I had gone to my storage unit to switch some things out left my light on in the car, which drained my battery. The office had already closed at 7, and the time was 7:37 pm. There were 3 men that were not even 10 feet away from me refused to help jump my car, when I had the cables. They left me there stranded. I walked to the front and by the mercy of God one of the workers was still outside pulling a trailer. I told him my issues and he was able to give me a jump and saved my day…. I can’t remember his name, but he was great! Excellent customer service…. Thank you

I had the absolute best experience today. I have used the trucks and storage at this location in the past. Today, I went in for packing paper. I asked Rose one question about my concerns for my upcoming move, and she was amazing. She told me about storing my stuff in the boxes, that could be moved to me when I was ready. I had no idea this was available! She worked with me on quotes for pricing and explained it all. Such a weight had been lifted from me worrying about all of this, Rose made me cry, happy tears! Thank you. Rose. 🌹 You are the best customer service person Ive come across in a long time. U-Haul - Rose deserves a raise, and make sure you treat her well.

Girl was nice when i got the pickup truck but was pretty musty in there, but when i returned it, and thought they would be reading the milage correctly plus the gas wasnt reading correctly. I would say fraud, but dude was mean looking wouldnt recommd renting a truck there.

They saved my behind. Out of Towners have trouble renting vehicles in tristate area.

Terrible service. Vehicle not ready on time. Reservation was entered incorrectly. Waited over 40min past my pick up time. Multiple other customers in store that they didn’t have vehicles for at all.

The market rate for 1-way truck out-of-state is high, but the truck is much nicer than expected. Radio with aux, 12v and inverter power (for you nav), seat is highly adjustable, roomy cab. Service at this store is great, I would highly recommend this location. Supplies at u-haul are reasonable, I am impressed...

Gave us 24hour access, then had us locked inside. This is the second time we’ve had problems with the codes they gave us.

We originally booked a truck with Budget next door and when it came time to pick it up for our move across the country, the closest truck they had for us was in South Bend... So we came here and they were able to get us a bigger truck for less than we paid at Budget and it was ready within 15 minutes. To say Jim and Terry saved the day would not be an exaggeration. Thanks guys!

I originally made a reservation at Budget next door to U-Haul who severely screwed up and did not have a truck available for my cross-state move that very day. I went next door to U-Haul and they had me out the door with a truck and perfect customer service less than an hour later. They’re definitely more expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth it to not experience such massive headaches on your moving day.

Easy to use and they were easy to talk to and friendly and helpful.

Never saw staff. Not impressed with the location. No one ask if service was needed. No came to see if everything was ok. While loading up the storage unit I never saw anyone it was if it was deserted. At other location I would see staff out and about. I drove into the gate loaded up and drove out the gate without seeing any staff. There should have been some staff making sure the area was safe for their customers. I will not come back to this location, nothing happened, I would have felt better if staff was making rounds to make sure everything was safe while loading my rental truck. Customers safety first.

If I could give this location zero stars I will. I rented a unit there asked for a drive up unit and was told it would be additional 10.00 a month, no problem go to pay the bill and its 119.00 from 84.00. The manager rose never called me back i had to keep calling for 5 days until I got her. She never apologized for the mistake her associate made she took my 80.00 and waived the rest since I was moving out in a week. Well the staff doesnt read or whatever but I was locked out of my unit after I called to make sure that wouldnt happen do to the notice I received. I ordered a ubox that was not available at 7a like I was told then the staff was rushing me to move my things out. And then they still sent my ubox to the wrong location in AZ after I asked for it to be changed

I made a return here and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes which I was expecting. They were very polite, gave me my receipt and I was on my way.

After having a terrible experience at budget next door, we took a walk to uhaul and they were so friendly and helpful. Johnny Frasier did everything in his power to help out our situation and get us a truck. Thank you for what you do! Truly people who have passion for their work.

I was there first thing in the morning and they neglected to tell me one of their trucks was defected. Who lets their customers use a product without telling them about the products defects!? This U-Haul does! The gas tank will only take gas from certain pumps or the safety valve from the pump will not let you refill the truck... Information like that would be nice to know when you are running low on gas and you have to be selective on the gas station you want to stop at. Anyway, after calling customer service, from the Speed Way gas station, the guy was rude and told me I was at fault. But when I took it back the guy inspecting the vehicle said this was a common issue with that truck!!! Get your s*** together!! Bad business all around. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe my mother in law.

Very expensive compared to all other storage companies in the area. What I dont like is they offer no type of light or heated units no nearby electrical outlets unless your willing to run a 100 ft exstention cord. Besides that staff is friendly and the place is usually pretty clean.

I arrived just a couple minutes before 11AM, when I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle for an in-town move. There was firstly nowhere at all to park, so I risked parking in the parking lot of the car wash next door. Then, with only one couple in front of me, theres no one at all in the office for about ten or fifteen minutes. Three more groups of people come inside and were all waiting for someone to show up here. Finally, a woman comes in, and seeing the line thats formed, loudly yells into her radio headset for everyone to hear, Dude where are you?! It doesnt take that long to...! and trailed off into some jargon. She helps the couple in front of me and walks out the building. In another five minutes of myself and two other parties of people renting things, dude shows up and begins to assist me, by *very* impatiently figuring out what Im here for. At one point, after I politely asked what the procedure was if I needed more time with the truck than I scheduled, (rain was in the forecast, and I wanted to know about any penalties if I was delayed) and without even looking at me, he snapped back, If you need more time than 5 hours, you have to tell me now. Like right now. And I responded to the effect of forget it. Just give me the truck. He had me sign and initial things he barely explained, and then walked me out to the truck, and with incredibly forced and borderline condescending courtesy, thanked me and I was on my way.Im a 23 year old guy, and Im certainly used to not receiving the highest respect and honor as maybe a senior citizen would, but this was downright miserable customer service. If I were upper management of this branch, and I hope neither of them were, I would be embarrassed to have people like this working for me.Upon returning the vehicle early to avoid the wrath of dude, I was checked back in by a quiet, but polite young lady. She quickly came to me and had me out of there in a few minutes. She was quick and even asked if I had any questions or concerns before letting me go.Unless Uhaul does something to secure my future business, Id rather pay more somewhere else for decent customer service than be treated like I was here.

I cant believe it when they say on their website ..CLEAN >>>>DRY AND SECURE!!! LOL Im gonna end up in a looney bin from this. I am livid and going to get myself a lawyer!
