Amazing customer service. I visited this location to get a quote today. My vehicle was side swiped, and my driver door was consequently unable to open when I first arrived at their establishment. Before I left, their team took the initiative to make a small adjustment to the damage which allowed me to effective open and close my driver door before leaving their site.I havent even hired them to do my major repair, but if this is an indication of the quality of their customer service, I think anyone who is considering using their services will receive a premium result.

I recently needed some rather unique parts painted for my wifes 2017 plum crazy purple Jeep. I pulled out my trusty phone and googled. Most places I talked to were not interested in helping me. They claimed it couldnt be done. I finally talked to Chris at Elite. He assured me they could handle the job. I took the parts down to Elite. The parts included door pull handle trim, dash grab handle trim, AC knob trim rings, shifter accent trim and 100 + small button head bolts. Chris was on it. After a very quick turn around I went to pick up the parts. I was so impressed. They turned out way better than I ever expected. The paint was flawless. The color match was spot on. The price was more than fair. I couldnt be happier with the service and finished product. I will be bringing more parts at a later date. I would strongly recommend Elite for all your painting needs.

This was not a review that I was intending to write, but I thought about it, and I feel like I should have the right to share my experience to give people a heads up.I shopped around for a quote on some custom fabrication work for my car. I emailed and direct messaged a few different shops in the East Valley to gauge what kind of money I was going to be looking to spend on what I wanted to get done. Elite Automotive has been a reputable shop that Ive heard many people recommend. Ive been down to their First Fridays car shows, enjoyed the atmosphere, and felt there was a high quality of craftsmanship from the work that Ive seen.I received a quote through email after describing what I wanted to have done. The quote included some front end tube work, mounting a motor and trans, and I inquired about the cost of a roll cage. For shake of respect and privacy, Ill just keep that actual numbers out of my review. The quote fit within my budget for the front end and engine/trans mount work, however, the cage price was a little steeper than what I had paid in the past through someone else, so I opted to not do that.I brought the car down and a few weeks later I was next in line to begin the work on the project. I came back down to the shop to discuss the project in more detail and finalize the details before moving forward. We went over ideas, agreed that I needed to plate the front frame rails in addition to just tubing the front end. We then threw around some ideas of adding in a removable front bar. I reiterated a few times that I would be up for adjusting things here and there as long as they were still within my budget. Before I left I asked if the pricing we had discussed through email was still a good estimate for what I wanted to have done. I was told we were solid on price, but Chris would email me a formal invoice just to break-down all the costs in-depth. I then paid half of the originally quoted amount as a deposit to begin the work.The next week I received an email asking me if I had received the updated invoice, and it mentioned that they had been experiencing some issues with their emails not sending properly. I had in fact not received any emails up to that point, nor a phone call to give me a heads up on the pricing changes. I then opened an invoice to find that the amount I was expecting to pay for the work had more than doubled. I was also told they had made headway on the project, meaning they had already begun the work. I immediately let Chris know this new price went well beyond my budget, and that it was not something that I was willing to pay. I expressed my frustration that we had talked about a said price, and then the price more than doubled without my sign-off on continuing the work.He threw out the idea of only doing half the work, still charging me more than I had ever intended on spending, and then doing the other work I needed done at a later time. I explained this was just not going to work for me, and I broke down the invoice estimate to a more reasonable amount and asked him if it would be possible to do that amount of work within this budget instead.We continued to disagree on price, and I finally just called it quits on the project. I told him I would have to pick up my vehicle as is and take it elsewhere. A few days later I arranged for transportation of the car, headed down and chatted with Chris. I ended up still having to pay more money out of pocket over what I had already put down for a deposit. What I was left with was the front end of my car cut off, two plates and two bars welded in and my frame rails re-boxed.Ive already contacted another local fabricator and theyve agreed to do all the original work for a fraction of the cost. I would say there was a huge miscommunication piece with this transaction. Chris handled himself very professionally and courteously through the entire situation, which is why I didnt just rip this review with one star, however, at the end of the day, Im now a descent amount of money into a very unfinished project.

I recently had a bumper done here and received top notch service! They called with updates on my vehicle the entire time they had it! That has NEVER happened anywhere else! Such a nice perk! When my vehicle was finished and I arrived to pick it up, I was surprised to see that they had worked out a couple of extra little scratches above the bumper for me. So nice!! I will never go anywhere else and will send others their way. Great all-around company!!!

Had them smoke a set of window louvers for my Mustang. Cant even tell they are not painted. The end result was awesome. These guys know what they are doing.

I have had multiple cars taken to them. They care for all of my cars equally. Whether it was a Honda or a BMW they bring the same level of professionalism. They are my go to body shop.

Someone backed into me in my kids school parking lot and scuffed up my front bumper and broke some of the brackets holding it on. I brought it down to Chris at Elite Automotive Finishes to take a look and get a quote. Chris and his staff are professional, friendly and really seem to care about me. It surprised me only because they have a bunch of high end cars there and mine is definitely not. He gave me a very fair price and even had one of the guys in the shop come up and shore up my bumper temporarily because I couldnt leave it with him just yet. When they were done they called me up to come down and look. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!!! The paint matched perfect and I am very happy with their work. These guys did a great job painting the hood of my car. They were able to match the paint perfectly which eliminated the need for blending. Other painters wanted to charge me hundreds extra for blending, but I saved that money by going to Elite.

Took my C63 AMG to get some cosmetic work done and Chris was happy to do the work and told me to drop off the car in the morning and hed call me in the morning. Chris is a man of his word and continually sent pictures of the progress throughout the day and finally let me know it was ready to pick up. The best part was Chris had quoted me a price, and when it came time to pay it was actually CHEAPER than what he originally said. Great shop and great owner!

