Great place and great service! I forgot to transfer money into one of my accounts one day so when my auto pay didnt go through, Ashley called me and let me know of the situation instead of just charging me a late fee. They are very accommodating with everything I have dealt with, including covid impacting my income, helping me move into a smaller unit and more. The place is very clean and well kept. I dont want to rent anywhere else.

Ashley and her team are always courteous and ready to help. Any time I have a question or need assistance they are ready to help. Twenty four hour access with camera security lets me feel secure and have access to my storage at any time of day or night.

This is the cleanest and most organized storage facility that I have used over the past 10 years. The staff could not be more gracious and helpful.The units are immaculate as is the lot.

I called to find out pricing on a unit. I spoke with Toni, she answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. When I went in to the office to finalize everything, Ashley took care of me. She explained everything in great detail as well. She walked me through all of my paperwork and answered a few more questions that I had. I absolutely love these ladies, as I have talked with them in the past as well. They are always pleasant and go above and beyond to make the rental experience quick and easy, which is always greatly appreciated!!

I secured my storage space on line, then met with Ashley. She was wonderful! I had all my business complete in less than 20 minutes, she showed me unit, made sure all was good and explained everything thoroughly. It is clean well maintained property. Secure with video and gate.

Ashley at the front desk was awesome. 100% explained anything more than willing to make sure I got the right size unit like total above and beyond. The lot itself was clean no pot holes driving through the unit doors and on the inside of the units looked exceptionally clean. Easy to get in and out. Also if you don’t have a lock they do sell them there so that was pretty helpful as well!!

We rented a storage unit here for 3 yrs and are back for our second go around. We were impressed with the cleanliness and great customer service, which is why we are back again. We have about 3 other storage units that are closer to my house and office, but I was happy with my experience before so wasn’t going to switch just for convenience.

Met Ashley for my appointment to look at and rent a unit. Ashley was personable, professional, and efficient. Took about 30 minutes start to finish, including inspecting the unit and going over the lease. Great experience and good value!

Ashley was incredibly helpful and very professional. She even waited for me to get there on a Saturday before they closed so I could be given a unit and shown around. This is our second time using a storage unit and the place we used in crown point was no where near as nice as this one. The facility is extremely clean very well lit at night and the roads are nicely paved.

Ashley is amazing. She treats her customers like family. The units are extremely clean and buildings are well kept. The 24 hour access makes it very convenient. I feel very safe when I am there. In the winter the lot was always kept clean of snow. I personal would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to store my belongings.

We used this facility about 4 years ago and are in need of another unit. It was the only place we checked as we had been so happy in the past. Was pleasantly surprised to see the same wonderful employee and the process was quick and easy.

This was my first time ever needing or using a storage facility and the Mini Storage Depot set the standard high for future use! The staff was always extremely friendly and customer service driven every time I called and had a question. When I called to initially rent the unit, I knew nothing about how it worked or how the process occurred. The manager was very helpful and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me describing all of my options. As I was relocating, she sent all of the documents to me and we completed the process via the phone and email and had everything waiting for me when I came to the facility! I couldnt have asked for better service and it was one less stress I had while making the transition.Every time I went to my unit, the grounds, interior halls, and overall curb appeal were immaculate. This was a welcomed sight given my items were stored onsite for over 6 months. I appreciated the locked gated entry and pass code building entry as well. Although nothing is ever truly guaranteed to be secure, it put my mind at ease to know everything was stored soundly in an extremely clean facility.Overall, I have been thoroughly impressed with this facility and the unrivaled level of customer service I experienced. It isnt very often that you find such a dedicated and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to make your service enjoyable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to store their items.

I highly recommend Mini Storage Depot if you need storage! The units I viewed were clean and spacious. Besides the previous, they are located right off RT 30, well lit, secure and are able to be accessed 24/7. Most of all the staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable. Just a very pleasant experience overall!

We needed a storage unit (who doesnt) to take care of all the craft items, holiday decorations, etc. and simply unclutter the house. I researched online - checked U-Haul, Public Storage to name a few. We found Mini Storage Depot and I called them to see what units they had. I spoke with Tia who was extremely friendly and professional. We made arrangements to go right over and check out the unit as their business had the best rates of any of the companies. On first site we thought this was a brand new unit and figured the lower prices were because it was new. Found out they are 10 years old but the units and property is so well maintained you would just think it was new. Ashley and Tia (manager and assistant manager - not necessarily in that order) are two of the nicest people you would want to me. Explained everything thoroughly - answered all my questions - They are fabulous! Highly recommend this storage place. 24 hour access - pest control - I am one happy camper!

Always friendly and helpful at the front office. We went from a smaller storage unit and needed 2x larger units. Transition went smoothly making the switch and Ashley made the process painless. We love the proximity to our house and the environmentally controlled units.

I came here to get a unit for myself and didnt consider any other storage facility because, my mother had used Mini Storage Depot about 2 years ago and I remembered how great their customer service and prices were. Ashley remembered me as soon as I walked through the door and we talked like old friends, she is the sweetest! She deserves a raise (just sayin!) Both employees (the other womans name tag was slightly hidden by her long hair, but she was also very sweet and helpful - killer eyes and long black hair, btw) were just wonderful, very helpful, and thorough.This place gets 5 stars from me for many reasons though. The, hands down BEST customer service ever, low and affordable prices, extremely clean facility, well kept buildings, secure entrances - they just have everything you want in a storage unit!If you guys develop any sort of referral system, please let me know!

They arent bad. They go up on their prices too much and getting charged for a full month because of a 30 day notice is kind of bs halfway through the month, but its whatever.
