Went to quality bumper in mesa, they were the only shop in town who was able to get me in while visiting on a road trip. They got my fifth wheel hitch installed in the same day, even though it was a tricky install. When I realized that I foolishly didnt need it they were able to remove it and credit me back right away. Jay, Vince, Alex and the guys were awesome and the owner cares very much about the quality of service and it shows. I would highly recommend them hitch installs, bedliners and other products they offer.

Alex was real helpful. Ordered some running board steps. Everyone seemed really cool.

Had Magnum steps installed on my 2021 Chevy crew cab. Done in two hours like they said, the steps look perfect, and for a good price. Ill definitely be back for future service. Thanks, guys!

Had issues with airbags on truck I purchased. Dealer in Texas sent me a remote and a handful of shops couldn’t figure out why it didn’t work. Went to QB Mesa and manager was incredibly helpful and actually sent me with a used controller to get me working temporarily. Contacted dealer and gave correct part info. Will be using QB Mesa for more work very soon!

These guys took care of me. They installed a hitch and a roof rack. They did a great job. I would return for sure. I am happy with their work.

I came in today to get some running boards and floor mats. I was greeted when I entered and told they would be right with me and then for 10 minutes never again approached. All employees with their heads down typing on the computer. It’s unfortunate as this wasn’t like my first experience 6 years ago. Don’t waste your time here look elsewhere to find somewhere to spend your money.

Never use their website. This is a little in person type shop only. They cant handle web orders, everything gets completely screwed up. You get charged and nothing ever gets done with your order.

I had these people install a new tow bar on the front of my vehicle spent $4,000 found out afterwards I could have got it for $3,000 same product now I have a problem with my front fog lights that dont work and the front cable that hooks up has a lot of pressure on it because its on a bar and they say thats normal over time the cable will come loose I strongly suggest you find other estimates from other companies I waited for over 35 minutes and no one helped me I drove 3 hours down to get here to Mesa he says that doesnt mean anything to him they could care less All they are out to make is money money money money money take advantage of a disabled veteran which I am

On July 13th, I took my 2016 Toyota Camry SE to Quality Bumper in Mesa, AZ for window tint. I had an appointment at 11 am and I paid $284 for the Carbon XP film. It took them 3.5 hours to do the job and when I arrived home my husband looked at it and saw a weatherstrip on back quarter window was pushed down or missing and did not look right. This car was a previous lease from Utah and it had zero tint and was in pristine condition.He immediately took my car back to the shop and asked about this issue and the bubbles he saw in the tint. They said the bubbles would come out by themselves when they cured and the guy who did the tint said he didnt see anything there. He was kind of shady-like and barely got close enough to see what my husband was showing him. In any case there was nothing we could do about the pushed down weatherstrip until after the tint cured all the way.After the tint cured and we rolled the window down and up it was easy to see that the weatherstrip had been sliced. My husband took my car back to the shop today and showed them how the weatherstrip had been sliced and asked them to please replace what they had damaged. The manager said they did not damage it, they did not do work like that, and he would not replace the $20 weatherstrip.The weatherstrip was fine on my mint condition, two year old car when it arrived at Quality Bumper and it was damaged by someone slicing it after I picked it up and they claim they did not do it? Who else would have sliced it? Me? YES, they most certainly did slice my weatherstrip and they refused to take ownership of their screw up.I would never recommend Quality Bumper to anyone. But if you do choose to take your car there to be tinted, make sure you take before photos of everything first.

I stopped in to inquire about an electronic break control for my 2008 Tacoma. After talking it over with Kieth, I left with the parts I needed and a quick how to. It all worked just as he described and my controller went in quick and easy, just like he said. Great service! Good price!!

I went in Saturday just before closing. Max was super helpful helping me pick out a Roll and Lock cover. I got scheduled on Tuesday for a bed liner and a roll and lock cover. Quality Bumper in Mesa installed a Roll and Lock pickup bed cover and a Curt 5th Wheel Hitch in my new 2020 Silverado 2500 and they did an awesome job. All manufacturer instructions were followed closely and I am very happy with the installation and products. Best bumper hitch shop in the Phoenix area. They do all kinds of truck accessories for towing, bed liners, bed covers. Their customer service is excellent. And they dont keep you waiting for hours. Had a reciever hitch put on and was in and our in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended to trust this shop and avoid others for hitch needs. Keith and the Quality bumper crew are awesome!!

I was havng some issues with my AMP auto steps that had come installed on my used 2014 Ram. I called in the morning and got an appt same day to bring it in and take a look. I got there early and they got me right in. 15 minutes later they said that the brain module was old and outdated and that they had some on hand they could replace it with that were warranty units. I agreed to have them put it in as the step issues were getting annoying. 5 minutes later they came in and handed me my keys and said it was done. I asked what it would cost expecting a $100-$200., and NO charge. I couldnt beleive it and was really surprised. They asked me to just come back if I needed anything else done on my truck. I honestly would not go anywhere else. I have seen the Quality Bumper stores in Mesa for over 30 years in Mesa and had never gone in. Now I would never go anywhere else. Thanks again for the help and the excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Installation is clean and reasonable. They have installed several products for me, AMP Research electric running boards, truck bed extender, bed carpet liner and RollNLock bed cover. Got a great price on a trailer hitch! The store called to let me know they were running late. They finished in the time they told me (2 hours) and it looks great. Room for improvement; Letting me know that it would take 2 hours, I to ask. Also, I walked to a restaurant next door to get a water and when I returned I noticed they appear to have a cooler full of water. Are they complimentary? could I buy one? Just wondering.

We had a Blue Ox baseplate installed on our new F150. There was an issue with my tail light going bad and this company contacted Ford and replaced this item with a new factory part. Max has been great. We will certainly work with vendor in the future...

Nice and helpful

Visiting Mesa to pick up a trailer and found that the trailer running lights would not work. Brought it into Quality on a Saturday and they turned a technician loose on it. He found the problem was a blown fuse and replaced the fuse in a matter of minutes. Went into the office to pay and NO CHARGE!Good people who are not afraid to come out from behind the counter to help. It was for this reason alone that I made an appt. for the following day to have them install off-road lights on the truck. Just had it done and they work great. Knowledgeable employees, quick work. Thanks from a fan!

Help picking out the best electric steps and truck bed cover.But they didnt clean up their mess in the bed and two of the lighst for the steps fell down and were not secured.

Decent service but had an anomaly in the tint that I had to identify to have them repair. They took care of the issue without question but is concerning that quality control is performed by customer and not in house.

I bought a bakflip g2 from here 3 years ago. The warranty was only for 1 year. Here I am 2 years out of the warranty and the whole latch bar fell off of the bakflip. I brought it in to get a quote. They took the keys and repaired it for me, for FREE. It was done withing 15 mins.Not only, did they give me the best price after shopping around for 2 months on the original cover but they fixed the issue. They probably wont fix anything and everything out of warranty, but they are extremely fair. I highly recommend these guys. They dont shaft you or nickel and dime you. Love this shop.
