Absolutely amazing experience. Had a ding that I’ve been avoiding fixing and they made it super simple. Well worth the time and money.So much simpler than I could ever have imagined.

Damaged my passenger front quarter panel in an accident with a substantial deductible that I couldn’t afford and figured my 1 year old car was ‘just like this now.’ John (Dad) approached me in a Safeway parking lot and told me what this family business does-Cover the deductibleCover the loaner carFix the car via your insuranceI was skeptical, but information is free, so 2 weeks later I scheduled an appointment. Nick was waiting for me and couldn’t have been kinder. An unassuming shop, clearly as Mom n Pop as it gets. He explained how they work- they own both the rental company and the body shop, so one hand feeds the other. They know the insurance guys, contacted them, and had me contact the assessor. Drove me down the street, gave me a loaner car. 11 days later my car is back to bran new, $0 out of pocket.Ronnie Nick and John gave me the best, genuine, and kind customer service I’ve ever experienced in vehicle work. I can’t recommend these guys enough, and I wish I could find more words to say to anyone in their ethic and execution.If your car is damaged call these guys FIRST and let them get to work!!!

I would recommend this body shop to anyone needing work on their vehicle. I had such a great experience from beginning to end. They were very kind and straight forward. I really appreciate them being able to furnish me with a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. Thanks Infinity!

I would suggest using Nick Mitchell and his family business. ( Infinity Auto Body) .They helped me out of a situation that I was in. The picked up my deductible and furnished me with a rental car. My car was in his shop about 2 weeks and looks like new. I will refer people to them going forward.

The guys at infinity auto body really helped me out in a tight spot needed my car fixed asap I didn’t have the cash to pay the deductible they waved it got my car fixed within a couple weeks and even got me into a free rental car I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family thanks guys keep up the good work :)

I just want to say thanks to everyone at infinity auto body they are very caring and professional I needed my car fixed but with it being the holidays I could not afford to pay my deductible they waved the deductible for me and payed for a rent a car for me while my car was getting fixed they even gave me a $100 gift card for myself my car was done quickly and came out looking amazing I would definitely recommend infinity auto body to everyone 👍

Infinity Auto Body on Hunt Dr in Mesa is a total scam. They said they send the vehicles to be worked on to their other location on the 202 freeway & Alma School. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because they said & advertised that we wouldnt have to pay our deductible. We left our vehicle to get repaired & then decided to drive down to their other location to check their work. When I got to their other location, I found myself driving down a beat up dirt road in a junk yard with about 5-8 other body shops at this location & none of them were Infinity. I asked 3 guys working there (1, an owner of a body shop) and they said they knew Infinity Auto Body and that they bring their business to their body shops there. The stalls were all open, where dirt could be mixed in with paint, dirt floors in some stalls and I saw them using Bondo on a fender, as another person who gave them a review stated. It was basically a junk yard with stalls that were falling apart. I found out that you may not pay a deductible, but you have to pay a $249 adminstrative fee plus other required fees. The facility on Hunt Drive had a back room with about 6 cars partially torn apart, yet NO one was working on them and they had no auto body techs on site. The office also had NO computer and their email address on their business card is listed as a Yahoo email address, not a business name extension. Lastly, I called the Better Business bureau and they said they dont have Infinity Auto Body listed as a legitimate business. An hour later, we went back to pick up our vehicle because I changed my mind and they did NOT want to give me our keys back, threatening to charge me for storage fees & admin fees!! Ive called my insurance company and their Claims department said they are sending out an adjustor and Infinity Auto Body will now be under investigation & red flagged with them.

Good service good people awesome work fully satisfied I recommend to everybody.

Unless you want Bondo used on your vehicle go somewhere where they know what there doing

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are con artists they do not honor what they say on there flyer. It was a complete nightmare taking my vehicle to them. They work that they perform is a complete joke. Do not fall for what they say please beware.

After infinity auto worked on my vehicle I had to take it to another auto body shop to fix there horrible job they did.
