentleman didnt they know my trucks info......he ignores meI ask a second time, his answer, I didnt make the appointment. Customer service right out the window. BTW, I go to work at 3:30AM, had I stayed to wait for the work to be done, it would have been too late to spend time with my family or had dinner. Will be giving an update this coming Saturday, coming back to get the work done. Well see what happens.

I would like to thank Jason for replacing my wifes battery under warranty literally 5 minutes before closing time on a Friday Night. I offered to come in the next morning so they could go home but he said he would rather just take care of us. Great place!

Firestone Auto Care on Crismon Road installed a set of tires on my BMW car that were shipped directly to the store from an online purchase. The store personnel were courteous on the telephone and realistic about scheduling my appointment as I was planning to wait. The time estimate was reasonably accurate for my wait time. The technician that performed the removal of the old tires and installed the new ones was careful not to damage the rims on the car, and the manager on duty provided some honest feedback about not performing some possible work as being unnecessary. I will return to this shop again for tire service.

The men here at Firestone (Fletchers) are the best in the valley. You simply wont find a more dedicated, passionate, and hard working staff anyone else. We have been in several jams where Robert & the rest of the staff made sure we were 100% satisfied. Thank you Firestone/Fletchers!!

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. The biggest problem is, I cant even give a full review because I sat in there front lobby for 15 mins and not one person stopped to say hey how can we help you. As a matter of fact, the guy behind the tinted glass in the chair staring at his phone barely lifted his head for a split second to look over and see me standing there and then back to whatever it was on his phone that he was occupied with. After that kind gesture I said to myself, hey this place must be making plenty of money at the moment so Ill take mine elsewhere. Im not one to complain but this was a moment where I was in need of help and in a very bad spot but was looked at like, eh, just a potential client standing there, no thanks..

I highly recommend this business for their honesty and integrity and working on your automobile. My brakes were squeaking on my truck and I was prepared to lay out three to four hundred dollars to get them repaired figurine that I had scarred the rotors from worn down brakes. To my surprise the manager Jason told mean that my brakes were fine they had plenty of where left on them and it was just a little bit of gravel and water that I had gotten on them. He told me to take it to the car wash to spray them off and they would be fine. I went back and thanked him the next day and tipped him extra for his honesty and told him I would always come back to his shop and tell other people about it. They are very highly rated in my book and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

The worst service I have ever experienced. On the first visit I requested a complete vehicle inspection, with emphasis on brakes and a low speed steering wobble. Several visits and several thousand dollars later. The wobble still exists and I am not sure about the brakes. Fear not I went to another service facility. Rear brakes 1 mm which equals metal on metal and a separated tire this was the wobble. Firestone claimed to have replaced lower a arms, both drive shafts, front struts, outer tie rods, engine mount, balanced tires and four wheel alignment. If you have money to waste this is your place. Forgot to mention the wait ooh the wait like you dont matter. Drop off at eight in the morning six at night ooh we need your car another day or three. Worst service facility ever.

The sales associate, Jason, was a tremendous help on choosing the right set of tires for my needs and my vehicle! I did my homework and got quotes from 4 different places and he was always very patient. His knowledge of tires and his great customer service, besides the great price, won me over! Being a single mom this is a winner in my book! I now will also be doing all of my oil changes here! Great incentives!!! A special mention goes out to Robert as well! We had a flat tire, I took the tire off and put the spare on. We found they had some good deals and we needed a set of tires. We went in to find out that our size was not included. Not a big deal, we purchased four tires anyway. They cut us a good deal on front brakes so we also had them replaced.Once we returned we paid our bill and left. When we got home I noticed the spare laying in the truck. They just threw it in the truck and did not even put it back under the van. PURE LAZY. This should have been a sign of the brake job. Less that one month later and only 2500 miles all our brake warning lights illuminated. They also started sounding like they did before we paid to have the replaced.I will NEVER go back, I will NEVER recommend them.

