Fast friendly service had what I needed at good price

Had a warranty issue. They handled it well. No problem at all.

Purchased radiator and condenser coil. quality was better than the one being replaced. had an issue during install, was honest with the rep as that I might have been the reason for the damage. they were able to help me out with a second purchase at a lower cost. They have earned my business for life.

Driving home in the middle of the night my radiator overflow/air vent burst off letting coolant escape under the cap and I started to overheat. Roadside assist brought a nipple and we somehow threaded it in, I called hawkes and I have to bring the old one in BEFORE they will give me a new one. So for someone with one vehicle how exactly does that work again? Should I uber with my leaking coolant smelling radiator to your location? Is it really so awful to trust that a customer will return a busted core? Im kind of disgusted tbh.

Have bought several radiators from Hawkes, based on recommendations from friends, but now when I need a warranty exchange they mysteriously cant find any records in their computers...when I called back with the invoice number from one of the receipts I finally found, they said Oh, yea...now we found it, yet they STILL didnt come up with the other radiators I had purchased, including the one I needed exchanged, they hung up the phone on me after putting me on hold. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY YOUR RADIATOR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Wow talk about getting a radiator for a cheap prices and great quality got a radiator for my grandpa $30 less the AutoZone would recommend this place and will be going back if my truck or wifes car radiator goes out

When I was there I saw that a few customers orders were misplaced or switched with other customers, plus a few where waiting a long while for a in house pick up order, along with what I notice most of all their business is mainly from auto mechanical shops and stores that deal with auto and truck parts.Which they handle all sizes from semi trucks to passenger vehicles radiators. Thats it all Radiators only that.So with orders coming in as a constent, DELIVERY of their goods is a must and the one thing they focused on the most there, at this location.It is a very fast paced environment there and I noticed they enjoy themselves and get along fine together. I also saw they had alot of extras drivers standing around waiting to do something. So I presumingly they have to many employees delivery people. So I decided this wasnt a place for me to join as an employee.This is a distribution warehouse not manufactory plant for their Radiators.Apparently the head quarters is based in Kansas City M.O.

Best place for auto Parts

Im a technician at a high rated mesa shop. We get a/c sytems and compressors from hawkes nearly exclusively and i do side work with parts supplied from them. Great prices and rarely and issues with the parts, and Ive installed a lot of them.