Ive been using EA Finishes for years. Owner and Founder Chris S. is as meticulous and anal about paint jobs as I would be if I were doing it myself. Is this the cheapest place to get your car done? Nope. When you go to EA Finishes, youre going for quality and I cant stress this enough. Chris has always taken care of me, but I dont try to nickel and dime him on the prices because I know that what hes putting into it is always worth it. Ive taken several body panels to Chris for matching or repainting, I couldnt even tell they were repainted. Even with hard to blend shades like red or white, he does amazing work. This isnt Maaco; this is a place where you take a car that deserves a quality paint job! Ill continue to use Chris and EA Finishes for my paint work, theyre the only shop I trust for body and paint work!

Elite Automotive Finishes represent the finest in Auto Body and Paint. They are the only shop in the Valley I would trust my cars too. You should check out their Friday Night meets. There are usually some cool projects at the shop as well as customer cars in attendance.Bottom line: if you want it done right, go to Elite.

Elite was one of the best customer service encounters Ive delt with in a long time! Chris kept me informed the whole time, was very helpful and extremely curtious. They did a phenomenal job repairing my front bumper, and replacing my fender after an accident that I was in. They blended the new paint into the existing OEM paint on the hood and door. The OEM paint is snow white and they matched the tone perfectly. Overall, very happy with the work and would return to them in future.

First and foremost, Elite is by far the best repair shop around. Not only do they have amazing customer service, but they are one of the most honest businesses around. I had some damage on my GTO and some issues with another parties insurance company. They worked with me for 4 weeks while the car was sitting in their lot to get an approval from the insurance company. The leg work they did to assist me was out of this world!Now to the repair. Being that this car is only driven 2,000 miles a year, it is in pretty good shape for a 9 year old car. And I am very particular on the care and who works on it. I had many little things I wanted done to the car on top of the repair that was needed and through every step of the process, they were amazing. Not only was I in touch with the owner through email and phone, but the shop manager sent me progress pictures every few days. They cared for my car as if it were their own and I cannot express how happy that made me.The outcome was amazing. Flawless paint, Flawless repair, and the detail that went into the car was the best I have seen. Barely any orange peel that plagues most automobiles, blend work was top notch and again the honesty was out of this world.I am so satisfied on the work and experience, that I have actually dropped my other vehicle off to have a rear bumper, trunk lid, and spoiler refinished. In the future when I need work, they will absolutely be my #1 pick even though I will be 2200 miles away. The cost to ship the cars is worth every penny to have a trustworthy shop work on my babies. If you go to anyone else, you will be sorry.

Took my car in for repair after an accident. The car was hit in the front left so the hood, fender, and front bumper were either replaced or repaired. From multiple expert opinions, their paint job was difficult because of the yellow pearl color and specially blending the colors. The day I picked it up, the vehicle looked brand new and paint match was not noticeable. I definitely recommend anyone here.

Took an aftermarket wing here a couple of weeks ago to get put on my baby/pride and joy. Flawless is the first word that comes to mind. Bear in mind that it is aftermarket, so I was sketchy about finding a shop that could do it right because it was more than a simple job, to say the least. It was fiberglass so it had to be shaped, shaved, painted, and then holes drilled into my trunk so it didnt fly off with only double-sided tape. Little obstacles kept popping up due to the aftermarket factor but I was updated promptly and told it was not a problem. And after it being finished, it clearly was not.Chris (the owner) did an excellent job at keeping me updated on the time-frame as well, even though I said time wasnt an issue. He even clear-coated (I think if I remember hearing correctly on the process) the carbon fiber part for me (which stops it from turning that nasty yellow color as well as protects it), which is a huge bonus because I completely forgot about that. Excellent customer service as well as professionalism! I waited to write this so that I could test everything out. Paint job is excelling, fitment is spot on even though they had to work from the bottom up (this was my second concern next to the holes, due to my OCD), and no rattling when flying down the freeway. All due to the extra time and effort they put in this job.Price point was spot on for the amount of work they put into this. I wasnt too concerned about this part of it since I heard extremely good things from a co-worker. You have to pay for quality if you want it done the way you would do it if you had the know-how and resources to do it yourself.Chris is an excellent person with a lot of knowledge, skill, and personality. He turned the impossible (seriously, this thing was probably close to a throw-away), into perfection. He even informed me of get-togethers of car-lovers, and drifting events. His car is pretty sick if you get the chance to check it out. I recommend this shop 10/10 for basic body work, or aftermarket work as well. Thanks guys! It was like buying my car for the first time again, it really changed the look!

Ive known Chris from Elite Automotive for years from the 240SX community and have always known him to be a stand up guy. A few weeks back, a tree had fallen onto my car from a storm and I immediately thought of Elite Automotive. Even before contacting my insurance company, I shot Chris an email with what had happened with a few pictures and he was very prompt in responding with advice on how best to proceed. He was a breeze to work with as he ironed out all the details with my insurance company, provided me with various options on extent of the repair, had great communication, and provided me with updates all along the way. As we were nearing our scheduled pick up date, he contacted me as he wasnt 100% satisfied with the results of the repair and asked if it was okay to hold onto the car a bit longer to redo the repair. His propensity for detail and quality of work is what sets Elite Automotive Finishes apart from the other body shops and this is evident by his customer base. Every time I swing by Elite, there are multiple high dollar projects under way (Ferraris, Porsches, BMWs, etc.) and seeing their ability to work on such cars gave me great confidence that theyll be able to take care of my lowly daily driver without any problem what so ever. I picked my car up earlier today from Elite and it literally looks brand new. I would not hesitate to do business with them for a second and would gladly recommend Elite Automotive Finishes to anyone who is looking for top notch body work in the East Valley.