I originally thought the service I was receiving from the East Mesa Fletchers Store was phenomenal. I was in on a Wednesday afternoon, talked to the sales rep who seemed like a knowledgeable guy, and he quoted me over $800 for Michelin tires. I wasnt completely opposed to this, because I was already sold that I was going to buy a good, reliable tire. He advised that if I was looking to purchase something else, I could have a comparable BF Goodrich tire which would supply me with ~60K miles (instead of the ~70K miles I would get from the Michelin tire) at ~$50 cheaper per tire. He quoted me a price of ~$650 for the four tires, as well as an alignment on the vehicle. I told him this sounded good, and I would like the BF Goodrich tires. He told me they didnt have them in stock, but he could have them delivered that day and start on them in the morning. I told him that would work, and that I would see him in the morning. The next day I came in, and the service work they did was performed. While the service was being performed, I received a call from the sales rep who stated that I needed the bushings on the front control arm replaced, because they are completely shot. They are gone. I then questioned him on this, because I had personally replaced them less than two months prior. He then backtracked and said maybe the bolts are just loose. Ill double check. This alone made me question the quality I was receiving, and when I returned to the store one of the first things said to me was yeah, those control arm bolts were just loose. I then proceeded with check-out, and the clerk that was checking me out (not the guy who quoted me, who was standing next to him) stated your total will be $824.66. I questioned that and told the guy I was quoted ~$650 the day before, and the sales rep who quoted me stated Oh, no, thats what I quoted you yesterday. I payed the tab, for the new tires were installed, and left the store. Upon returning home, I double checked the receipt and found the quoted amount for ~$650 for tires and alignment were correct. However, what I wasnt advised of was that there would be a $64 installation fee ($16 per tire), nor was I advised of the $57 Premium Tire Warranty that I was charged, which I wasnt even asked if I was interested in. There was also an Arizona Environmental Fee and a Tire Disposal Fee, both of which I knew about from previous tire purchases so I wasnt too shocked or upset by. Long story short, I truly felt as though this store attempted to take advantage of me, and charged me for services I was not advised of, nor that I agreed to. I will not ever be returning to a Fletchers Tire store; nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know. The questionable practices I encountered will always make me leery of the Fletcher name.

Robert, the manager there dealt with an issue extremely professionally and fairly. Originally, 4 new tires had been installed which were too large for my vehicle and was causing lots of noise and rubbing in the wheel well. It wasnt totally their fault, as a friend, trying to help, ordered the tires originally. When I talked with Robert about the issue, he told me they would replace all 4 tires with others of equal value for only the cost of installation. This was after 6 months and two trips to Canada. Although, I feel they should have not installed the over sized tires without noting they arent recommended to begin with, Robert handled it so well that I would highly recommend them. I had called Robert long before the 6 months but wasnt able to return to AZ until the fall. True to his word, I returned, got new tires of equal value and was charged only for installation. Id give 5 stars to them for customer service but had to take one back just because I feel it should have been caught before the tires were ever installed. As soon as I took my car to be looked at when I got back to Canada, they pointed out immediately, that the tires were far too large and were causing the noises. Thanks Robert and I will definitely be dealing with you again.

I went in to Fletchers for a 4 wheel alignment. I had just replaced the outer tie rods on my Jeep Compass and all went smoothly. I wanted to know for sure it was in good alignment because my wife uses it to take our 3 young children around.They worked me in that day without an appointment.When they called back to tell me that the car was in great alignment already, I was very happy.When I went in to pick it up and they only charged me a fraction of the alignment package cost, I decided to come write this review.Excellent customer service is hard to find sometime, but that day at Fletchers I got it. Ive been to several different Firestones and this one is by far the worst. The crew is snarky and rude. They threatened to somehow cancel my lifetime alignment because it doesnt apply to lifted vehicles but Ive taken all my lifted trucks to other Firestone locations with zero issues. Im pretty sure the techs are just lazy and dont want to put in the work to align a lifted vehicle (even though it has all brand new front end parts). So if your vehicle is lifted, absolutely avoid this one.

These are the only people I trust with my car. I must admit, wasnt too happy when Fletcher sold their store, but they retained some of the same people. You have a great crew Firestone and that is why I continue to go there

These guys are awesome! Now that they are part of the Firestone team its even better. My car was done in less time and for less money than I expected.

Had to go back twice for a botched oil change. Oil was leaking all over my driveway. Computer still not reset (still says I need an oil change). Even though I went back & they said it would reset itself. On top of everything else they let air out of my front tires, not realizing they were supposed to be set 10 lbs higher than the rear ones. I had to go back a 4rd time to get this adjusted. 😫
